Prince was absolutely amazing! I had an unexpected issue on a road trip, and he immediately dropped everything to help fix our car and get us back on the road quickly. He was very friendly, understanding, and gracious. Anyone else could easily have taken advantage of the situation, but Prince was honest and very reasonable. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.

I hope everything goes well! Two weeks after getting a replacement engine put in, engine light on already. Was worried as soon as I left because the owner started giving disclaimers as he handed me my receipt. I've been on pins and needles ever since.

Had by car brought here because they offered a very low cost compared to competitors around them. They checked for a different issue before installing a part to save me money. They then let me slide on the cost due to it being such a easy fix for them. Brightened my mood, and gained my trust

If you buy your own parts they will put it on for you at a very reasonable price and do an A+ Job at it.

Mr. Archie Jacobs is the best mechanic I have ever met. I've been going to him for around eight years. Him, Andrew, and Prince always provide top notch service. The work is reliable, dependable, and affordable. Here, you absolutely do not have to worry about being ripped off!

Honest, reliable and inexpensive auto repairs. They do not purchase parts. Bring your own parts and they will install it just for labor cost.

Got both my front wheel bearings done here it's only been two months and both my wheel bearings needs to be replaced again called no answer came by their never open when they say they gone be open. Great people bad work ethics and long long long wait.

We were on our way from Florida to Baltimore and had a brake issue. Jacob s fixed it within 20 min, although I did need to get the parts myself. O Reilly auto parts is just 1.5 miles down the road. Thanks Jacob s!!
