This was the best experience by far. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, someone came out to greet me. Asked me what he could do for me today and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. Got inside and the person at the desk was super friendly, explained everything to be done and kept me up to date throughout the whole service process. I had 3 different services done and not only was the price reasonable but they were so fast. I came thinking i d just drop my car off and come back but they were completely done in less than 25 minutes. Thank you so much for great service Jiffy Lube!!

Arrived to see if my vehicle needed oil change, little tag had fallen offI have always serviced this vehicle at their locationFemale manager rudely told me I had to wait for the 3 vehicles in front if me.Wait an hour to check the computer?I didn't ask fir an oil change, I asked to check computer to see if I needed one.If records said I did I would have gladly waited.For the first time in years at this location servicing 6 family vehicles I went elsewhere and was treatedAs a customer should be.

I always take my Honda Accord here for oil changes and inspections. They are quick, efficient and get you out in a timely manner. The customer service is A+.

I have used Jiffy Lube for years because they are conveniently located and I have 3 vehicles. How ever on my last visit the experience was not so good. I had a coupon for a discount and they told me they didn't have conventional oil I would have to get high mileage oil which was going to cost more than the discount was worth. They had rotated my tires on a previous visit but didn't reset the locator. I ask if they would do that and they explained they didn't have the tool. I took it to a tire sealer and they wanted 20.00 to reset. I called my local Chevy dealer and they quoted me a price 20.00 less and agreed to reset my tire locator. This will save me 60.00 and all though they are not located as conveniently as Jiff Lube I do have an appointment to do both vehicles at the same time. And I must say the personal at Jiffy lube was less than professional. I'm not sure if I will use jiff lube in the future.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection and a couple tire changes. I ve been there a few times and the service team is excellent. But one of the mechanics removed some bolts from my vehicle and forgot to re-install them, as a mechanic I completely understand that can happen. But I called and a rude woman answered (she claimed to be a manager). I asked if she could check to see if a mechanic had them at the shop and she told me they don t have it and wouldn t ask anyone or even try to help me out, she was really rude. I know for a fact they removed it there and I don t know why, but the customer service from that woman was terrible.

My son took his 2015 Toyota Corolla to get inspected and was told that his emergency brake was not working. He was told by the tech that they could not fix the issue and referred him to the repair shop next door. He brought the car to me and there was nothing wrong with his emergency brake. It held when the car was placed in drive and reverse. Buyer beware this is a typical scam. Take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic for service. Bottom line I took the car the very next day , not to Gippy Lube, and the car passed inspection. Everything was tested

Clarence was so helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my car, without judgement, then he got it up and running. Ramone took a moment of his time to answer a question about my daughter's car then made recommendations that were helpful. There are some really good people working in the shop. And they don't waste your time.

The check in/check out person was extremely rude. On the last visit, I was allowed to use both a veteran discount and a coupon. Great service was provided at both check in and checkout on my last visit. This visit, the check in attitude was so poor I considered going elsewhere. Check out was worse. I actually had no problem with the discount not being allowed. It was understandable. The poor attitude was not.

I've been utilizing the Ramsey street Jiffy Lube for over 14 years. The staff is so great, that when the family was stationed in Northern Virginia, I'd time my vacations so I could do my NC inspections and oil changes at this Jiffy Lube while visiting my parents. The staff are always inviting, helpful, informative, and down to earth. The only thing I will not do here is my brake service. It's simply to expensive. It's mainly the honest and fun staff that has made me such a long time customer.

I have been going to the jiffy lube on Ramsey St in Fayetteville since the late 2000's and have been going there almost on a regular basis, until now. The last time I brought my truck in for an oil change and inspection, they had overtorqued a bolt on my skid plate to where it could not be removed. This time, they had asked who did the last oil change and i said they did. Had reciepts to prove it. Still they treated me like it was my fault and was able to find their record of that service. They said they would service my truck and remove the skid plate and will not put it back on next time. They say the skid plate is not necessary. I own a 4wd truck and that is the dumbest thing i heard. I will cease going there with my truck. And my wife's personal and busi ess vehicles. I was loyal until your techs damaged my skid plate and turned it around on me.

Tried to take advantage of the veterans Day special. Was told to park on the side. While waiting two more cars pulled up and went straight into the bays. I'll smile next time I drive by and everyone is just sitting around because of no clients

System report comes a little late, 7 business days after I had my oil and filters change and after I went to my dealership to have the transmission service done now I have to go back for another check.

Great expert service, the staff was patient with me because I left home without my wallet(credit card). After a couple of attempts to key my information with failure. The staff waited while I called my wife to bring me my wallet for about 35 or 40 minutes.

I enjoy coming here. I can get my vehicle inspected and the employees will let me know if there's anything else that needs to be done or replaced. They are quick and efficient.
