Hello this place changed my view of car sales . We came in with a bit of cash looking for a older car.he found us a crv In fantastic conditionWe test drove and had some fantastic conversation about the area and his love of cars . He kept us on budget and worked with us and fixed it when a small problem turned on the engine light . I would absolutely purchase a car from him again and hope you get that Kevin won't be happy if you're not! He takes pride in guaranteeing the vehicles are actually good!

We've had this vehicle for a few weeks now.. All is good so farI didn't read any reviews until after wePurchased our SUV... don't know what others have experienced but ours was great... only problem I've had is the price of gas... this jewel love's it.. Had a very good experience at Kelly & Kelly. Timothy, our sales rep was helpful in finding a good, reliable "first" car for one of my children to buy. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and led us to a low milage car. Once we expressed interest, he took us inside to speak with the manager, Kevin. Kevin brought out a deal for our consideration. After some thought and number crunching I presented a counter offer. He proceeded to crunch numbers on his end and was able to meet us at a good price, a manageable monthly payment, with down-payment and financing. It's clear to me that he was interested in earning our business and wanted to be fair. We drove off the lot with the car and are happy with the service provided.

I recently bought a jeep wrangler from them and when I first found the jeep online an reading the reviews i was nervous as living 5 hours away I wasn't wanting to deal with any trouble but I called an we talked about all of that they sent me tons of pictures an tried every way to make me feel better about it so I went an made the trip an well it was great the jeep was just as described and they done very good with all the out of state paper work and was done in about 5 min so if your seeing something you like and your nervous about the reviews don't be call them talk about it an while it is used cars they do try an explain everything they know is wrong I hope this helps someone else that's on the fence about even calling as I was as well

Exceptional experience at this car dealership! From the moment I walked in, the staff's professionalism and knowledge were evident. They took the time to understand my needs and guide me through a wide range of options, ensuring I found the perfect vehicle. I do appreciate their transparency in pricing, the car battery had some issues after the sells went through but they didn t hesitate to offer me help and they covered the whole cost for the battery replacement.I felt valued as a customer. Kudos to the team for setting the bar high in customer service.

In the Army, a soldier having a problem with an off-base business is supposed to report it to the base's consumer affairs officer. Get too many complaints, and the officer not only will talk with your business but might put it on the off limits list.

Very poor service. My mother went purchase a car fro them n only drove the car a good 2 weeks n it started to run hot n now they trying to say that I kept driving the car hot when that wasn t the case he said thing that was inappropriate about where he had to pick up the car from. I want to know if I can get half or all my money back they have the car there. I need to kno I lost my job behind this n put extra mileage on my car to have taken my mom place n I have kids to

The 1 star is because I couldn t do zero and at least they picked up the phone. Just called this place to try to get information on the type of warranty they offer and possibly some interior pictures on the vehicles we were looking at. They couldn t do the interior pictures she said because they didn t have the sales phone at the moment and were quite busy ok, understandable. The information on the warranty? Oh that s tiered so we can t really give you any information on that, is there any way you can come in because you re asking for a lot for someone just calling over the phone. Mind you we were looking to purchase cash not even looking to finance. Insanely rude. Thankful we got to see the poor service from the jump. Probably better off going elsewhere.

WARNING!!! THE SAME OWNER owns both locations...don't let these review responses fool you! I purchased a car from here. The day after I bought it ( right about 50 miles ) the check engine light came on. It was the converter. I brought the car in and it was like pulling teeth to get these guys to fix it. They did finally fix it. A few days later the check engine light came back on for the ECM. They are refusing to fix it. This car lot sells extremely overpriced, horrible cars. In the middle of a PANDEMIC this company refuses to have a moral backbone and has left me stranded.If you have purchased a lemon car through this dealership please contact me. (I am the only one of my name on FB). I will be going to our local and state board to enact CHANGE in our state and to stop allowing the sale of AS IS CARS!!! I have started a petition on Change.org. It is time for dealerships to take responsibility for their unethical business practices!!!

Look at all the other reviews. Mine is basically the same. I should have read the reviews before I went a purchased. I was looking for a small car and something good on gas. Purchased a car in April 2022. Took me forever to get a salesman to contact me back to schedule a test drive. When I get to the dealership Salesman pulls the car to the shop and pulls out the OBD meter and my guess was erasing the codes so I could test drive. We test drive with no issues but pulling back into the lot check engine light comes on. Salesman says its just he 02 sensor and he would get it replaced. I leave the car go back later in the day to pick it up, driving home check engine light pops on again. I took it to my local mechanic and said it was the 02 sensor, Imagine that. Well another day and the light came on again, Mechanic told me that its the the catalytic converter and this was the issue from the beginning before I let the lot with it. Called several places to get a catalytic converter put on and prices ranged from $2200 to $3800 . This car is only worth about $1500 as an 2003 with 130,000. I purchased the care with 120,000 miles so that also tells you how much I have driven it in the past not even a year. I called the dealership to talk with them about this issue and of course just what I expected sorry it was sold as is, but they knew the issues that the car had and the never disclosed them at time of purchase and even said they fixed the issues. Being in a Military town and so close to Fort Bragg you would think they would offer better quality of customer service and satisfaction. Hopefully before anyone else purchases from this dealership they will read not only my review but all the other reviews that are basically all the same. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from here. I will be glad to update my review if they actually do something about this issue. I doubt they will though .

