Yes, Yes, & YES... Mr. MIKE is the MAN!! He got MY 2016 CTS Luxury T2.0 Black Raven riding smooth like new again. It was definitely running rough and needed that tune up and reset. He also fixed a small wiring that needed to be placed near my battery. I like the fact that he checked out my vehicle first before going straight in and fixing what I thought was wrong, quoted me a price and asked what I wanted to do with the different options and pricing along with the priority of need. Price was VERY AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE...AND He got to my vehicle right away. This may have been chanced..but he definitely got me in his back pocket. I am so greatful that I was recommended to him. I trust my vehicle with him at Import Auto Repairs on Murchison Rd. Thank you Mr. Mike and his Work Crew.. Very thorough

The best in Fayetteville. Really cares about the customer and is not looking to get an extra few bucks unlike some other shops I visited in Fayetteville. Very reliable and affordable prices. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Fixed my converters and put on my cold air intake filter for free in a reasonable and efficient/effective manner. It s hard to find good customer service nowadays but Mike and his team are the guys and I really appreciate their hardwork.

Worst business to deal with. I gave the business a year or so to time to fix my vehicle, the parts, the fluids. I called for updates and got the excuse of no mechanic. Alright I get it the pandemic gave people an excuse to not work but don't give me the run around and tell me that it'll get fixed and other excuses to keep it in your shop then turn around. Then finally admit you can't fix it and then suggest another shop but not put back what you took apart.y vehicle was not in the best condition when it was taken to another shop.Service: Engine repair

Didn t want to help two Soldiers put some simple air in one tire. Thanks to the guy that tired to help us but to the BOSS MAN that said no, I hope you drop something on your toe!!!

I am not a resident of NC. I had a timing belt put on my car by this business. I feel like I was severely overcharged due to me being a female and out of state. I would not recommend this business to anyone who lives out of state. If I could give it zero stars I would. I do believe the unjust will not prosper.

They took care of my car. Right and left axels, fixed my AC, changed my alternator and fixed my blinker light casing and changed my bulbs. Took my baby from hooptee status to just like new status. Thank you.

They did an excellent job replacing the timing belt, water pump, and engine mount for me on a 2011 Golf TDI.Great work, great price, and a quick turnaround.
