My car started out at the Nissan dealer where it sat for a week before I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle, and they told me they couldn t get the part to repair it. It was towed to Gerber collision and glass. The same day, and they had my car repaired, and returned to me before I had to return my rental car. They kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle, biweekly and answered any questions when I called. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Shout out to Abigail, whose customer service is exemplary and Reye Who handled the work and kept me in the loop on every aspect of the repairs to my car. He also made sure that my car was spotless inside and out before it was returned to me which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much.

My experience with Gerber collision and glass was a good experience so I do not mind giving them five stars and a good report. They put time into my car to make sure that it was fixed. They took time to check with me and update me. They cleaned out the inside of my car which I was not expecting. And above all the staff was very kind and friendly and very informative I didn't mind answering questions. My experience with Gerber was very satisfactory.

They did a great job on my repair. Everyone was very nice. Reyes was such a blessing, not only is he kind and caring he kept me informed on everything I needed to know. They had my repair done right when I needed it.

I was at a state park and hit a rock with my bumper. My car was almost paid off and I didn t want it junked out. I used my insurance through Gerber to get my bumper fixed. We had some sort of miscommunication about the day I was to get the estimate but even if it was me who was wrong they said they would get it taken care of. It was quick. They took my info and some pictures and I was on my way. A few days later they were ready to schedule. I dropped off my car. They had excellent communication with the rental car company. I was in and out and in a rental and back to work in an hour!! Wow!! They use an app to keep you updated and share the status. I really wanted my car back and it was a friday. The app told me it would be ready just about 5 PM. I didn t even need to communicate with the rental car place. They said they would take care of everything. I picked up my car and it was clean inside and out. The manager is very nice and accommodating and the lady who works the front desk is so busy she doesn t get a break! She works like the energizer bunny! My bumper is perfect and the black part under my car bumper is fixed! It was a wonderful experience! Both the manager and the front desk lady came to help me check out my car. When I got inside the seats were even cleaned! It was awesome! It smelled so nice! I hope I don t need a collision repair anytime soon but if I do I would certainly return! Thanks!

Gerber Collison provided services of vehicle repair from an accident to my vehicle. The services was great and I was very satisfied with my repair. They are constantly in contact with any updates. Had the Car Towed here after Flow Nissan Of Fayetteville Couldn't fix it ! They Fixed the car in Record time after Flow Nissan had it for three weeks and could repair it !Best People around ! Highly Recommend this Company !