This place scams people out of their hard earned money. My son is a college student who saved his money to replace his car. Unknowingly, we did not check local reviews for this dealership and relied on Cargurus info only or we never would have purchased a vehicle here Or recommended it to my son. He is in college and scrimps and saves his money to get by and this man completely took advantage of him. I understand he purchased this car as is but 4 days after it was driven off the lot the check engine light came on. We drove all the way to Greenville (2 hours) to pick the car up from my son and bring it back to dealership because he said he would fix it then he called my husband and wanted to charge us for repairs! The audacity that this guy has is beyond me. He is a joke and I will be reporting this company to the BBB and anywhere else I can find. My son also paid full price up front. The guy isn t having to wait to receive payments through financing. What a rip off. DO NOT BUY HERE!! This place has absolutely zero morals.

Would give no stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Got a car with a huge down payment and the very next day it started messing up. Took it back to them and they said they would check it out, and of course they said nothing was wrong. But of course the problem just got worse. Called several times and they would not help at all. They basically said they couldn't get the part so oh well. If they had good customer service they would have offered to help get us into another vehicle as the one we had couldn't be fixed. Don't get a car from this lot because it is a money pit and they sell cars with huge problems.

Looking for a car to buy. Pulled into lot. Signs all over the place saying "1000k" Down Payment Guaranteed...caught my attention. After pulling in, a guy came out and told me that couldn't be done when I asked. He kept going on as I was walking away about using some finance company they use. I told him I wasn't into playing games, I was going to buy a car today (Money in Hand) it depended on him if I was going to buy it from him! I could do more than what the signs said down but this place should have to take those signs down if they are not going to honor it! People hate playing games when it comes to buying a used car!

I share the same sentiment on a previous comment "LATE MODEL CARS THAT ARE OVERPRICED"..I went there to just look around the white male with the funny looking nose was trying to use a bullying tactic for me to buy a car for my daughter....Tried to make me feel bad cause I would not buy a 10,000 dollar car for my daughter like I was a bad father...I would not encourage any black person or person of color to go to this car lot and purchase anything..Customer service sucks! seems like its extra worse if you are not WHITE!

0/10 I do NOT recommended! Horrible vehicles. You can go to big lot like CarMax, Toyota, Nissan, ect. and get a great running vehicle for the same price you pay here. We bought a vehicle form Kevin and 1week later all the lights come on the dash. He did help with one repair but I mean really when you put $5000 in a vehicle you don't expect to have to put it in the shop within 2 weeks. And didn't want to trade out the vehicle, I will NOT recommended getting a vehicle for an enemy here! Lesson learned!

BEWARE. BEWARE BEWAREI purchased a car from there a few months ago good car good sales men. So I recommended that my sister buy a car from there. She ended up finding a car at the lot up from where I bought mine. About 2 miles from the lot the car began to smoke. Literally10 minutes after we left. We pulled into a nearby auto repair shop for diagnostics. The car was leaking oil and the mechanic said that it was pressure washed and camouflaged to cover the leaking oil. Also they had put inspection stickers on the car and it should not and would not have passed inspection. The repair cost would be around 3000. We spoke to Kevin the manager that was rude and said all he would do was would give her back 500 dollars she only had the car 10 minutes. He took advantage of a single mother and I feel bad I ever recommended them. Please please think twice before purchasing anything from them. He s dishonest and more worried about a fast buck then repeat business cause he would never ever get mine and I hope by reading my review he never gets yours either. If anyone would like proof I can upload documents to show you thanks and have a blessed day and hopefully I saved someone from making the same mistake my sister did

