Great company! Aside from repairing car windows and preventing cracks from getting worse they also make custom glass for furnitures, picture frames or windows etc. Give them a call and see what they can do! It s also a great way to elevate your home with these furniture pieces. They also can cut any glass you bring them too. All really good prices and affordable! Will be coming to them again real soon for more pieces.

The workmanship is great, but to get there was jumping hoops for us as the customer. We needed a corner of our kitchen window and bathroom window replaced. The first appointment (estimate) didn t happen because the repair tech got caught up at a different job. We understand that but a courtesy call would have been great, to let us know he won t be able to come. Repair man showed up next day for the estimate, we got our estimate, paid half down to start the process. We were told they will call us when they have the material and can schedule the installation. We waited the weekend and called on a Tuesday just to find out they had the materials. Again a call would have been great to schedule this. The day of the repair we had to call again to see where the repair man is. The company came highly recommended but unfortunately we did not experience the same 5 star treatment like other customers did. Very disappointing

Very fast! Had storm damage on a building. They came out and were completed with the ESTIMATE AND REPAIR same day! Wow!

Have to say, took my 4Runner up there to ensure there were no leaks and not only did they check it, the tech was very thorough. He even brought me out there to show what he had done. I really appreciate the extra effort and would highly recommend Hope Mills Glass for any windshield repairs!

Went to Hope Mills Glass to get a windshield for my truck that was cracked. I got excellent service and all the staff were so friendly. The owner Stephen made sure everything went smoothly and even came out and talked to me. I will be going back for all my glass.

I recently had my front windshield replaced at this establishment. While the workmanship itself was satisfactory and the job was completed within the expected timeframe, I found the overall condition of the facility to be subpar. The waiting room was uninviting, with a worn-out couch and a vending machine.Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when one of the installers pulled on my E-brake excessively, resulting in damage to the E-brake boot. When I brought this to their attention on-site, I was met with a dismissive response from the owner, who accused me of falsely implicating their staff. Feeling frustrated by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the issue, I left without further confrontation.Because of this unpleasant experience and the inadequate handling of the situation, I have no intention of returning to this establishment for any future services. Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others based on my experience.

The speed and service were excellent. Safelite quoted me almost $430 for a passenger side window that had been busted out during a robbery. They also would ve had me waiting for like a week, which was really inconvenient. Hope Mills Glass only charged me $151 and did everything the same day I walked in. I was so thankful that I called around to check my options instead of just sticking to the big name. I saved a lot of money going here.

Very good experience, affordable and was completed in a timely manner. Dan was my install guy and he was super awesome very knowledgeable and efficient. Even when an error was made (no faukt of his own )he went above and beyond to correct it. After a recent car break in, I called Hope Mills Glass to get an estimate on the window replacement. Within 24 hours they were installing the new window. Fantastic customer service and great price. I d highly recommend them.

I still have yet to receive service 2 months later they still say there is no quote for my window for them to be able to give me a price and order it to even be able to install it. I have a vehicle w plastic over the rear windo to keep the rain & debris out for months now - unacceptable service. Pathetic.

Pulled up early this morning with a window that wouldn't roll up on my car in the rain. They were all booked up today but still accommodated me and now we're driving dry. Couldn't ask for a kinder welcoming service team from the office to the shop. Will be referring them to anyone I know with glass needs. Thanks again Hope Mills Glass Company!

Steve is awesome (the owner) The service was super fast and way cheaper than the other glass place on robeson st. Had 3 house windows to replace the window pain. Dropped them off on a Monday afternoon about 12 and picked them up on Tuesday at 3... will always return for all my glass needs.. thank you hope mills glass

I can not say enough about this company. We not only us them for our business needs but also our personal needs as well. Their customers service is amazing! If you have to call and speak to someone over the phone or if you drop by everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. They always seem to go out of their way to make sure you are took care of. The owner himself helped me one day when a rock hit my window. He explained everything to me from what could happen during and after if we sealed the spot on the window. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy company! Price was good but they returned my vehicle to me with shards of glass everywhere and greasy handprints around the dash. I was astonished at the lack of care because a child could have been cut

Needed the two solid glass windows either side of our front door replaced. After two visits totaling 30 minutes was charged $150 labor and I helped the installer put them in. Should have just ordered them online and done it myself. However they were pleasant during the whole process. Good learning experience.

Very nice people. There was a mix up with what I needed done but they got me squared away in no time. Thank you for not making me ride around any longer with plastic on my window AND for getting the sticky tape residue off my car.

You are taking a chance! The glass technician I rate as a 0. Lisa needs more knowledge in the business. I usually write a more detailed review. This Company has NO COMPASSION! It is all about the money NOT customer service!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Repaired my windshield's water leak. Understood I didn't want to spend alot of money on anything new or too costly.
