This review is relating to one of our service experiences at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville. Our purchase of a new Mercedes vehicle earlier was exemplary, however when we brought one of our older Mercedes vehicles to their Service Department for a rough idling issue, the Service Department diagnosed the issue as a few supercharger vacuum lines and some gasket replacement quoting a $1,600.00 repair cost. We approved the work to be done and several days later picked our vehicle up. Upon leaving the dealership, the vehicle was indicating the same rough idling while stopped at lights. We immediately returned the vehicle to the dealership to relay our findings. The dealership indicated they wanted the vehicle a few days to figure out what was going on. After several part changes that didn t change the outcome, the service department indicated they couldn t figure out what was causing the rough idling and suggested we let them get the engineers involved at a substantial additional cost. We declined due to the age and miles on the vehicle and returned home with our vehicle and no solution. We feel that since they diagnosed the issue as knowing how repair the vehicle and they being the dealership with the expertise, we should not have had to pay for a repair we never received after receiving their diagnostic recommendation. We will not be bringing any of our cars to their service department again. On a positive note, I will add that the service departments staff including adviser and mechanic were always courteous and professional. We just don t have confidence in their abilities.

The minute I walked to the dealership Mr. Will helped me finding my Dream car! He answered all of my questions and he was very patient! After my purchase I had to stop for service and the guys there are amazing! I received videos while my car was in services, calls etc! We are extremely disappointed in the actions of this company and the way we were treaded concerning trying to purchase a vehicle. We visited the company two times concerning purchasing a vehicle. After test driving the vehicle during the second visit, we told the salesman that we were interested in purchasing and wanted him to run the numbers concerning how much it would actually cost to purchase. We scheduled an appointment to come back a couple of hours later so we could go over the numbers. Due to another appointment we couldn t stay at the time. We actually finished our appointment early and came back to sit down and go over the numbers for the vehicle. When we returned, we were told the dealership was selling the vehicle to another couple that walked in, liked the vehicle and said they wanted to buy it. Even after the salesman told the GM and owner we were the first ones requesting to purchase the vehicle and were scheduled to come back to go over the numbers to purchase the vehicle, they said their business practice is first come first served and they do not hold vehicles for anyone for any reason. Keep in mind the salesman never told us this and the GM or owner would not even take that into account. Their compassion concerning even considering changing their minds was terrible and it took about 20 to 30 minutes and a demanding request before the GM or owner would even speak to us. This was not the first time we have had issues concerning this company s customer service. I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

TL;DR: Don t go to Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville thinking you ll get treated well unless you re willing to spend 100k on a car.We bought a car March 17th and were told if anything is wrong with the car within 30 days it will be fixed and covered. Not even 2 weeks later the A/C wouldn t cut on, temp gauge wasn t working, and the engine was in limp mode. We happened to be in Fayetteville when this happened so we stopped by the dealership. Service was closed but we were again told by our salesperson that we should be good since it had not been 30 days yet and to come back during the week to get it looked at. He said that it just sounded like a sensor and they should be able to get it fixed on the same day we bring it in. The manager basically rolled her eyes at us and made it clear that she did not care we had over an hour drive home with a car that wouldn t go over 2000rpm and could be overheating but made it home.We bring the car in Monday but we re told that we have to leave it there because they re behind in the service department. We get a call Tuesday listing a few things that are wrong, but NOTHING is going to be covered. The person that called from service said they spoke with the salesperson already. We call the salesperson to ask what s going on, and he says he hasn t talked to anyone in service and that he ll call back. Never got a call back, so I call again this morning and he s not working but I get the same manager that blew us off before. I m told that the salesperson is wrong, there s no 30 day warranty, and nothing is going to be covered. I m still waiting on a call back. This is day 3 with no car, and I m tired of getting the runaround.Update: They just called back and the salesman (Dwayne) Mercedes-Benz _Of_Fayetteville_NC is claiming he never said that we d be covered within 30 days. Avoid this place like the plague.