Spent $7800 On a car worth $4800. The car was breaking down the minute I got it, they only agreed to fix the back wiper which was wiping the back of my car over the keyhole instead of the window at all. The brakes, they wouldn t fix. The car soon broke down completely and it took the mechanic who, I am sure IS busy, four and a half months to look at it. All they relayed to me was the engine but me being someone that YouTube s everything and fixed it herself, I knew that the timing belt was broken and something was pinging around before it stalled out and completely went out. No turn over, no noise, gone. After my car has been sitting for a year, they aren t very attentive to helping the tow guy maneuver the car out of the brush that it was resting in. They yelled at my soon to be husband which I guess is kind of unrelated. They told him that I m lucky they didn t charge ME for my car sitting there, where they begged me to tow it to for them to look at it. I had AAA and they offered to tow it for free then charged me, I contacted the BBB and finally they drop the extra charge of $250 for the tow That they offered me. They showed different people when talking to me than when they spoke to my husband, of course, my husband speaks stern to be assertive and the outcome was not great this time. I am considering pressing charges of harassment for the Manager Kevin raising his voice at my SO, cursing at him, and still speaking on the issue in front of my child after I ve asked that it be dropped. This place is my biggest regret in life. I m still young but I m pretty sure that it will forever be top 3 worst decisions. I don t recommend anyone placing trust in this business or the staff. It s a shame to be mistreated by people that should help you in your needs. The people that go to places like this are usually low income, bad credit or barely getting by. They will strip everything you ve got, they will drive you to bankruptcy. They won t show any remorse. They will sleep soundly at night not caring if you go late on rent because you have to fix your car that takes you back and forth to work. They don t care if you don t have groceries in your home. They don t care about anything except getting you to sign your trust away to them. A deal with them is a deal with the Devil. We all have to learn life lessons ourselves. This lesson, is one you ll want to miss out on.

Went it to trade in my car for another car. Had MORE than enough invested in my car to pay off the car I wanted to buy. Got out of the car, salesman met me in the parking lot. TOLD ME the value of my car was $3000 less than what it was appraised at less than a month ago. (Edit: This was all without even looking at it, obviously this was what he was going to say before I even arrived.) All before I even got 5 steps towards the door. Stay away unless you know what you re doing.Edit: Dealer responds:"Stefan, I am sorry we were not able come to terms to trade your vehicle. The value of the appraisal you received, from another dealership, a month ago, did not fall in line with what we could allow for your trade. Our sales people are trained to always give our customers prompt service. If you would like to discuss this matter any further, please contact me.Kevin YoungManager"If you don't want my car or don't think you can a profit, that's fine. That's just smart business. Don't lie and tell me my car isn't worth what it is and try to trick me into trading in my car for THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS. If anyone is reading this and wants a car that is in stock here, DON'T TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE. GIVE THEM CASH ONLY.

The worse place ever to buy or even look at a car. DON'T DO IT! We bought a 2002 Honda Civic on Saturday around 4 pm and my son took the car to work that evening. Sunday at 3 am my son was trying to leave work. I received a phone call from him saying the car would not move. We took the car back to K & K hoping to get another inspection and to fix the problem. Mind you, we asked Kevin several times if something happens to the car if he'd do what he could to make it right. Let's just say once you buy a car you're own your on. Kevin actually had nerves to blame the problem on us. Mind you it is the brake cylinder thats leaking, which caused the brakes to lock. This car cost $4800.00 and we already spent $275 on a tow truck and now we are having to pay another $440.00.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Went to look at one of the vehicles they were advertising online. Vehicle looked good and was just what i was looking for. Cash money deal from a recent car accident which was why I was looking for a car. When I asked to take it to my mechanic to look it over they refused. I left and never looked back. Buyers beware.

Awful place to buy a car and awful customer experience. Promised you can get any car for 1k down payment and that was bs. When I bought a car, I heard the salesman laughing with another coworker saying. I can t believe someone actually bought that car. I m still owing payments for a car that is worth 350 dollars. They never fixed my radio like they said they would. The car had no filter and air conditioner didn t work. I need a car immediately that day which is why I bought it. I would never recommend this awful place to anyone. They cheap you out and don t care about you

So i guess we should've read up on this place before we actually spent our hard earned money on a lemon. I see every review on here with the same problem. especially, the same problem but more like we have. my husbands in the service and they go on about how they are all for the military yet takes money from people with families and just promises " they'll take care of it" my husband is the nice negotiable one however i for one knew something was off. we don't even drive the car for the 6 months we've had it. the first week of having it we've taken it back and forth trying to get someone to look at why our car was making weird sounds after signing a form agreeing to nothing being wrong with it. we had many visits back to the shop and now our car is a hot smoking , slow, non-driving basket of metal. I'm pregnant with kids while my husband deploys and fights for our civilization and they tell us how much they appreciate our service just to steal your money. we had it for 7 months and out of that 7 months we've only driven it for 4. This place is a whole scam and some people may enjoy the cars they've purchased from here however I am certain that the fact of not having a used car lemon law in the state of NC helps them scam everyone. I i would HIGHLY beg that you STAY THE HELL AWAY from this place. Go to Valley Auto used cars and i SWEAR on my kids life you WILL NOT regret it! I'd legit send myself to the grave before EVER shopping here. Think i'm full of it? try buying a car from them and you'll see :)

