This was my first time at this business. I felt a little skeptical with it being my first time at this place. From the time I arrived until the time I left, I was treated like a valued customer, which was very heart-warming. It was a very positive experience, thanks to the professional, caring and accommodating staff. I will be a returning customer for my future tire/automotive needs.

Came in for a tire repair on a Friday afternoon. Although they were very busy all the staff and technicians were super friendly! They took time to explain the exact damage to the tire and advised me on the best way to move forward. The best part is they have a kid play area that absolutely made this a best case scenario for a parent who has a child along for a repair, thanks Mavis we ll be back!

Great team and experience overall! I came yesterday March 23, 2024, to fix my tires under the warranty, and the guys did their best to help me solve this problem ASAP. This location is clean, has plenty of chairs, as well as stools with counter island, and even a place for the kids to play. The employees I met are friendly and helpful! A+++

This was our first-time getting service done at this shop. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything well. The space was clean, and the waiting area was nice with a work area to utilize while you wait. We will definitely be back!

Hands down the absolute best experience I ve had for alignment service! I went to a few different shops for alignment for my vehicle and they all couldn t get the machine calibrated took it here and had my car aligned in 20 minutes! Knowledgable mechanics who honestly care. Love is at this place . Better experience than I thought I was going to have.

This morning I scheduled an appointment to get new tires on my vehicle so after work I went to drop my vehicle off so it would already be there at 8 AM for my scheduled appointment time. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they offered to stay late and do my tires at that time. I just want to thank the manager and technician that stayed till 7:30 PM to service me. Not only did I put in the wrong information-size tires for my vehicle so the manager had to call me so that I could come and pick out a new set of tires but he gave me comfort in taking time to find me a good set of tires in the same price range.Excellent Customer Service, I would recommend them time and time again.Thank you,Charlene

This was the best experience I have ever had with a tire shop. They offered fair pricing, gave quick service, and left me feeling safe in my vehicle. The store manager and team did amazing! They let me know what did and didn t need to be done, and everything was done in an honest fashion. My car is driving great! I definitely recommend this place.

T is the first person I spoke to in the shop when I was in need of my tires being replaced. He was super nice. Super helpful and really broke things down for me to understand and the manager Matt was such an amazing help. They definitely know their stuff. I ll be coming here from now on!

I highly recommend this shop. All of the employees here were super friendly and very helpful when it came to getting my vehicle serviced. They took their time trying to pinpoint the exact problem with the vehicle and got the job done in a timely manner. This will be the only shop I ever go to from now on.

Excellent service. There was a minor miss of communication because I thought my work truck was getting completed on Saturday but they only did the estimate, so I had to come back the next day which was a minor inconvenience, but they went out of their way to ensure my service was acceptional. I had a heavy trailer attached to the back of my truck which I couldn't remove myself and they gladly removed and replaced it for me. The work done was professionally done. Great job guys. Thank You..

Friendly and professional service from start to finish! They fixed things on my car, the dealership overlooked and broke. They didn't try to upsale unneeded services. The staff were all friendly and professional, they walked around smiling. I will only take my car to them for service moving forward. Terrell and the team took great care of my car. I have had excellent service every time I've been there. The Manager is always there to help, the staff is always there to help. The staff here is wonderful, always do a fantastic job, they always go above and beyond to help everyone. I would recommend going to this location.

Came by with low tire pressure. New driver, wasn t really sure how to fill it up. Was worried it d be a bit as I had to get to university, but they got the tires done in 5 minutes free of charge. Very grateful for their speedy help, great people working here. Highly recommend.

Been waiting for this local store to open and am I glad I did. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. Open times are very convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bay and lobby were super clean. Affordable prices. Best part: staff!

Went to Mavis for Brake inspection which was free and they let us know exactly what we need and 2 hours later I am fully taken care of and back on the road. Terrell the Service Manager made sure everything went smooth and provided me all details and explanation clear has day.

I have had the worst experience with this place. After reading reviews I was very excited to get my new tires from Mavis. I walked in and was helped immediately. The quote that I received over the phone wasn t the same but that didn t really bother me. I was told the max wait would be an hour and a half. Also the wait didn t bother me I expected at least 2 hours before I went in. Actually was there for about 5 and a half. I brought in 2 vehicles at the same time that both needed new tires and alignment with getting new tires that was suggested to us at the time so we agreed. I have a 2023 vehicle. I drove it and realized after 5 minutes going down the street that the alignment was VERY off. I immediately called them and they asked could I bring it in on Monday with my work schedule that was not possible. They said the latest day they stayed open would be on a Thursday. So that following Thursday we took both vehicles up to Mavis. When my friend got there the manager was very RUDE and acted like she was there to get something for free I had to email her the receipt and even then the manager was still being aggressive. Finally the guy that had helped us on Sunday recognized her and helped her. I then arrived 30 minutes after and the mechanic even told her after driving in the car with her that the alignment was still off on her car. So they then put my vehicle on the machine and after sitting there for about an hour and a half the guy then said that the mechanic was tired and she had been working all day and that it could of been something wrong with my steering column hmm ok but there was LITERALLY NOTHING wrong with my alignment or my steering column before I got the alignment and new tires on Sunday. He then suggested AGAIN that we leave and come back on a different day. So my friend had her father and her uncle take her vehicle up there and that same manager once again was very rude and hostile towards them! Her car is now ok for the most part but she still says it s not right like it was before she took it up there. My friend drove my car up there for me due to my schedule I haven t had a chance so she drove it up there for me. I get in my car and go down the interstate and can immediately tell it s still not fixed. So for all that money I paid for an alignment and it s still not fixed even though they claim it is. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My stepfather who has been a mechanic for MANY YEARS even drove my vehicle tonight and said that I was in fact correct my vehicle still is not aligned correctly!

I came in for new tires! The price was affordable and I love the additional benefits as well! They were very helpful and worked with me to get everything I needed for my car! I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future!

Burt was very knowledgeable and personable. He made sure I received a great brand of new tires and made sure the work was completed to perfection. Tharien was a person of his word and made sure that all work was done correctly. Both gentlemen were patient and answered questions without making me feel like I was a bother. I thank you both and I will continue to come back for future work as needed.

Everyone was so friendly. The front desk clerk T was up front and honest about pricing. Turns out I don t need new brakes whatsoever! They let me know my brake are like new . What I heard was brake dust. The honesty was so refreshing.

They did not jerk me over. They told me up front that they do not to coils or PCV work and referred me to mechanics that did.

Service member Terrell was helpful and honest. Other places will charge you even if you do not have any deficiencies in your vehicle, this place told me exactly what my vehicle needs, so I can plan for the next service. Recommended 100%.

Terrell was super helpful and accommodating. I have taken multiple vehicles to Mavis for oil changes and tires and have had a pleasant experience each time. Highly recommend Mavis, and will definitely be coming back.

Dunno what happened ... went back for tires after a great first experience and found the place had totally changed. None of the people I met initially were there. The new crowd was rude as hell and I waited so long on tires I just left. Wtaf?Definitely above average service. The guys in front are personable and friendly and the crews in the shop are really hustling. A very different experience compared to other shops. Excellent price on the service for my Kia, as well. My new go-to.

Slowest oil change service ever. I've been here for 115 minutes (not 1 hour and 15 minutes... literally 115 minutes) and still not done. Just a simple oil and filter change. It sat in the bay for 40 minutes before it was lifted, Sat for another 20 minutes before they started draining it. No sense of urgency to get anything done. Don't come here unless you have an entire afternoon to burn. All done. 2 hours.
