I had forgotten to update the public on what happened to my car, which took an extended amount of time for repairs (under the account Lax Life). After receiving my car, three days after my review, I proceeded to pull out of the dealership when I noticed my car's alignment was horrible, or at least that's what I thought the problem was. I contacted Gerber and was told to take it to Cape Fear Auto, who found out, in 5 minutes, that all my car's wheels were tilted inward and one of the wheels was about to come off. It took another week for parts, but Cape Fear Auto had amazing communication and efficiency. The added photos is the angle i had to keep the wheel to go STRAIGHT!

My bumper was completely trashed after an accident and Gerber Collision & Glass accepted my car s insurance and was able to do the repairs in a convenient timeframe! The reception was kind and down to earth. Kharissa was A-MAZING! And the mechanics did a phenomenal job! They were very transparent, kind and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had even after my service was completed!

The front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Earl's work on the car was wonderful - you can't even tell that there was once a large scratch on our car; it looks good as new!

Think Twice Before Visiting! I urge you to consider other options for your vehicle repairs due to repeated mistakes in ordering the wrong parts, consistent sourcing of faulty components from their distributor, and significant delays beyond promised timelines. Despite assurances that my car would be ready within a week, it s now been over three weeks with no resolution in sight. Your time and trust in a service provider are invaluable, so make an informed choice for your vehicle s needs.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Went there after scheduling an appointment was told "I'm not intrested in taking your vehicle on" I dont even know what that ment.... bald guy lots of tattoos and long beard... Absolutely disrespectful sat there for an hour jjst to get told were not intrested... how ya not intrested... yall are a shop u can't just say yes or no after already telling me hour prior "yea just forward us the email" then when I asked what does that mean that he wasn't intrested.... he told me to leave the shop... never go here just goto the original location on bragg blvd and get it done right the first time the raeford rd location is a joke!!!

Great People to work with, and the car was return on time, no delays at all. Great team Gerber Collision & Glass have working for the company. Great customer service. Person in the front desk is a sweet person and help you out with all your questions and needs. I really recommended this place to bring your car and live with a satisfaction. Gerber was fast and reliable. Gave me updates throughout the whole process. I went in there for one thing which they restored perfectly and they actually fixed something else I didn t even ask them too! The best staff ever. I live in Illinois and my daughter and son in law in North Carolina.Fort Bragg. My daughter had an accident and being in another state I thought this was going to be difficult. Gerber auto kept me updated at least twice a week. The best of all they were super nice and professional to my daughter. I was 800 miles away and didn't worry about a thing. The staff was just great. Just Great ( not a typo ). I would highly recommend Gerber.

Unfortunately I've utilized this company three times since owning my car due to accidents (none were my fault). Every time the staff was very congenial, kind, and made sure I was taken care of with some of the best customer service in Fayetteville period. The workmanship was quality and each time was completed faster than they estimated. I'd recommend this business to anyone needing this service. I'm def a satisfied customer!Service: Body & Trim

I thought it was fixed good until like 10 days later I noticed the side panel they put in had popped out so I took it back there, just for them to tell me that those panels don't stay in if you run over a bump or something it will pop out again, but I never was told that in the initial pricing cause if I did I would have taking it somewhere else...I don't recommend them at all

This location has repaired a couple of my vehicles and they have always been professional. Tote lady at the front desk will go out of her way to ensure you receive the best possible service. The manager was very detailed in the initial and final inspection. Our estimator Dana was phenomenal and so communicative. However, her professional and upbeat demeanor could not compensate for our overall POOR experience with Gerber.The management definitely needs to improve in their organization and punctuality. Considering Gerber is a well-respected chain, I expected much more from them. So, due to constant delays from their mechanics (they had our car for nearly 3 months) and also vandalism issues (our catalytic converter was stolen while on their lot and this is a regular occurrence for them) we will be going elsewhere for any future repairs.2-stars only because Dana was awesome. I was hit by someone almost as I was passing them while they were making a left turn. She just completely did not see me and hit my rear passenger panel when I was traveling straight in the inner lane. Her insurance company recommended I go here, and I should have done more research. I went to sell that car last weekend, and the appraisal said the paint job is trash in more professional terms! Do not go here.
