Very professional and talented guys at this shop. The manager/owner is so dedicated and helpful. He patiently gave me several options to get my vehicle rotors and brakes replaced, despite me getting parts from outside his shop. I m greatful for it. Thank you and all your mechanics in your shop. I will recommend anyone to this shop. They will work with you and explain everything to you so that you gain knowledge about your own vehicle. So that you make the right decision before spending your money.

My elderly mother called and spoke to a guy named Chris. He quoted her for tires and an alignment and set an appointment. My husband took the car to the appt and when he got there, he was told it would be about 2 to 3 hours before they could get the car in and to top it off they didn't even have the tires in the store. My husband was also told the price Chris told my mother was not right and they couldn't charge us what we were quoted. So after all of that they told my husband he could make another appointment for another day since they were behind and didn't have the tires but we would have to pay a $50 deposit to have the tires transferred to the store. This place is lucky I had to work today. So many issues with this whole business!! Avoid to keep your sanity and to avoid deceptive business practices!! We will no longer use this place and we will be going to Blacks Tire on Bragg Blvd due to outstanding service!!!

Stopped in recently because my brakes were just terrible. Chris, the manager as well as the mechanics were super nice, we had a few good laughs what needed to get done was going to be out of my price range for that day but the guys figured out a work around to keep me safely driving until I was able to completely get it fixed (financially). They really went above and beyond and made me feel like they actually valued my business. Top notch crew!

My wife got home with a large screw in her front left tire and an out of town medical appointment the next morning. It was already dinner time when I called to see if they could get it repaired before closing. Chris, the store manager, told me to bring it in and they would take care of me. Will repaired the tire promptly and handed me the keys. I went to pull my wallet out to pay, very grateful for their quick service on short notice, and Chris told me to have a nice day. You can't get any better customer service than that.

I knew i shouldn't went back to this place. First time 1 scratch rim after they put on 4 tires. An done a bad alignment job Also waited 3hrs. Decided to give them another try for the second time. I bought 2 new tires told the guy at front desk put 2 new one in the back old ones on the front, I also asked to keep old tires. What did they do put new ones on the front kept old tires and changed me 19.00 for waste. Oh I noticed the tech putting on the new tires through the window. I went to the let him know its goes on back he catch a attitude. Then after waiting for 4 hours just for 2 tires and alignment the tech goes and smoke a cigarette with I don't care attitude. NEVER GOING BACK WANT BE A THIRD TIME.

I came here because of the good Google reviews. And they definitely didn t disappoint. Got new tires put on and an alignment. I was able to watch them do everything because the bays are all open to the outside. Came back days later for an oil change. Again, I could see everything they were doing to make sure there wasn t any kind of funny business. All the workers are friendly; especially Tim at the front desk. I will come back.

A really bad experience with the guy on front desk. I took my car for alignment and tire rotation next day one of my tires was leaking air from valve. I took it back and he told me that they didn't do anything just rotation and it was no way that they brake it!!! After that he said that I need a replacement kit that they don't have on stock that I will need to take it to pep boys or somewhere else. I went to pep boys , they have fix just adjusting the Damm thing.... really no experience costumer service people.

My recent visit to the tire shop left me disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior of an associate named Chris. Despite needing assistance with sending an email, Chris's attitude and lack of customer service skills were evident from the start. Upon approaching him, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness, which was uncalled for. He stated he was in the middle of doing something but did not make that clear at all & instantly had no care to assist. Even when my boyfriend intervened to clarify the situation, Chris continued to display poor communication and a lack of willingness to help.In contrast, the manager, James, provided exceptional service and attempted to rectify the situation multiple times. Unfortunately I was still upset with the way I was spoken to & handled but James's efforts were commendable. It's unfortunate that one bad experience with an associate like Chris can overshadow an otherwise positive experience at the shop.Overall, while I appreciate James's efforts and the quality of service provided by the shop itself, I urge management to evaluate Chris's customer service skills to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar unpleasant experiences.

