Save yourself some time and frustration, get your exhaust done by a real shop. I spent half the money getting a custom exhaust from a guy who could do it "just as good for less"(see attached pic of the x pipe they removed). They work quick and the welds are super clean, price came in under the estimate given. Would recommendService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

If you are a car guy or gal. You will have no problem at all with these folks. I came in to get some welds redone ended up with brand new exhaust and I love it. Great shop, great work. Cool people.

I wanted some custom exhaust tips and performance mufflers for my Mercedes G-Class. The first 3 muffler and exhaust shops I called told me they didn t have parts for Mercedes, we re too busy, and didn t seem interested in working on my car. I called Ken s and they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. By 10am the next morning I had everything I wanted done perfectly and at a great price. I couldn t recommend Ken s Muffler & Auto Repair shop more!

I was sent to Ken s after leaving the Cadillac dealership who quoted me $1600 dollars to repair my muffler. The guys at Ken s had my car up on a lift and completely repaired in less than 20mins and it only costed me $64 dollars .. I d recommend anyone with auto repair needs to take it to Ken s. I paid over 1600 for an exhaust manifold, muffler and pipe job on a 99 ford ranger with rusted bolts. They got the job done but it took them 2 to 3 weeks, can't remember exactly how long so ill say 2 weeks and some change. They are a really busy shop so it will take them a while to get your vehicle in, but their work so far has held up. Nothing has failed in my exhaust and the pricing is slightly cheaper then another shop like Riverside. You will save about 150 to 200 dollars going to this shop but they don't do appointments, its first come first served. Due to this you could be waiting up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the job. If you don't have other means of transportation to go to work, its not plausible which is why i give them 4 stars instead of 5. If you go here for a big job or possibly even a small job, make sure you got atleast 2 weeks worth of rides to get to work or another form of transportaion or else you may be in trouble. Their work so far has held up and they also have a warranty on the parts.

It s so refreshing to know there are still honest businesspeople in this world. I dropped my car off for muffler repairs this past Monday afternoon not expecting to hear back until the next day with a quote on how much it ll cost to replace my mufflers. Instead, I got a call back in an hour or so saying my car was ready. Very confused, I asked was the mufflers changed and the woman said no. My mufflers were fine and they just needed to tighten the heat shield. I was already mentally prepared to spend several hundreds of dollars, but these folks showed there are still people out here with honestly and integrity. My car is back to its quiet self! You have definitely got a repeat customer in me and I will spread the word! God bless you all!!

Ken s Muffler & Auto has been around for a long time in Fayetteville. From muffler deletes , tip installs, and resonator upgrades, they ve been the best. They stand behind their work and do it the way you want. Completely satisfied!

Had a clogged catalytic converter. Handed over the keys at noon, got a call by 3:30PM, fixed by 5PM when I picked it up. Heard wonderful things from customers of Ken's, which turned out to be the truth.Will recommend!

Called around because my exhaust had an issue unexpectedly while driving for work.Most places were too busy to even take the car but Kens took me in pretty quickly, and I paid less than $100 for my repair.Good people, great service. I ll be back, and recommending.Service: Exhaust

Today I'm very thankful that I was referred to Ken's Muffler! Without an appointment, I arrived thinking someone stole my catalytic converter. Instead, the friendly repairman told me the thief tried, but they only made a hole. 15 minutes and $21 later, I was good to go! My budget is happy. I hate dealing with shops typically so I put off getting my exhaust fixed for awhile, but Ken's made it easy. I dropped my car off and while they weren't able to get to it that same day, they worked on it the next morning and it was done quickly. I thought I needed a new muffler, but they told me it was just my flex pile and hanger so this is definitely a shop with integrity. They're not trying to upcharge you for anything. Now my car drives better than it has in years! Would absolutely recommend.Service: Exhaust

Brought my truck in to replace my factory exhaust. Their prices are on the high-side. Mike (man who works on the muffler side) was incredibly rude and will do the work any way you want it as long as it s his way. I ve seen reviews of others commenting on how controlling, condescending, and rude he is. I m surprised the owner hasn t fired him or at least worked with him on customer service skills. Overall I left after declining service and will not be returning.

Went to the dealership for periodic service not long ago and asked them to look into a rattle under the front that seemed to be getting worse over time. Their diagnosis was that "multiple heat shields" and the catalytic converter needed replacing at an estimated $2,200.Fortunately one of the folks there pulled me aside on my way out to say there might be a much simpler fix and recommended Ken's who fixed the issue (one loose heat shield) in less than an hour and charged me $26!Service: Exhaust

Mike was very reasonably priced and repaired my muffler quickly. On top of the great repair job, one of the exhaust tips was rusted to the pipe and he could not remove it without damaging it, so he replaced both exhaust tips free of charge. Great and honest service!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was told by the Cadillac dealership that it would be 2000 to fix my car s muffler, needless to say I ran out of there!! I explained the situation to Ken s muffler repair shop and they told me to bring it in, same day. I brought my car there they looked at it and came back with 150 for repairs!!!!! I had to ask them like five times to make sure it was not a prank! They fixed it right there on the spot no problems!! If you want honesty, which is hard to find when you don t know about cars, go there!! Thank you so much for blessing me!! I can now travel home for the holidays!!Service: Exhaust

The crew over at Ken s Muffler has been nothing short of GREAT in their mission to giving quality customer service. I went in first thing on the morning of 25 February to get a diagnostic for an issue that my vehicle was having. The crew at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. They were upfront with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and was unsure how long it would take before they got to my vehicle, but it would be as soon as possible that day. Before my ride was there to pick me up, the problem was already diagnosed and repaired within the hour. NO CHARGE! I recommend this establishment to any and everyone for your auto repair needs. I will be patronizing this establishment again if/whenever I need services.Thanks again, Ken s!

I m very unhappy with the service of kin s shop. They tuned up my Nissan Amanda and instead of using factory plugs. They used cheap auto lite plugs and charged way to much money, and my truck is still running the same.I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. I Had a exhaust issue while traveling . I was stuck on a weekend . Ken s took me in first thing Monday morning and fixed it right away . I am forever grateful and I highly recommend this business . Prices are amazing , staff is super friendly and these guys are true honest people . . I d give you a thousand stars if I could . I will always stop here for any auto need !! I was recommended by Fort Bragg auto tech to take my car to Ken's muffler to check out exhaust leak. The guy at Ken muffler shop showed me where the exhaust seal was leaking and said it was no big problem and quoted me a price before repairing the seal for which I thought was a good price.He knocked out the problem less than 15-20 minutes at most ( I watched him do the job). I get to the register to pay and the price was different. The guy even forgot what he quoted me and changed the write up twice. A charge of 100.00 for labor alone for a 15-20 minute job which included lowering the car from the hoist and 45.00 flex 5 inch pipe.This is definitely a lesson learned; definitely will not be taking the recommendations of the Fort Bragg Tech; definitely will not becoming there again!Service: Exhaust
