I was trying to find a trustworthy reliable mechanic shop. Ive went to several mechanics and everyone was telling me something different By the grace of God I found a shop. Everyone was so nice. They explained in full details on the issues. I recommend them 100% they actually do care about their customers. Thank you so much for helping me with my truck. Will be back again!

So happy with my service here. They got me in same day for my sprinter van and got my alignment done in a very timely manner. They also let me know about my suspension issues and were very informative. Their communication is great with text updates giving you a link to view the specs on the work that was performed. I was recommended to them by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to others.

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. Brought my wife s vehicle in for a 4 wheel alignment. It was pulling to the left pretty aggressively. Once they were done with the alignment, it drove straight and accurate down the road. I don t feel the tires fighting against each other like before. Aside from the exceptional service, the staff is very friendly and courteous as well. Their shop is clean and they have a very nice waiting room. I highly recommend Harrell s Auto Service for your auto service and repair needs.

Stan and Wayne at the front counter absolutely hooked me up with the pricing for my pre-purchase inspection, and even after I was almost an hour late to my appointment, they still upheld my appointment. They also created a welcoming environment in the lobby area.The mechanic did a great job with the inspection and identified items that I could then get fixed under my newly purchased car s warranty before I had to drive 75 minutes home.

These guys were professional from the rip. I use my truck for work everyday and they were able to complete a bucket list of stuff within a day and able to have my truck back to me. Pricing was better than expected but still fair price. Still would recommend paying the money for these guys!

Great experience. Called at 2pm to get my vehicle looked at. Diagnostic testing and alternator replacement complete before 5pm same day. Prices very reasonable. Staff very kind and communicate well. Vehicle running with no issues at all.

I walked in with a splash guard issue on my Smart ForTwo and they fixed it in a prompt and timely manner. They explained each step in a way I could understand and treated me (and my lack of car knowledge) respectfully. The waiting area was clean and quiet. These are my local car people and they should be yours too.

Today I visited Harrell's Tire & Auto Service for the first time. I needed to have my pads and rotors checked and replaced if needed. The service I received was exceptional. From the greeting I received coming in to the pictures and explanations of what was needed. The manager Mr. Smith and his technicians were on point. Mr. Smith took me home and when my car was ready they called and offered to come pick me up. I also like the fact that they sent me a text showing what was done to my car prior to the rotors and pads being installed. I will definitely recommend Harrell's, and I will be returning.

My experience was exceptional, except for one of the three customer concerns I had to question. The three concerns that were to be serviced was an improperly operating drivers door window, oil change, and tire rotation. Of the three services, I noticed the tire rotation was not done. I was fortunate to have met Tyrone Reynolds (Technician) in the parking lot after vehicle was in parking lot after all services were said to be done. I questioned Mr Reynolds that my tires were not rotated, and he stated that he did not rotate them because the better 2 of the 4 tires were already on the rear. I was billed for a tire rotation. He admitted to not telling service advisor that he did not do the rotation. After a little further discussion on rotation of tires, he willingly took vehicle back for the tire rotation. I went to sit back in waiting room, and discussed matter with service advisors. It appears to have been a communication breakdown from service technician to service advisor. After tire rotation completed, I did leave satisfied with all services rendered.

The gentlemen who helped me out were solid. Got me in and out in less than 48 hours when I needed help and nobody else wanted to take the time to get me right. Solid work, great pricing and all around a fantastic service. Thank you so much!

They were so friendly and helpful here. I m a female that doesn t know much about auto and new to the area. I usually hate going to these places because I feel they always try to pull one over on me, but they were completely honest! I liked they didn t try to push me to do anything I didn t want either. Will definitely come back.

This place is a complete rip-off. There's several other mechanic shops in Fayetteville that don't charge for diagnosis... Not only that two and a half years ago they said I needed a water pump amongst other things I'm still driving the vehicle.. without any maintenance done except oil change from somewhere else.... Complete rip-off do not use them... They charge you for stuff you don't even need.... And this is the truth...

I had a good experience with Harrell s shop, they kept me updated on the process and the gentleman that helped me was very nice. Overall I am happy with the customer service and the timing service with my vehicle.

I would give them 10stars if I could. I took my car in for tires, oil change and state inspection. They also found that I had a problem with the rear brakes and rotors and the stabilizer link. They were able to do the wheel alignment, new tires brakes and stabilizer link all in one day. Their work was great and everyone that I talked to was just great to work with as it relates to my car. If you need work do this woul be a great place to go to have the work done.

I had my 2015 F350 towed in because it wouldn't start. I met Mr. Stan and from the get go I had a good feeling about the shop. They could not find anything wrong with the truck after running tests for three days. I have had my truck back for only 1 day, so far so good. I'll give an update if anything changes.Staff has been friendly and professional throughout process. I hope I found my go-to place for future repairs!

This is my first time visiting Harrell s Auto Service on Owen Drive and it couldn t have been a better visit. I brought my car in for my yearly state inspection and the personnel at Harrell s were very courteous and kept me abreast of how the inspection was going and of any issues the mechanic observed during the inspection that would require repairs in the near future, but would not affect my car inspection. From the time I walked into Harrell s, to the time I left, it was all of 30-minutes, which is some what impressive considering I didn t have an appointment to begin with and why I ve given Harrell s Auto Service on Owen Drive 5-Stars for outstanding service!

Our car has been here since November 29th as we battled with maxcare and dealership requirements for an engine replacement. The staff were outstanding from Randall to Stanley to Wayne. Randall held our hand and kept us updated throughout the entire ordeal and was very patient and attentive. The manager Stanley was very accommodating and understanding. The employees here are professional and really advocate for their customers. As long as those 3 are there, I am a customer. Thank you to the techs that worked on the vehicle as well. All are greatly appreciated!!!!

I drove to Harrell s to get my vehicle inspected. Randell, provided warm welcome and prompt service. While waiting for the inspection he provided me with an update once the vehicle was getting inspected. Outstanding service with a smile!!

I recently moved here and this is the one place I always come back to because they are quick to fit you in their schedule and they always do a great job. I also love that they have a 2 year warranty that works anywhere. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Writing for my dad, needed tires installed on his truck due to an emergency. He got stuffed in the schedule and they did a good job. Kept us updated and accommodated. Highly recommend!!!! Keep them stickers going to that ball must see!!!

Quick. Fast. Efficient.Scheduled an appointment for an inspection and was told it would be about an hour, got a call 30 minutes after drop saying they were done. Friendly staff. 10/10
