Greg is the best place for air conditioning repair in Fayetteville. Got my van blowing cold again for a very fair price. Greg s should be your first option for automotive AC repair in Fayetteville. The shop fixed my Honda s mysterious AC problem when no one else could.

Long story short, the dealer gave me the run around, couldn't find the issue and then wanted around $4,000 to replace the gas tank for what is normally an easy fix. Greg's Shop was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours of me dropping the truck off. The dealer had my truck for 5 days with 0 results other than an overblown estimate.Needless to say I will only be using Greg's Auto Service and Repair going forward and I suggest you do the same.

Greg said he could set up a gear differencial gears for me i took him rear end out truck with brand new diff and richmond gears and bearing anz shim kit and he did the work but rear end roars i would advise anone to not let these people work on your stuff because they will not make it right when its done wrong im out 1k dollars and he didnt offer nothing back. Sorry buisness man

I had trouble finding a mechanic who was willing to work on my 1989 F150 with a manual transmission. I called about 4-5 different shops until I came across Greg s auto. Greg immediately said he d be willing to help. This truck was very sentimental to me and Greg really went above and beyond to help me get her back on the road. We went from not going into gear and no breaks to being able to shift it through all gears and basically a whole new brake system. She runs great now thanks to Greg and his mechanics at the shop! Great guys. His shop is truly a godsend, as I came here when I was new to Fayetteville and my husband had just deployed. Finding such a trustworthy and affordable shop relieved a lot of stress during a stressful time!

Greg's Automotive is the best Sure hand mechanics in Fayetteville. He very professional and will be straight up front about your automobile. Greg explains to customers about what's going on with your car with great details, and in doing so, will tell you the appropriate charge in association with the problem. One thing for sure is you're going to pay for his services. But with his work you won't be disappointed... Had my father in laws 2005 Buick accessed for repairs. Very through job and detailed report on its condition. Impressed with my phone conversation with Greg and his genuine concern and honesty. I've been going here for about 8 years. Two different vehicles. I have never felt like I have been overcharged or taken advantage of. They have even reimbursed me for parts that ended up not being needed after diagnosis. A++

There are not many companies where you see the owner out on the floor, interacting with customers and working alongside employees. This is that place. The owner, Greg, really cares about helping folks in the community get back to driving. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is informed of every cost and issue found. I've ALWAYS taken my vehicles there to get em inspected! I remember going there with my Papa as a child, so most of my family have taken a vehicle there for inspection and everything was always done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend

This is a hidden gem in Fayetville NC! The only auto shop I will ever take my car to. This is a place I know I can trust with my vehicle. The mechanics are kind and took such good care of me! This was by far the best experience I've had with a mechanic, despite the circumstances. Although we ran into a problem Greg was true to his word and got it fixed. I have nothing but respect for someone that is honest and true to their word, that he definitely is. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for all servicing and recommend anyone wanting true quality work to as well! Affordale prices friendly staff!! Candice was great she kept communication with me the whole time my vehicle was in the shop! Greg knew what the problem was in 2 seconds ordered the part told me to bring the car in the next day at 3:00 he saw me at 3:00 I love that..Told me the car would be ready within an hour hour and a half it was ready within an hour I love that..Another mechanic had told me I needed a few other things Greg informed me that I did not I LOVED THAT...And he looked the vehicle over for me I love that so I left confident that my vehicle is good to go.In brief knowledgeable timely professional courteous accommodating

Was given a ballpark quote of $250 to fix my a.c. unit. They called 5 hrs later and said it would be $860 so I declined. Few days later I took my issue to another shop and charged me $340 to fix my unit. These guys mix truth with lies to try to get over on people.

Greg went out of his way to help me fix what I thought was a leaky tire, ending up replacing my air valve stem within minutes to get me back on the road. Based on his kindness and authentic generosity, I would highly recommend him for a trustworthy auto repair job.

While traveling from north Jersey to Myrtle Beach, my family and I had the unfortunate experience of my SUV breaking down in what seemed like middle of nowhere. The alternator had given out and after driving for few miles looking for a local garage and failing, I Googled for a local mechanic and found Greg.After helping me find a towing company, Greg was able calm me down by letting me know he will work on my car as soon as it's dropped off. True to his words, he had a bay cleared out and worked on it right away. After about an hour, we were on our way. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach and made it safely back to Jersey a week later.Thank you Greg for getting my vehicle fixed so quickly. I was under so much stress and you put my mind at ease as soon as I got to your place. Soon as I got there and spoke to you and your wife, I knew I had found the right place.

My lady went to get her car fixed and they didn't they withheld information on the real problem she had to go back to get the same thing fixed. She went to another shop and they had to tell her everything that was wrong with her car. So basically they was just patching the problem

These folks are pros. They serviced my truck and had it back on the road in no time at all. They were very kind and professional especially when explaining what needed to be done and the cost. I would definitely recommend this auto service and will return for future services again.

This shop is as good as it gets! Everyone I've met here is very proficient in their knowledge of cars and car repair. The experience is definitely 5-star. The process was seamless beginning with great customer service from Leandra who also helped me understand what the situation might be, which was confirmed when they looked at the engine, which they did while I went back to work. They called me to confirm action, which I gave, they repaired the problem, called me when finished and I returned to get the car and take care of the very reasonable charges. They did everything they said they would do in the timeline they gave me. I highly recommend!
