Run. Go to Caliber Collision if you need work done, do not let the Geico sign fool you. Called me for pick up, I had the vehicle for 6 hours and then a dash light came on and my wipers were leaking from underneath the vehicle. No apology no acknowledgment of the issue just oh we didn t see it leaking cause the piece is black and the headlight assembly didn t have a brain so we gotta order a new part now instead of a used one ??? umm what??? did you not test anything or even turn on the headlights or the wipers??Legit brought it in for these two issues.. Now I am waiting for a back order part that could take 6 months before I can run and have the legit dealership fix it instead of them. BEWARE!!!

Ricky Anderson is THE G.O.A.T. When I tell you he could hear the frustration in my voice about my car and handled it from then on out. He did that! He returns phone calls, answers questions, and walked me through the process because I had never been in an accident before. He s polite, and friendly I felt like old friends with him. When I met him to get my car I gave him a hug I don t think he realized how frustrated and lost I was dealing with getting everything I had endured. Hendrick Collision Center of Fayetteville have a real gem!

Had my vehicle for 5 weeks, never once contacted myself(insurance job). Couldn't get ahold of my rep until I went in, was told it would be another week. Got a call later, apparently there was a second person with my name and my car........ and THEIR car wouldn't be ready until next week.Took the car, went home and replaced all the plastic fasteners they missed, tightened up the door panels they didn't secure properly, and tightened all the fasteners for the splash shield around the rear wheel they left loose.Better than my previous visit where they had to repaint the car 3 times.P.s. curious if they always bid low initially on a vehicle that is going to come in at 74% total value as a repair (75% is totalled). 3500>14k is a pretty big mid repair adjustment... might want to retrain your estimate staff.

I had to use Hendrick last year when someone hit my car and now I have another repair needed and have specifically requested my car be seen here. I was very satisfied with the communication, timeliness and professionalism of this business. **Go To Caliber Collision**-I picked up my vehicle after it was in the shop for about a month for minor repairs and the battery was dead. Talked to the manager and he gave me the it was like that when we got it speech. I begged the differ and after a stalemate in our discussion, I ended up leaving to purchase a new battery. Thanks for that last jump though.-My AM/FM radio doesn t work now for some reason. It gets power but no sound. (Checked fuses) I mentioned that to the manager and he said he could have someone take a look at it if I bring I back. I m not liking that idea because one $200 battery is enough for me. Weird enough, the satellite radio works so at least I get to listen to the XM station constantly telling me upgrade to a subscription for all of today s greatest hits.-Not all of the cosmetic repairs were done. They did a solid job on the body portion and paint match but completely missed the damages on my fender. Not sure how they could have missed that. The manager said he could have someone take a look at it if I wanted to bring it back.-The vehicle was washed on the outside and shined up proper. However, areas of the inside like the seats, doors, and all the windows still had some white dust. Kinda hard to miss with dark interior. Mentioned that to the manager and he said he could have someone take at look at it if I wanted to wait. I chose to not wait because my vehicle wasn t holding a charge and it needed fuel.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Work was done alright however it too a month to do what they told us would take about. Customer service was was not good. Service person would not return our phone calls. We will not use them again

Good Day Everyone. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the staff that works at the Hendricks Collision on Cliffdale road in Fayetteville. I have had terrible misfortunes with other vehicles hitting me. (Five times) I have always used Hendricks Collision Center on Cliffdale. The receptionists are always polite and courteous. I was always updated of the status of my vehicles. The entire operation is very organized. The workmanship on my 2008 GMC Denali has always been Great. Sorry, no before and after pictures. Unfortunately, this last one was totally my fault. The next day, without hesitation, I took my truck to Hendricks Collision Center on Cliffdale. That's when I was informed that my long time collision adjuster no longer worked there. I was told there was a new adjuster by the name of Ryan Brock. He was assuming the responsibilities of the previous adjuster . (Oh boy I thought). Ryan made his assessment of the damage and explained as soon as he gets his computer online, (being new) he will order the parts and contact me when I could drop it off for the repairs. I was contacted the next day. Wow, what Great service. As you can see, it was fixed with such perfection, you would never had known it was damaged until you read it here and seen the pictures. And I just wanted to add, the paint match with the rest of the truck was fantastic. The difference in picture color must be the sun light. Oh yeah, to find out Ryan wasn't new. He transfer from another shop. Sorry old shop. The Cliffdale Hendricks made a great addition to their team. I would highly recommend Hendricks Collision in Fayetteville on 5510 Cliffdale Road. They are GREAT there! They let you know where your cars at in the process of them fixing it. They even finished early and when got the car back it was cleaned! They are also very friendly, especially the claim adjuster for USAA! It's also great because the place you go to get your car rental is right next door, just 1 door away! That makes things a lot easier when you don't have someone else to drive around to these places with you. Now, I don't know how they compare with prices because I was there through my insurance so I was only responsible for my deductible so I can't help with that one. I would recommend them 110%!

