So this review may be a bit strange because Jody did the paint job on my bike 5 years ago now and I am just leaving a review. This is because I was just out cleaning the bike up and cannot get over how perfect the paint looks still today after these 5 years! It is black paint with purple flakes mixed in on a 2005 road glide and as anyone knows, black paint shows every imperfection. That being said, the paint still looks as good as it did when I picked up the painted parts from him 5 years ago with the exception of the few chips that I caused in my cluttered shop. At the time I had an item or two that I was being picky about and Jody had it taken care of immediately to perfection with no concern at all. I have since sent a few friends down there and their satisfaction and experiences match mine. I would not have anyone else paint a bike of mine other than Jody and the Kustom Shop. Period.

The owner is a standup guy. He explains everything in detail and does not attempt to drain your wallet. He gave me options that best suited my budget. This is now my go-to shop.

I can't brag enough about how well the service was at the Kustom Shop. I had a multitude of cosmetic issues with my mustang. Jody expertly fix every dent, discoloration and made her back like new. Jody assisted me regarding a tire issues I had and did it as a courtesy. Extremely impeccable business and more importantly REASONABLY PRICED! If you need body work done on your car, the Kustom Shop is your spot. Do not go anywhere else in Fayetteville! Thanks Jody for everything!Photos to comeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

2 visits so, I'll average it as a three-star. The first visit was for a paint job on my ZX-14. Amazing job!!! Paint looks great and customer service was top notch! Five star rating!2nd visit was mainly for a gas leak that I found on the bike. They kept the bike for over a month with little to no updates whatsoever. Only if I called to ask. I took in a set of exhaust which was installed and a stretch kit that was installed, however the fuel leak remains. I was told they didnt see a leak, but obviously they added no fuel to the tank. Lesson learned....never pay in advance for service. You tend to get pushed to the end of the priority line.Overall good experience, but if a reasonable timeline is of the essence, seek another venue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in here with a friend, whose family referred her to Jodie for slight maintenance, and based off the little conversation I had with Jodie, he decided to spread rumors about something he knows nothing about. Very unprofessional and incorrect as a business owner. If you can't just do your job and keep your opinions to yourself, you probably shouldn't have a business.

if I could give a zero I would, estimates are not free, did no work on vehicle in a week, did not call, had nothing ready for work, sorry, slow, lazy, late, unreliable and cannot be trusted to do the job, word is garbage, stay away - do not pay or waste your money or time, PERIOD!!!
