BEST SERVICE EVER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ALL YOUR LIFT KITS OR LOWER KIT NEEDS!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT. I Called around to TONS OF DIFFERENT SHOPS BUT THESE GUYS WERE THE BEST OF ALL.

After being told to put my truck up they left it outside where it was totally stripped down.. Surprisingly the so called robbers did not cut the gate or do any damage to there property but broke my window stole my wheels and radio and totally destroyed my truck.. Gina the owner took no responsibility in it and I took them to court and won.. they have a judgement against them and still did not pay me back for there wrong doings. If this is the type of company you want working on your precious properties then be my guest.

Gina really helped me out in a jam I was in. I had a blowout during rush hour and they were closing at 6pm. She kept the shop open for me till 9:30pm to make sure I was able to be taken care of. They really know there stuff and I have now found a new home for my truck! I highly recommend this shop, it's a family type of environment and they are willing to go the extra mile. They are also a veteran owned small business! Thanks guys!

Some friends of mine recommended this shop a while ago. I have been in contact with them for a year trying to determine exactly what I wanted to do with my jeep. They were more than patient with me and answered all of my questions. I ended up going with 35" tires and a 2.5" lift. It looks fantastic and I am more than pleased with the service I received.Service: Tires

By far the only place I would ever consider having a lift installed on my Jeep, without any worries what so ever. Very family friendly and will always have my business. The shop is always so clean and Gina and Tank always answer any more random questions I have about my wrangler no matter what it is. I love their customer service and support. They are also very Military friendly and will give you a great price for their work!

My husband and I have been around the get ugly customs shop for a while, and known tank and Gina for a couple years now. On both a professional and personal level, these people are fantastic. They have a no bullshit attitude, and always get the job done. We have had NO issues with their polite customer service, and their upfront realism. They're always working out the best deals for those who frequent their shops, ensuring we recieve great service with each job.On a personal note, my husband and I were stranded on the side of the road when his jeep was no longer road legal due to some issues we had up by uwharrie, NC. And tank was the ONLY person willing to come to our aid with a trailer to haul us to our destination, and even offered to pick us up the next morning and bring us back home. Gina and tank have become like family. They're always reliable, always good company, and 100% always honest. KEEP IT UP, GET UGLY!

*UPDATED REVIEW*I've had my Jeep in Get Ugly's shop on two occasions (regear on both axles and they pulled my engine to be rebuilt at a machine shop) and have had an axle with them on a third occasion with no issues whatsoever. Tank and Gina have always gone out of their way to be as helpful as possible (Gina's husband even delivered my axle when I didn't have a vehicle to pick it up) and so far I've never needed to bring anything back in for warranty work or because there were issues. I hit them up time to time for advice or help when I'm doing my own work and they have always been happy to help. Great shop with great people. Their new location is really convenient no matter where you live in Fayetteville as well. They also get a nice discount on parts and components with next day shipping so I never really had to wait long for the regears. I don't know if they're the best mechanics around but they're honest and they charge a fair price and that is why I keep going back to them technical issues I need help with or can't do myself. Thanks a lot!*ORIGINAL REVIEW*Had them do a gear exchange on my Wrangler very recently and have been very satisfied with the professional quality of their work. The owners are very friendly and very knowledgeable on vehicle maintenance. They were also very inexpensive compared to some of the other places around that I had received quotes from. My Jeep was taken there in the morning and finished promptly when I got off of work with no issues on my part.I will definitely be using them again in the future for anything outside my capabilities.

Get Ugly, is definitely the place to go if you want a lift installed on your vehicle. Gina was upfront and answer all of my many questions. They worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. The work was completed on time and they communicated with me throughout the process. As long as I am in Fayetteville this is the only place I will take my truck!!

The shop is clean and looks good. We got tires from them and they are nice was an easy install. Won't lie was weird that they wanted checks made out to the owner or cash and couldn't take cards? Was weord they kept our old tires and didn't offer to give them back. An all around ok shop. And the owners are pretty nice and social. If you need work done I'd start with calling them. Small mom and pop type shop

These guys are great, they really helped me out with my Jeep JK when i needed a new engine. Jeep dealer wanted over 12k and couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it, these guys told me exactly the problem and did it for much less. Had them install a 350 in my old blazer and they ripped me off. Installed motor and put distributor in backwards. Then tried to have me pay them in full and send it to their engine builder to pay him to diagnose it. When I declined they tried to buy the blazer off me for 2k saying the freshly rebuilt motor was bad. Had to pay in full for a job that wasn't done right because they were trying to buy it for cheap. Told them to hook everything up like it should be and I wanted it back. They didn't hook half the motor up and left the starter hanging loose. Starter would no longer even try to start when it at least tried when they were told to put it together. Also they had loosend half my valves so they wouldn't do anything and tightened the other half so tight they couldn't move. Complete clown show.Service: Engine repair

The whole crew was fabulous! After being broken down on the interstate for what seemed like forever they waited for me to get there after the tow truck finally arrived. They went above and beyond to get my GC back to me ASAP after a few setbacks.I will certainly be returning for future services needed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Highly recommend! They installed a ProComp level on my 2019 Ram 1500 and it turned out great. They were helpful in deciding which kit to go with and were great to work with in setting up a date to get it done quickly and affordably. Wouldn t go anywhere else in the future other than Get Ugly Off Road.

they re rating would be much lower but that have friends/ fake account give them good reviews whenever they get a bad one look when ever u see a bad review you ll see a good one to off set it

Great prices and great people. They did a gear swap for me on a Jeep and did a great job and much cheaper than anyone else I quoted. One of the only shops in the area I have recommended to friends and family.

I was sold a fuse box for the wrong model duramax, when I took it back I did not receive my money back at all. I was told it was a used electrical part, however I was also told it would fit my truck. I was promised a call back which I never received. I was sold a faulty part that would not work for my truck.It has now been months with no call back.

i was excited about finding this place but was severely disappointed. I went here cause they have good prices. However the prices reflect on the work. They held on to the jeep for around a month after being told it was going to be a week (I get it stuff happens but that was a long time happened to my friend another time too) once I got it I had Terrible alignment. my wheels were camber and my steering wheel was like 25 degrees off. Bad welds that would not hold up for what a 4x4 is used for. I would have taken my xj back to them but I couldn t go with out my XJ for another month nor do I trust the service. They also put on only one bolt to hold my rear shocks. I had them take it from a donor jeep but the could have done something to reenforce. I now need new or serviced shocks from fox so that a just awesome for me. Spend the extra money and take your vehicle up to Raleigh to 4WP.later edit. my studs snapped. there was spacers on guy definitely didn t use a torch wrench on the spacer. i went to take the rest off and definitely not rated at the correct weight

Anything you may need done at a reasonable price, they can get done or refer you where it can be done!! Tank is a great person and will help anyway he can!! Gina as well will do whatever to make sure you are satisfied...

Complete fraud. Don't waste your time or money here. They have no idea how to do gears and will charge you for parts and labor they don't install. The parts that do get installed will be ruined. Im sure they can mount tires, but that's as far as id let them go with any vehicle.

Is terrible place do not go here don't know how to do gears pay them to put gears in the front of my Jeep towed at home drove it half a mile gears were grinding message them bc they would not answer phone to let them know they claimed it was my rear end but yet never even looked at it so how can you say it was my rear end again cut my losses took it to somebody professional they didn't even Put shims in my axle.