A friend recommended Hendrick Collision in Fayetteville and I m glad I took his advice. My car had to have some body damage repaired and the staff were very helpful getting my car fixed. My car was involved in a hit and run and the paint was ruined. I was scared that the paint job was going to look patchy or just not how I first bought my car. When I got it back I couldn t even tell that the car had been in for repairs! They did a great job. They even left it cleaner than how I dropped it off! Lol, the only thing is that it gets super crowded when you drop it off. Other than that, highly recommend! They work as fast as they can.Services: Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

The people at Hendrick Collision Center are excellent. They do impeccable work and keep you up to date on the progress of repairs throughout the process.After repairs, my car looks brand new.I am very pleased with everything from the first greetings to picking up my car.I highly recommend them for anyone's auto repair needs.Enterprise Car Rental is conveniently located in the same building if needing a rental as I did. Also excellent people.Thank all of you!

If you need to use them and plan on using National General insurance, reconsider. The representative for that insurance is non-responsive and will drag on forever. My car was repaired in late September and 1 thing was not done. I've called and made 3 trips there to ask when they will complete the final repair only to be met with more excuses. Now, I need to go to a different collision company to replace a muffler cover.

If you value your car wait for a shop who can do job correctly. As a former collision worker repairs don t always work out the way they were planned. It happens. The key is persistence. I have found that the right strategy and goodwill can make all the difference. So be the good guy, but protect yourself. Persistence usually wins out. It is very unsafe to cut corners poorly put back togather a vehicle to operate safely on roadways . YOU HAVE BEEN WArned !!!Don't use this ShopService: Body & Trim

Always good work done when getting my car repaired after a accident. Also there rental service is the best there always have the best rental cars and try to give you a car that matches the car you have. I recommend Hendricks for and collision repair needs they will have your car looking brand new in a weeks tops

My truck was in the shop for 3 weeks total. During the entire process Joe was not helpful in any way. He was vague about any questions I had and would not inform me about any progress until I consistently called in. Making the whole process harder than it needs to be. Will not be doing business with this shop again.

Very professional staff, they said my vehicle would be done by Wednesday and they call me on a Monday to let me know my car was ready. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I scheduled an appointment, and they called me and let me know the date when I needed to be there. When I got there they told me you don t have any appointment with us. And I oh my God! Ok I the try to fix it but they hold my car 1 month without touching the car. Every time I was calling requesting information I am sorry we don t have your car, it s your car here??? Oh my Goodness!! Awfully experience. I requested to talk with manager. He fix the car on 1 day after waiting a month. But fix the car on one day!!! Means an awful job. When I received my car the painting really bad all my front bumper is out right now and very important they damaged my air conditioner, the best thing of my car. I notified to the manager, (Mr Hurtley) but he never did something with my complaint. I do not recommend this place at all. This is experience is the worst in all my life.Service: Painting

Once you get over the fact of having to leave your baby , (your vehicle) there for a couple weeks it isn't that hard. But they do a wonderful job on body work and the people that work in there that I've met so far are really nice. I'd definitely go back!! Again and again.

They did an excellent job on repairs and even washed it when they were finished. You couldn t even tell it was repaired. My vehicle looked brand new! Even though the parts had to be ordered, it was ready sooner than projected. Living in Fayetteville has its challenges, especially the poor driving skills of the people living there. Between me and my wife, we have had to utilize Hendrick Collision Center on several occasions. And I must tell you, I have never been disappointed with their service. Regardless, of which estimator you get, they are all very professional and very caring. It seems as they are more concerned with your well-being than your auto, and their concern for our autos has been off the charts! We have even brought in our cars when things happened that wasn't an insurance claim and they have been more than fair about pricing and the work has always been immaculate! I like the fact that any work they perform is guaranteed for life. If you have any issues with anything they have done, there is no argument about how and when it will get fixed, they bring your auto in and they fix it, no questions asked. The folks in management always come out to ensure you are receiving the best care that they can provide! I wish I had names to drop, but there is this one young lady and every time she sees me, she is concerned about why I am there and will always point me in the right direction. As for the manager, Kenny Hartley, he has always escorted me out to whichever auto I had there, explained the work, and has always given me his personal guarantee on the work performed. There is no other collision shop in Fayetteville I would go to. These guys are top notch!!!

