Such a great experience! Cherise was an amazing person and sales woman. I was very informed during the entire process, I felt heard on the features that were important to me, and I felt that Cherise and her coworkers were just as excited for me as I was for my new car. Highly recommend Cherise to anyone looking for their next vehicle and Flo Nissan for all your needs! Great service and great people!

The appt. started out rough, I made my oilchange appt 3weeks ago, only to get here and its not in the system but CHASE was apologetic, nice and professional and got me in. Which I appreciate! However, when I drove up, noone speaks and says how can I help you? The lady there who sees me standing and waiting never acknowledges me, when I finally say" can someone help me" she said "wait, I'll be with you in a minute "....then Chase came and helped me after helping another customer. I found out by another worker her name is Brittany. How unprofessional and rude!

The services department has steadily declined in customer service and it is primarily due to the extensive wait times. I scheduled an appointment for my wife to take my vehicle for a routine oil change and tire rotation at 12:45 and was not complete until 4:30. This is something needs to be communicated to customers if it is going to take more than 2 to 3 hours. Their excuse was that they were short staffed but that needs to be expressed prior to making the appointment so the customer can have an opportunity to seek service from another service department. Really disappointing experience.

Paid 700 to get our car fixed. Car continued to do the same thing. Took the car back and now they are saying it's not that but something else now. they want to charge us a 181$ for telling us,what is wrong with it.. You would think you would avoid these kinds of things dealing with a dealership. I would avoid there service department.Service: Auto maintenance

Our purchase of a new 2021 Nissan rogue was above excellent. Jamar handled the sale and answered all of our questions with patience, never in a hurry and you could tell he had really been trained well, his knowledge of the vehicles was extensive.Cam helped us in the finance department and again that experience was excellent, giving us good solid advice, never rushing us even though it was almost 9 PM.The dealership GM Steve has done an outstanding job putting this well trained team together, service that you just don t see you anymore. I previously sold new cars for a few years so I m a little harder to impress than most but I would give these folks 11 out of 10 stars.I would strongly refer anyone to purchase a car from flow Nissan of Fayetteville and we will definitely by there again in the future.

The customer service rep I worked with in the service department was outstanding and very attentive. However, the delay once my vehicle got back to be worked on was ridiculous. An oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection took 4 hours due to delays in the service department.

I had an amazing experience Jessica Underwood-Groom was professional and courteous. She was able to find me the perfect vehicle for my family. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I felt safe here. The vehicle I purchased was gorgeous, and fit my family beautifully. I would recommend to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom to purchase my new Armada Platinum. He was out of this world, he was very professional and personal at the same time which made the experience easy and less stressful. There were certain things I wanted on the vehicle and he made sure that I got everything I wanted. The General Manager, Steve was amazing also he accommodated me in every way he could right along with Tom. I would definitely go back to Flow Nissan and ask for Tom. If you want transparency, professionalism, attention to details, kindness, and just a piece of mind that you are getting the best Tom is your guy.

I had an issue with my records and not understanding why my truck needed all of these unexpected repairs. My vehicle was not properly inspected the last time I went. They informed me that they have done a full clean sweep with some of the previous workers and have hired new employees due to the lack of professionalism. They apologized for this and worked with the repairs' price, provided a modest reduction in cost, and made sure that the process was smooth and easy. I expected to be at the dealership from 7:30 to 5:30 pm, and they were able to get my repairs finished right around lunchtime. I was very impressed with Ingrid and Jason and would highly recommend anyone to get any repair to be done here at Flow Fayetteville.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Mamie was my sales consultant and helped me with my purchase of a Nissan Altima. She made certain I was fully informed of all features and services on my car. She worked to find my interests to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. Mamie was not pushy and didn t provide any false hopes or expectations. I brought a car from here today and had the pleasure of working with salesman Dominique A. He went above measures to make sure I got a great deal as well as a nice sporty ride I would look good in. First, when I went to Flow Nissan in Fayetteville, I wasn't expecting to buy a new truck. However, Angel (Sales) 's customer service was top tier, so I drove away with a new 2021 Titan! Angel was very patient, intelligent, reliable, confident, and knowledgeable about Nissan (and automobiles in general); in addition, the manager was also very trustworthy and top tier in managing. Lastly, the finance officer was also very organized and consistent and is a Rockstar with finance! I encourage YOU to consider buying a new car from Flow Nissan- or at least visit!

