The folks here (including the shop cat) are all extremely nice. They are willing to take the time to explain everything and services are performed in a timely manner. Everything I have had done has been done well.I think they are a little pricey, hence the four stars.Heads up, do not bring your own parts in an effort to save money. They will not use anything you bring. This can be frustrating.

Estimate was accurate and a good rate compared to other nearby shops, people are nice and willing to explain repairs to you. Solid business and will be going to them in the near future.

I own a 70 charger the mechanics and the owner a very respectful they take the time explain what needs to be done they don t have pressure tactics trying to sell nor make you get work done that don t need to be done they took care of my car while work was being done on it they covered it at night when I had to leave itWhen I had a medical issue come up they did not charge anything extra for storage if you want good mechanics you need to take it to lane automotive I willBe back honest mechanics are hard to come by

Lane Automotive is the best auto shop in the area, my entire family has been coming here for inspections and services for the past few years. Recently, my dad accidentally poured diesel gas into his tank and he freaked out as he first consulted the dealers for help. I had him come over for a quick flush with Tony. Tony greeted us with enthusiasm and he fixed the vehicle within a day at an affordable price. My dad and I are super pleased with the services and the staffs and we will definitely return here whenever we need auto services.

I had a 6 hour job so they had me drop off my vehicle next day. Said they'd get it done that day. Got a quote before I went in. Was $350 under Chevy Dealership. Waiting room was nice with TV and vending machines. Cleve checked in my vehicle. Finished nearly 2 hours early. Charged what they quoted. Super helpful with questions. I'll call here first again.

All of my vehicles are serviced at Lane Automotive over many years. I am very please with their service. My experience is that they are honest, price is fair, they warranty their works. They are courteous, professional and punctual!

I have a 1986 GMC full size Jimmy that I am restoring. I needed a new engine put in so I took it to Lane's. These guys are superb! They said it would likely take 10 days but had it done in 7. I am very satisfied with their service and I would recommend them to anyone. The manager was extremely professional and answered every question I had, and I am very happy with the work they did.

Awesome pricing and service. Upfront with a no nonsense appeal. I had a small Ranger go in for a slew of things and the guys really gave me a deal and all that I asked for. A truly good business experience. And they also sell cars!!

Do not go here!!!! They are bad for business and racists I have a up to date car went to get my inspection done I asked him was I going to fail my inspection because I just put coolant in my car which caused my engine light to come on until it runs through my car it will go off and he said he didn t know!!! He failed my inspection because of that !! He knew it was my coolant he could ve simple told me to go ride around until my engine light go off give the coolant time to process through the car but he didn t he took my money and failed me and then went to my mechanic and he told me nothing was wrong with my car !!! Him and tlc both put it on the machine which I knew they had to at the shop and got the same results my car was 100 percent clear! All these people want is your money they don t care about the customers!!! They are shady all they care about is white people if you are black stay away from this shop they will get you!!!!

We have always used Lanes Automotive for our car repairs. They are honest and very fair. I sent one of my friends mother there and they found the problem right away with minimal cost. She had been to the dealership with a quote of over eight hundred dollars estimate to fix the problem. Thank goodness she did not spend the money at the dealership. I will recommend Lanes Automotive to all my family and friends.

A friend recommended that I come here for an oil change. Great service, very polite staff. Very clean, well taken care of facility. Oil change was done in a timely manner and prices are decent. Will definitely continue to come here for future automotive needs.

Lane always does good work on or vehicles. I've never had a problem with the outcome. In fact, I feel like they bend over backwards to help sometimes. I've never had an issue. We'll keep using them until we move away.

Traveling across Kentucky, my AC went out. Pulled into Fayetteville at 2 am, and with the help of my daughter in law, Lanes had it in the next morning. Turned out I blew up my compressor. Lane's not only fixed it, but had it back to me that same day. Price was crazy cheap in comparison as to what I would've paid at home in Arizona for the same service PLUS I now have a warranty! Thank you for the great service on such a short notice!

First I got held up by DOT checking their systems, I was ok with the wait. Waited about 2hrs just for him to charge me $33 to say oh your tint (small strip) across the front windshield is too dark ( like really, is that hindering my vision or the cops. I have no tint on sides and then said the back was too dark. It's a single cab truck. He could have easily saved me money and time by telling me that before he even pulled my truck in. FYI, this my first time getting it inspected so never even knew that tint would be an issue...They will never have me as a customer again. And was already have back spasms trying to wait on them...Wow and to top it off, part of my hood is broken that I just found out and my hood wasnt latched. I took it on the 23rd and haven't driven my truck anywhere to get up enough speed and just now on I-95 my hood almost come up. I kept hearing a noise and my grill is broken but was wedged in as though it wasnt. This place is a rip off. Could have easily busted my windshield and caused us to wreck. And I know for a fact they broke it bc it wasnt broken before and nobody has touched my truck since and I've only drove it to town once since then.

Love the people here! Great customer service and knowledge base about vehicles. Had a couple cars worked on here in the past and even bought my current car from them.

Beware of price gouging at this place ladies, took my car there and got a repair quote for $700, my husband took it somewhere else and got a quote for $350. Bad thing is, I've been taking my car there for 5 years not knowing I've been probably been getting ripped off this whole time.

Absolutely wonderful local repair shop. Had the best luck with repairs, the staff is amazing, and they're always the most reasonable in town. The only place I trust taking my sports car to.

Cannot fix the mentioned problems and feel like they purposely don't fix other things to bring you back in to fix it. I guess thats the norm these days for most auto shop. I had a huge chuckle after reading their "code of ethics" tab on their website. Absolute horrendous as well as management in my perception. Find a better place.

It's so nice to have a mechanic we can trust. They explain in detail what needs to be done and why, which we appreciate. We'll definately be taking our vehicles here from now on.

For years we overlook they mistake we are car , today we have enough, never going back. The owner do not have the decency to talked to my husband, for them a customer is not important.

Extremely wonderful staff, unfortunately it didn't work out but staff went above and beyond and gave me a ride home - over an hour away!