Got Brand new tires put on from them end October. Went in took them forever to take care of me. Then caught a nail in the tire coming from work today it said they close at 7pm I pulled up 445 and was told they can't help me. Can't even help me put the spare on. I can put the spare myself if i didn't just had neck surgery. Do better with your customers.

Do not take your vehicle here. My husband took his mustang here for an oil change, he works across the street. The car had been dropped off a few hours and my husband and a coworker were outside when they seen a employee from there driving his car and get out with a bag from the a store. Then when my husband called they did not change the oil and said he had a transmission issue( the vehicle doesn't have transmission issues) they said they didn't feel comfortable to change the oil. My husband then asked why was an employee driving his car around and they completely denied it. My husband and coworker seen it and my husband's car is not like any other car in town. This is not a honest place DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! Customer service and manager on-site are garbage!

I was working at the hotel across the street from Mr Tire when my boss informed me my tire was almost flat. I took there and left it on my lunch, when I got back I found out I actually had 2 nails in my Tire! They had both holes patched from the inside which is the best way to plug a tire anyway. Great service and great prices!

They did great work. Help my car from not blowing up while I was 2 1/2 hours away from home. They were able to order my parts clean my car up and send me on my way. I really appreciate them for that. Thank you guys.

Big thanks to Chris Harriman (Store Manager) and his team. Chris saved me thousands by being honest. I will return to this service center.Firestone mechanic by Cross Creek mall informed me that I needed new brakes, new brake fluid, new struts, and new shocks, when I only took it in for a new S-belt listened to my gut and held off. Took my truck in to Mr. Tire, and Chris Harriman informed me entirely otherwise.

Took them an hour to put on a tire.I had already dropped off a flat tire an hour earlier and was told "it'd be just a few minutes" to have the patched tire put back on.They were obviously slammed with work on a Sunday but I would have just put the tire on myself if they had been upfront with how long the wait would have been.

Could not say anything better about this company and the people who work for it.I ve been having a rough time recently and to add to it all i got a flat tire on sunday to top it all off. I was stressing at the skibo walmart and caved in and bought a tire but they said they couldn t do anything for me there as far as putting it on.stressing out, calling around me and friend stumbled across mr. tire and we drove straight there. walking in the door literally 5 minutes to closing, Chris at the front desk said he d be able to help me & ryan the technician put it on. Not even 15 minutes later ryan comes driving my car around.I went to go pay when he walked in and handed my keys back when chris at the front desk told me that it was on them and good people still existed in the world.i m not sure if he could tell i was just stressed about life in general but he had a heart of gold and just kindly asked for us to leave a review for them to help them out.i broke down crying to say the least.He said oh sweetheart no need to cry and made sure we were pleased with a smile walking out.I will DEFINITELY be coming back for all things needed!THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND HEART!

I love the workers here and no, noone paid me to say this. I always get my tire issues fixed here. They may have a big overturn of employees but everytime I come here the people are kind. What I actually love even though it has nothing to do with vehicles, is that they have little children's chairs and a coffee type table for them to sit at. I do suggest that you should have a little break area for the workers with the amenities like microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator. Its the small things that keep your employees happy. Also maybe have a tire rack to place more tires neatly in waiting room to give more space for storage. We as customers don't care to see them like decorations around the room.

I was traveling out of state and caught a bad flat tire. I called this company and was a little shaken up and what I found on the other side of the phone was caring folks!They greeted me as soon as I pulled up and assured me they will do their best to help me and gave me the best customer service experience.

I called to see exactly what is covered under the warranty plan. The guy kept answering vaguely. It's a lot to haul my car in. When I bought a set of 4 tires last year, they stated different types of services that were covered under warranty. I asked what exactly was covered under the warranty. He kept saying, "we will repair the tire. If not, the tire is covered. I asked, "What does that mean? Does that mean I won't have to pay for a new tire?"Sorry, but the ego and condescending attitude of the person I spoke today cost me to take my business elsewhere and get brand new tires.

