We were here visiting from out of town when we noticed our engine light on our mercedes. We reached out to Mercedes-Benz Fayetteville. The service department receptionist was very friendly and professional. Once we arrived to have our vehicle serviced, we were greeted by Jacobb who already had our information. He was very helpful and keep us updated throughout the entire process. Thank you Mercedes-Benz Fayetteville for taking good care of our vehicle and making sure we had peace of mind on our journey back home!

All Staff are so kind from the outside man who waves your car in, the lady who sign you in (beautiful hair btw), parts guy and Service Advisor. I even met the mechanic.
