My son blew out a tire and needed to have it replace asap. 10 mins at Garcia Used Tires and it was done. Glad I found this place. Great customer service.

Visiting a family member whose son cares for his ailing mother...We discovered that two tires on the truck he drives were practically threadbare.As a gift, we immediately offered to replace the tires and located Garcia Used Tires.We were told that no appointment was necessary. Once we arrived, we were immediately able to get serviced.Jumel and Jose were the team that serviced our truck with the best tires for performance and safety!They were knowledgeable about their craft and focused, with percision, on replacement of the old tires.I marveled at the varied skilled percision of the auto mechanics services and the overall experience of the customer service and overall teamwork.I walked over to one of the mechanics, working on repairing a cars front side and marveling at the expertise of the worker. It turned out that he was the owner, and his name is Francisco. Equally pleasant, approachable, and kice customer service!I expressed our overall positive feedback with his staff and promised to share with all our positive experiences and encourage others to visit Garcia Used Tires for great service.To all reading, I recommend Garcia Used Tires!To all, I wish a safe, healthy, and promising New Year.Peace...

Most hardworking people at any tire shop I ve been to. I live about 600 miles away and drive a car 1/2 inch off the ground. I got a flat and needed a specific tire and the mounting process wasn t easy but he didn t give up. He owed me nothing but relentlessly tried to get me back on the road and didn t give up. Thank you again

woke up to a tire hissing out air! called Garcia s Tire and thankfully they had one of mine needed in stock. i drove straight there and left in less than 20 minutes with a SUPER reasonably priced tire with amazing tread! will only be using Garcia s for my tires from now on.

We have been coming here for years for our tire needs. They work quickly and price fairly. Now that he's also selling cars he's one of the few places who's integrity I trust. We've just purchased our second vehicle.

Good service. Friendly and helpful. They will let you look at tires and pick ones you want. They had tires in the size I needed when most places didn't. Most tires are 40 dollars includes mounting and balancing. If you are in need of a used tire I definitely recommend this business and I will use them next time I need a tire.

If you need a tire quick and want honest reliable service this is the place to go. I ve taken two different vehicles here over the last couple years and I haven t been disappointed. The guys that helped us both times were super helpful, fast, and friendly. Came here today because I had a hole that couldn t be repaired and no one around had a new tire for a couple of days and I needed something reliable and fast. Thanks again for the service guys and keeping me and my family safe on the road!

Friendly service, honest feedback/assessment, quality prices for used tires and quick / efficient labor. More details (drive to the back of building) I was assisted by the owner, Mr. Garcia and greeted by the staff. I had them help assess which of the four tires needed replacing on my 2007 Hyundai. They recommended the two tires I had originally thought needed to be changed out, too. Thank you to the Garcia Used Tires staff.

Amazing!!!!!!! I love Chico and his dimples!!!!! He is sooooo professional!! I wish I could put him in my pocket and take him with me wherever I go!!! He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I hate he has decided to only do body work now, but I get it. Oh the great times we had together!!! If he ever goes back to mechanic work, CHICO I'M COMING!!!!! I RECOMMEND CHICO FOR EVA!!!!

Great service and very good prices! The service was very quick and they did a great job! Definitely the place to go if you need a quick fix. My used tire has a good amount of thread to last me a while.

I had 3 nails in my tire and wanted to get a used tire since my car lease is up in a few months. They happened to have the exact tire I have and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great customer service and great prices! I'd recommend Garcia Used Tire to everyone!

I ve bought six used tires from this location over the past three months, spending a total of $230. I bought the 6th today and I will NEVER use them again. I told the owner today that 3 of the tires I ve bought from them have blown out in 3 months. I asked him if he could knock $5 off the one I got today and he said no but kindly charged me an extra $5 to replace my valve stem that he claimed was leaking. Had the nerve to tell me I had driven with no air in my tire and that is why it blew out, even though I had just pumped air into all my tires before I left my house to go to work this morning right before it blew out. Tried to sell me a tire today for $40 that had obvious cupping to anyone with any sense. Owner was very rude, parking area has nails and screws laying around, and the shop is cluttered and very unprofessional. Also tried to charge me a fee for paying with my debit card. Lousy business run by a guy with a serious attitude problem. Fayetteville is full of used tire businesses and I strongly recommend you try anyone else over this place

Grate place and good price for used tires. If you looking for a new tire with a used tire price this not ur place. Every time I go they are always nice and fast. I Highly recommend this place over any other use tires shop. Just keep outside there working space. lol

staff was nice and quick service. Guy sold me a dry rotted tire. My fault for not looking and let them load it for me. But krappy business to sell a tire I couldn't use.

Had a tire put on yesterday and the guy apparently doesn't know how to break the bead off the rim because halfway home I had to get air in tire then stopped at another tire shop to look at it said they cracked the rim

Great guys, I called right before they closed and they waited for me to get there after they closed and took great care of my car. Had the exact tires I needed and were practically new. Best service I've had here in Fayetteville.

Good deal for a almost new used tire... Except the fact they gouged my rim all the way around and would not admit to it. Tried telling me it was already scratched. I know my wheels. I dont even care about the rim, just admit your mistake and apologize. Really scummy way to do business.

For me it is very simple, if you are honest in what you are doing and have a respect for the customers it is a good place. But, many times including myself, if it is something wrong with the product he is giving you, he has no problem to change it. It is a person you can trust.

I get my car washed here. They do a great job, inside and out. Even make it smell good. For the price you cannot beat it!