Used car manager JT was extremely kind and professional. I sent photos of my vehicle and he responded with an approximate offer to purchase. Even with very slight body damage he honored his quote. He had all the paperwork completed as I had loan info readily available and finished our transaction in under 15 minutes. Fair offer and beyond easy to do business with. Highly recommend

Awful experience here, definitely not what you want or expect at a Mercedes dealership. IF COMING IN FOR A SERVICE, DO NOT BRING YOUR BENZ HERE! Been an Audi owner for years and had exemplary service at the dealership every time I brought it in for services. Recently bought a GLC 300 and just brought it in for my 10k service and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. JASON MILLER is an unprofessional, unpleasant and terrible employee whose attitude is arrogant, rude and unacceptable. He was our service representative and from the start I just wanted to speak with anyone else. His attitude was condescending and dismissive. Horrible experience. Any place that employs someone like that and abides their treatment of customers in the customer service space is unacceptable in my opinion. Go to the Cary dealership instead.

Our salesman was great. However, the finance manager (Brandon) was a prick. No personality, he was just rude. He didn t even let us know we were good to go to leave when we finished paper work. He got up, walked out, didn t congratulate us or anything. And then came back in the room and said are yall good? Then we proceeded to ask if we could leave. He then said yes and walked out of the room again. Very unprofessional of a manager

First of ALL I want to send A HUGE THANK YOU TO salesman Courtney, you are the BEST!I'm so disappointed with the GM Erin and whoever else is involved. I brought a used BMW on 11/29/23, 4 days later the coolant light came on, took it back. The Service guy called me, also told my husband that, "he cap it off with more fluid, because it was really low in fluids." 5 days later the light came back on, reached back out to Mercedes and I was told to take car to BMW because they specialize in those vehicles. While waiting on my appointment, I had to get a ride because Mercedes didn't offered or try to get me in a loaner car. VERY DISAPPOINTED, called several times, BMW services called several times, different people NO ONE WOULD RESPOND, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT? Finally the GM Erin contacted me, and spoke with the service guy at BMW. The vehicle is not drivable and the service guy told me he couldn't give me the car back, and plus this service should be Mercedes dealership responsibility, because I didn't have this car 5 days and they didn't service this car before they sold it to me. The GM Erin called taking Responsibility for $1800 of this $ 3900 the bill and I'm responsible for the remaining balance of almost $2000, I'm NOT paying, this plus a car payment at the same time. IF she is willing to pay that amount she needs to pay the full bill. I haven't had the car 12 days and it's been parked, and now park at the BMW dealership since 12/29/23. THIS NOT RIGHT, and Mercedes Dealership of Fayetteville needs to take full responsibility of this car, that I purchased and it was not fully serviced before they put out on their lot. And not returning my calls nor text messages is NOT NICE, NOR PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY coming from A WELL KNOWN DEALERSHIP MERCEDES-BENZ OF FAYETTEVILLE!!!I will be writing a article or filing a complaint to the BBB. PLEASE DO MORE ABOUT THIS, MESSY SITUATION, BAD BUSINESS!!A VERY ANGRY DISAPPOINTMENT WOMAN/CUSTOMER!!

Shout out to Jamie and the service team. On Monday my car decided to act a butt. It was a software glitch and I was left stranded. I m was panicking but they helped to calm me down and made the impossible possible. By today (Wednesday) I had my car back good as new. This was the first time I had ever bought a brand new car and I am beyond happy with the peace of mind that Mercedes gives its customers and I am beyond happy that I chose Mercedes of Fayetteville to deal with. Also, the older lady that works at the front counter. I d like to give a shout out to her as well because when I called crying and upset rather than get upset with me in turn she personally walked over to try to get me help. Thank you so much. Warning: AVOID Fayetteville Dealership for Mercedes-Benz Purchases and RepairsI. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from the Fayetteville dealership for Mercedes-Benz due to several critical issues. Secondly, their mechanics are inadequate, evident from their inability to properly install a seat cover, despite multiple attempts.In my personal experience, I purchased a new car from the Charlotte dealership, where they promptly identified a minor tear in the seat cushion. Seeking resolution, I brought the issue to the Fayetteville dealership, hoping for efficient service. However, their incompetence became apparent as they repeatedly failed to address the problem.During my visits, they ordered incorrect parts, attempted unsuccessful repairs, and failed to provide promised loaner cars, leaving me inconvenienced and dissatisfied. My husband Gregor Ivenz went into Mercedes of Fayetteville to test drive a vehicle and there was a very large tube sock right in front of the vehicle we wanted. Gross! It definitely didn't just blow in. Get a shot before you go to this place and watch out for homeless people.