Hendrick Collision is the BEST for your car needs!!!! Let me take this time to give Mr. Ryan Brock the highest rating possible!!!! (10). He took GREAT care of all my needs. His customer service skills were EXCELLENT in all aspect. He was very consistent with customer care, and he was very patient when answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable every single time I spoke with him. He was always exceptionally reliable, respectful, and quick to respond. Due to his EXCELLENT costumer service, I would definitely recommend other customers to go to Hendrick Collision and request him. GREAT JOB Ryan! You represented Hendrick Collision in the most superb way!! Many thanks for all your help. You re awesome!

6-22-2021 I took my vehicle to Hendrix to have repairs made to my vehicle to replace the passenger mirror/camera, front fender & scratches on the passenger door. Amy at the reception desk, who is always kind & pleasant took care of me as usual. Crystal, who has previously marked up the damage on my car, was thorough & very helpful as ususal. While she did that I went around the corner to Enterprise to pick up my rental and they didn't have one ready because I didn't respond to their voicemail over the weekend. I had to let Crystal know that I was now not able to leave my car for repairs because Enterprise will not have a rental ready for me for approximately another 4 hours or so & they were already trying to get vehicles for there two morning appointments that had already been waiting for awhile. Crystal went and spoke with Ro Tazelaar who was just as unhappy as I was and dealt with this situation for me. I was informed that once I go online & schedule an appointment through my insurance & set up a claim, that automatically books my rental car appointment since this location is where you get an estimate, repairs & rental. (regardless if I responded to their voicemail or not). I did find out that the gentleman who was at the counter was new to the location but not new to the Enterprise Rental process specifically for you to pick up your vehicle while your repair is being made. While I was waiting there were several Hendrix employees who greeted & checked on me which is also what happened the last time I was at this location and I was appreciative because it shows that they care & wanted me to be comfortable. This is the kind of service you want & expect and they are a wonderful group of people. Almost 90 minutes later an Enterprise representative told me that they would be bringing me a rental soon from another location. Within the next 30minutes Duncan Lewis showed up with my upgraded rental. Duncan was very nice, apologetic & actually worked at another Enterprise not far from this location. Even though I appreciate the upgrade, the car was not clean on the inside and the gas tank was basically empty & I was told that I could return it empty but I refused to take the vehicle without gas. Aside from the fact that I had been here a lot longer than I should have been, I didn't want to ask to have the car cleaned. I do appreciate Duncan Lewis efforts for getting me out of a bind & making sure that I had gas to leave the location. I did not have this type of experience previously with Stephen as it was quick & friendly - we care about our customers type of experience. Enterprise may want to look into this matter as I'm sure that others had a similar experience. By the time I arrived home later that afternoon, Beaux Shumway had already contacted me about the repairs/estimate. Beaux also kept me updated until everything was complete. I really appreciated that because I didn't have to ask any questions. A couple of days later, Amy contacted me approximately an hour our so before closing to let me know that my vehicle was ready, which I thought would take longer, but didn't allow me enough time to arrive before they closed since I didn't live in the Fayetteville area. Overall, Hendrix Collision Center - Fayetteville/Cliffdale Road is a great place to go to have all of your vehicle estimate/repair/rental needs all in one location. Went in to get my bumper replaced. Received my quote and it was a reasonable price for parts and labor. Unfortunately, they were booked for a month so I decided to just call to make an appointment at a later date. All my information was saved so when I called to actually made my appointment everything was ready for me. Took my truck in and it was available for pickup the next day. I wasn't expecting for my car to be vacuumed and cleaned but it was. Thank you for the service and I would go to them the next time I have any issues with my truck.Service: Body & Trim

The Geico Rep (I m not sure of her name, she about 5 2-5 3) is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. She had attitude before I even started talking. She didn t want to hear anything I was saying and cut me off before could finish any of my sentences. However, her tone and mood changed when the manager was on the phone. I ve used this place before and it was perfect. One person can really change your whole perception of a company. I will not be using this place again nor do I recommend it to others.If they try to tell you getting rear ended doesn t affect your alignment, it s not true. I took my car to two other repair shops for opinions and they both said it happens, as well as the insurance company. I m not a mechanic, obviously, so of course I have questions. If you re not willing to answer questions or offer solutions for your customers then this isn t the job for you.