A great place for helping u meet ur needs with good pricing. I came in for an oil change and alignment but was told by a random mechanic(not from this company) nothing was wrong with my bearings but I knew there was something off and the workers informed me they were warped and needed resurfacing so I got that done for a reasonable price I was able to get everything knocked out all at once including my washer fluid line that was clogged I m so thankful for them definitely recommend

These people are crooks. Not only did they overcharge me ($4500+) charge, they also did not fix the problem. I had to go to a whole different company who charged me half of the price this company did. They also lie to you and pretend they order parts, when no actual parts were ordered. They then drive your vehicle (80mph) down the road to make your check engine light go off long enough so that when they return the car it appears* they fixed the problem.In addition, I had auto zone take a look at my vehicle after they supposedly made a repair, and do you know what came up? The EXACT same issue that I paid over $4500 for them to fix. Not only that, when I called and said that now the check engine light was on, they wanted to charge me another $100 to do a diagnostic. Do not do business with these triflin people.

New car first service outside of the place I bought it from extremely nervous I knew there might be some issues with it from dealing with the service repairs at carmax came in and chris was amazing really made me feel at home explained it to me so I could understand everything going on with my car great staff atmosphere making them my primary I will be back

I came to this shop around 5pm two months ago, which was a hour to closing and got an oil change. Remind you, this oil change is the most expensive oil change I ever received $90. Included in the oil change is supposed to be a courtesy inspection, tire rotation + the oil change. I feel since this was close to closing and alot of mechanics were leaving that they RUSHED! Although I seen the man rotating my tires, so I can verify that but they did not do no thorough inspection at all. Once I paid, I seen on the invoice that they put 5w30 oil in my vehicle when it takes 5w20. I called he quickly said no I put the right oil I just put it in wrong. But who am I to say you didnt? Two months later I went to go get my car maintenance & actually inspected.. I don t drive much but the mechanic said its time for an oil change your due for one. So all in all these people probably didnt even change my oil. DONT COME HERE LADIES.. mechanics love taking advantage of us. Meanwhile I was being harrassed by their mechanic. He kept harassing me for my number.

My company uses this shop for our maintenance needs. They get the job done and if given a time frame, they always succeed.My company changed and no longer uses vendors but I personally continue for my own car needs along with my family, Chris M. and Will are my main men I trust with my car. They're honest and informative and if you don't like honesty, your gonna get it anyway. I've been going there for years and I'm never disappointed.

NOPEEE. Took 2hrs just to get one tire changed,. And i know it wasnt cause it was difficult work, but rather that they took their time smokin and jokin instead of doing the work. I even watched the front desk guy go back there to check on the progress for me and he started to work on it. This was going on while manager was obviously not caring what goes on in his shop. Fire them all except front desk guy.

Absolute breath of fresh air!I fit into the stereotype of the woman who knows nothing about cars, so I ve had my fair share of being taken advantage of when it comes to my own ignorance about what I actually need done for my car and how much the services should cost.Let me say this simply, this location is filled with honest and kind employees. I came to have 3 tires replaced (and was readily expecting to be told just get 4 even though, I really didn t want to spend the extra money even if it was technically cheaper to do so).Hunter (name on the receipt, I never actually got his name so hopefully this is correct) helped me, and he was extremely polite. He did not even mention anything about trying to sell me a 4th tire and let me know of a deal on alignments they currently had.I agreed to the estimate for the 3 tires and the alignment, came back for my car just a few hours later and Hunter had informed me he did not end up doing an alignment because I didn t need it. I was shocked, because honestly, I wouldn t have known I didn t need it and I had already approved the estimate including the alignment. I know he should ve been expected to be this honest, but in my experience, this isn t usually the case. A lot of people would ve done it or not, and still charged me anyways. I would ve never known.Thank you Hunter for being honest and kind!