My daughter was driving from Maryland to South Carolina to go back to college. She unfortunately broke down outside Fayetteville, NC. I called Mercedes of Fayetteville and was given the service specialist Jason Miller. He was exceptional. The service center was closed when my daughter got there as our GL450 ha to be towed. Jason knew she would get there after hours so he arranged a ride for her to a nearby hotel and came in the next day early to wrk on our car. Unfortunately, Jason had to order an alternator so my daughter had to stay 2 nights in Fayetteville but Jason made sure she was ok and arranged for transportation while the car was getting serviced. Jason also reached out to me as I was a worried parent over 6 hours away. Jason went above and beyond and we are very appreciative. I would recommend Mercedes of Fayetteville as well as Jason Miller without any hesitation.

Not happy!!!I am not happy with the costumer service I received. My car was picked up on a roll back and I expected it to be brought back the same way. I asked for my seats to be cleaned, was told they would but they were not. An individual not on my insurance brought my vehicle back and was driving so fast he passed my home twice!After spending $50k on a new Mercedes you would think they would value their customers more!

Some of the salesmen that work there along with the lady that works in the main desk are genuinely nice people. But the way the managers deal with their clients are one of the most shadiest and difficult things I ve ever experienced. I would honestly go to another Benz dealer because as soon as you need something that requires them to do their job, you have to keep calling, checking up, reminding, or otherwise, it will be dismissed

UPDATE: Can not believe how difficult it is to speak with someone in the service department. I called on several occasions and even left a message. Decided to go on line to schedule maintenance however, I still needed to speak with someone. Amazingly I get a call the day before my appointment from Trina. Extremely unprofessional and rude!! She was determined to get her point across and totally dismissed my concerns. Needless to say I canceled my appointment..why spend thousands in maintenance when they don't even pretend to appreciate your business. I've always been a Volvo girl because of the auto and their caring customer service. Boy did I make a mistake going to MB of Fayetteville.Saw a CPO GLA 250 on line Monday morning, I made an online inquiry. Received an immediate response that someone would contact me. TJ immediately called me, we set up a time to see the vehicle...needless to say by Wednesday of the same week I was driving my CPO GLA 250 off the lot. My issue is with the detailing department, the vehicle wasn't detailed in the manner commensurate with a premier show room. I was told that they were short staffed. I understand but in the future at least offer a voucher to have it professionally detailed.

On 7/26/23 I took my vehicle in for service check engine light on. They told me engine oil level is extremely high, found transmission fluid in the engine-recommend flushing engine several times to ensure fluid is completely removed. and send me a bill on line $1021.75, and a thermostat replacement $860.33 and other things which was $2600.00. I called to speak to someone and said that s impossible they were the only people to service my car and if that is correct they did it. They checked the records and it showed I was in for Svc a couple mts back. He said he ll call me back. He returned the called and said it s was the thermostat only. I told him he sent me a bill with what was wrong and if I had paid it without question they would ve cheated me out of a lot of money, he stated it was a mistake I said that would have been a costly mistake and why send the customer a bill that is incorrect . I went in to collect my vehicle and paid for thermostat only. I asked to speak to a manager he stated he was the manager :( Right!!! I told him as a veteran and a woman this is bad business. Shame on you Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville.

I came in for a routine maintenance needed to be done on my SUV. I am sure I m not the only one- but I dread in going in and waiting for the car maintenance to be completed. I had the most amazing experience with Sherri. She explained everything from beginning to end- recommending what I needed. She was super attentive, friendly and exceptional customer service. She was super busy with lines ringing off the hooks but did well in juggling walk in customers- appointments and other administrative work.The waiting area offers water, coffee and snacks. Super clean and sanitized.Thank you!

Greg Dudak has to be the best salesman on Earth. He sold me a vehicle while I was at work because he knew I wouldn't leave my place of business so he brought the vehicle to our clinic. Who else is doing this kind of thing?Since then, we've not had one moment of regret and the service we've received is top-notch!
