Honest service! Great communication, and solid overall customer service! Pretty clean, and professional! Give them a try!!Update!!Liars and cheaters!! The owner will text you to get your business, but won't respond to you!! Went in for an a/c issue, just test drove it, charged me and said there was no issue. Went back like the guy said when it stopped blowing, he didn't have time for me. Mechanic hit the blower, said I needed a blower and resistor. Quoted me $420!! I order the blower n resistor for $60 on Amazon and changed it myself in 10-15 minutes. Complete rip off!! Stay away!!

Called the day before to make an appointment and they got me right in bright and early. I explained what my car was doing, they diagnosed it fairly quickly, and repaired it within 3 hours. Very pleased with the work and the total time it took to complete. Found a reliable mechanic in Fayetteville and will be coming back if needed.

They are awesome! Amy, one of the employees, greets you with a smile when you walk in. She makes great conversation, and asks how our other vehicles are and about our new car we just got. She is great! And the other guys are awesome and explaining everything, answering all our questions!

Amy is the bomb! She helped provide me with transport from the shop to my work and back to the shop when I got off to pick my vehicle up. Great work and easy process! Recommend 100 percent to anyone! Didn t charge me unnecessary parts either! Thank you! You ve gained a customer for sure!

I did not have a good experience. I called the week before to order my tires and when I arrived, they weren t there. I was told that they weren t even ordered, but they could get them in 15 minutes. I waited over three hours to have two front tires changed. When they returned my car, it had a scratch on the driver side door. I won t be returning for my other two tires. *** Update- it was discovered shortly after leaving the shop that they had replaced the wrong set of tires. I contacted the shop and told them about my discovery. They were extremely apologetic and took care of the other set of tires on them. They also are going to take care of the scratch on the door.

I have dealt with a lot of service writers in my Life and Amy is Absolutely the the best I have ever Had the pleasure of dealing with. She is friendly knowledgeable. If you want great service, go and see her, you will not be disappointed.

I came in for my yearly inspection exam and all employees were kind, quick, and treated me like family while I was there! I would go back a million times, if you re looking for any high quality auto work, explained and done at a great price- visit any Harrell s and see for yourself. You ll never visit any other auto shop.

This place was able to diagnose a problem that another automotive and Carmax could not figure out. I am so grateful that they were able to look at my car and took a look at it when I was in a really big time crunch. I will never go anywhere else for any automotive work.

Fantastic! Wonderful! Stanley service advisor was friendly, patient, and attentive. I am crossing country FL to PA, they understood and urgently attended to my concerns. Within minutes, vehicle was diagnosed and on its way to repair. Less than 2 hours parts ordered, arrived, installed, and tested. No appointment i was an early morning walk in. Best auto repair service center i have been too nationwide. Ty Stanley and Team.

Poor communication. When requested status of vehicle representatives chose not to provide accurate description of activities being perform on vehicle. At no time did the reps attempt to set appropriate customer expectations with truthful status updates. I don t plan on taking my business their again and will share experience with anyone who asks about them.

These guys are the best. Had my truck serviced there, and they went through it thoroughly. They even let me bring in my own part to save money and return my old part without having to ask. They even texted a few days later to make sure everything was fine. They even warned me that my battery was on its "last leg," and sure enough, about three weeks later, my battery died. Highly recommend this place.

I had the transmission fluid changed, and an AC line replaced. The estimate was high, but they had the vehicle, and I needed it done, and inflation The bill was about $70 more than the estimate without any explanation. I asked why, but the cashier simply pointed at the total and repeated what I was to pay. As though I was stupid. After all, there it is in black an white!I understand you need to mark up parts, but $21 per Qt of transmission fluid? What is your bulk cost? +/- $7. That is some mark up.When I asked what the $40 Shop Supplies was for, I was told, I guess it is for supplies that they use in the shop. I really appreciated that.I was asked if I wanted to see a manager, but no I did not, nor do I now. I just will not return. I used Tri-City, (the former owner) for years. Very fair, very communicative, very good work. If they exceeded their estimate, I got a call, and an explanation. Sorry to see them go.On the positive, the work was done quickly, and seems like they did what they said they did.

Horrible!!! Let's start off with i made an appointment on a Tuesday 8:30 and I told them what the problem was. They didn't look at my truck until Mid day Wednesday. Ok they said they could do tge work...nope didn't have a press...70.00more I paid for them to take it to another shop. ...longer story ...got my truck back that Friday at 4pm. Spoke with Manager Ms Matos..horrible!! Never again!!!