Bought a car from them, offered me 9,000 for what it s actually worth which is 7,500. Then we agreed on 7,500. Then upped it up to 8,000 then back down to the original 7,500. I ve only had this car for 6 months and already spent $2,500 on it. The 1st month alone was for new tires because they could not pass inspection at all and was worn to the bone. Then had to completely replace the belts, and everything along with the belts and some more other things. After a month I didn t even notice that the warning lights switch were completely broken off, and also the power steering is completely messed up. Furthermore, they fixed all the issues the 1st week. But actually they just turned off and on the check engine light, in which 3-4 days later came right back on.I am warning you. These people are scammers and have terrible service. Thank you for reading.

Well my visit was very short. I pulled up to Kelly and Kelly today at the as another Customer actually before but around the same time but anyway a dealer comes out greets the other customers didn t say anything me just looked at me with no approach what so ever. I guess he thought that he would talk to the more ($$$) suitable customers but anyway I was looking at the two Jeep commanders that they had. I really just wanted a price honestly. But he never came to me or said anything and as a sales associate I m sure you would want to find out why I am there. But little did he know I Had $5,000 in my pocket and was ready to spend either on a down payment or the car itself.

Just got my dream car from them, BMW convertible. They worked with me and accommodated my needs completely. Friendly staff. The manager Kevin is awesome. I appreciate everything they did and I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. I just got the car today and it s working out perfectly so far. Couldn t be happier!!!! Absolutely the WORST place to buy a car from. If I would ve known better and wasn t buying a vehicle for the first time, I would ve never went here!!! They had a 2010 vehicle priced at $11,000 and then after all there hidden fees and me signing the paperwork they come out with the total $2,000+ more on top of original price . Leave the price around $13,000. That s almost the price of a brand new 2020 vehicle!! They said they wouldn t negotiate because Kelly blue book isn t accurate and they wouldn t waste there time. Said the vehicle only had one owner but after we bought it we found evidence that it had more than one owner and did NOT come from where they said it did. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with it but come to find out that was not true!! The check engine light came on as soon as we drove it home, the check oil light doesn t turn off even after you change it out, it s leaking oil, the struts went out, the motor mounts were none existent when we took it to the shop, the hydraulic cylinders to hold the lift gate open went out, ALL 4 tires had tire rot and the tie rod completely popped off. Every month something else goes wrong, I ve had it since July of 2020. We don t drive it crazy, we use it as our family vehicle. This is ridiculous, they shouldn t be able to do this to people!! There s no way that they didn t know that something was wrong with this vehicle. I have half a mind to hire a lawyer and sue the hell out of them for endangering people s lives with there lies!!!! DO NOT BUT FROM KELLY & KELLY AUTOSALES!! It is not worth the hassle!! Wasted money!! NOW THE TRANSMISSION IS GOING OUT!

Bought the car at 4025 Bragg Blvd. Signals stop working the second day. They replaced the switch almost 3 weeks later. Had to buy 3 tires because wires were showing. Car ran hot after 2 weeks. Trouble after trouble. Nasty attitude when we made them aware of all the problems. Would never buy anything there again.

I purchased a 2003 Hummer 2 and could not be more pleased with the staff in K&K. I do not like the system of the standard car sales people. Ron, Jeremy and the staff of K&K could not have been more pleasant, informative and accommodating. There was not pressure and my concerns with the Hummer were attended to and corrected immediately. I would recommend K&K to anyone interested in reliable transportation at a fair price.

Just got a new car from Kelly&Kelly!! Being as though I dont have good credit,I had some money to put down. I went to them told them here's what I got,I know I dont have the best credit,but I need a car. He told me price range for putting some money down, I choose the vehicle,showed him my wage verification and was in and out of there in 2hrs. Earlier that day I had went to Kia in Lumberton,they told me I was pre approved-bring $1,000 down and we'll put you in something..yeahyeah right-4 1/2 hrs. Later after test driving, doing paperwork,showing even more wage verification than they asked for,then they tell me oh,bc you don't have a bank account like Wells fargo,BOA,Fargo,etc. The lenders did not want to give me the loan for the rest of the amount of the vehicle which was $7000 he said bc I work for myself and use PayPal,quickbooks and all and I use the account pay my invoices and myself through PayPal-it wasn't an accredited enough source of income..so I was very pleased with Kelly&Kelly and their prompt services. They turned my bad day into a good day:)

They took very good care of our son. They made sure the car was safe for him to drive. They went over it for him and his wife and children. And they specially made sure that he could Finance it and afford it because he's in the army. I suggest of all the military soldiers go to him and see what they can do for the military. Give him a chance all they can say to you is no and you don't have to buy a car from them. They were very polite not pushy.
