I called Matt on a Saturday not knowing their hours of operation and he still fielded my call. He told me when he was open, gave me a little knowledge about the issue with my car and told me some information about state inspections that put my mind at ease. I told him I would be there at 8:05 the following Thursday and I pulled up at 7:55, he was there waiting for me. Like any good customer should, I waited until the business was officially open before handing over my keys. Matt told me it would get done in an hour, it took 45 minutes. He did have to call to approve a service I was aware might be needed thanks to his candid discussion prior to taking my car back and I did research to find out that the pricing on the service was fair. The issue that led me to Matt was one that he told me his shop has seen frequently and I can attest to that because it was the second time it happened to me in 6 months. We had a brief discussion when I got my car back, he even told me he put air in my tires as the light was on and he knew it was probably an issue with the recent change in weather from below 40 to above 70. I trust Matt with Gertrude s, my car, needs now. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an issue with my car making noise when turning. Matt welcomed me, took care of the issue within an incredibly short amount of time and took the time to show what the issue was and the steps he would take to fix it. My car and wheels are good as new and I will absolutely be turning to Grizzly Auto Solutions for any future problems I run into!

Thank you Grizzly Auto Solutions for getting the kids pocket rockets back on the road. If it has two wheels or four he can fix it. His service was professional and affordable. We will be using him from now on. Highly recommend giving him a chance he will not disappoint.

Owner/operator was professional, funny and honest. My bike was in and out under a hour and he helped me last minute after working with his appointments. Highly recommend to take your automotive/Harley needs. I will be taking my Harley here for any future mechanical needs.

-when i tell you bro TOOK CARE OF ME.....BRO TOOK CARE OF ME...i had a rough night trying to get back on the road after a 80pmh+ tire blow out...i called everywhere..even Harley left me hanging...i found Grizzly and he picked up and help me with no PROBLEMS...got me in and out within the hours EASY!!!!COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally wanted to do it myself, and I almost had it but I heard his sound and was interested. By far he made it sound Grizzly clean and water tight. The wiring alone was worth it. Thanks a lot for your passion Maverick

Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I've brought many vehicles to him with many different issues over the years when he worked for Automotive Performance and he always goes out of his way to make sure my problems are worked out and everything is done right.