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.The last time I visited this service center, I was extremely disappointed. Not only did a standard recall service take longer than a week but my car was returned to me with ants, a small pile of dirt on the hood and a scratched and dented bumper. I took pics and showed the service reps and was told that this was there when I took it in. It was not.In addition to them not being accountable for whatever they did during the timeframe that they held my car, the service rep was rude. To add insult to injury, they actually had the audacity of suggesting I purchase a new vehicle.When you take your vehicle to be serviced you do not expect to deal with unprofessionalism. You definitely do not expect to receive your car back with unwanted visitors and scratches or dents that you did not send it in with. They have not attempted to rectify the issue and I don't have the energy to fuss or go back and forth with them.I'm due for another service but I intend to drive the extra miles to Sanford. I heard their services make your patronage feel appreciated.

Flow Nissian has taken great care of me. They have a great staff there.. from the receptionist down to the janitors. David Medlock was my sales representative and can t say enough about him. I live an hour away and he has been responsive to every call and text when I had questions or concerns. He s on top of it. We traded in my vehicle and bought a used car on the Lot. Very smooth and professional experience. I ve been to dealerships that didn t care to help beside the sale, this is not the case with Flow. They even lent us a car to use as everything was being finished.5 stars for Flow & David!

I purchased a Nissan Frontier and worked with Dominique. He was very professional and courteous. The vehicle I purchased was well priced and I didn't feel pressured at all during the buying process. Dominique even made sure I drove away with a full tank of gas during the shortage of 2021!

The sales teams at Flow Nissan is extraordinary. My sales advisor was Shawn Farmer. I highly recommend him! Shawn and the team worked with me and ensured that I was taken care of during the buying process. Buying a vehicle is a huge commitment so it s critical to have people who are helpful and honest. Took my car in for a full diagnostic and get four tires put on. They held my car for over a week and still could not give me a valid reason my car was vibrating when I had mention multiple times of why I brought it in. They did not even test drive the vehicle, they told me parts that have already been replaced needed to be replaced, lied to me many times and the service manager disrespected me and my brother in law. The service manager is very rude and did not help at al he insulted my brother in law by challenging his mechanical skills and consistently raised his voice in a rude manner speaking to us. I refused to pay for the poorly done diagnostic because it was not done thoroughly and I had to take time from work and my schedule to deal with something they should be capable of handling. please save yourself the time and effort and avoid this place.

Cherie Williams was great in selling me a car. I went in with just questions about what my options would be as to repairing my car or getting a new one. I tried to play deal or no deal and it actually worked! I left with a beautiful car and no payments until two months after.

I came by to ask a question, and Mr clifton, was there, we began to talk and he was a great sales rep, he hear me out, and was truly there for the client, I can only say thank you. I got my deal for what I wanted and he was because he trusted me and help me out. When you go, go see him, he will help you out, money down trust me. Thanks to Mr Christopher too he went ahead and work with me to gave me what I ask for in the number and I was impress I didn't believed and they made it happen, even my bank was like( thats a great deal keep it, hey I am happy with a new ride on the road) thanks

Im going to refer all my friends and family to Eric White. He's a great salesman. He was real professional, easy to work with, no pressure and very overstanding. Im very satisfied with the car that I purchased. He's a down to earth person. Real easy to deal with. When I come to get my next car Im coming to him directly. And I like the Flow Nissan place. It smell good and the chairs were cozy.

Thomas Nuzzo is the best hands down. I didn't realize what all was in my contract for my new car but he remembered exactly what he sold me 6 mos ago. I came to Flow today because I hit a bump, popped a bead and a relatively new tire was done. When I told him what happened he told me well you're covered and I told him I wasn't. He stopped what I interrupted him from doing, pulled my file and double checked. He walked me back to my repair advisor and let them know I was covered. 3 cars in 1 year time and Thomas assisted with them all. Says alot about his Character. Thank you Service: Tires

Just went here today with my Brother and we snagged a nice Nissan Sentra right off the lot brand new at an amazing price thanks to my main man Clifton Oates! Amazing salesman; could possibly sell ice to an eskimo! Jokes aside, he was a great person to work with and a joy to be around. 11/10 would come back for Oates.

The vehicle I wanted to view was on the lot. The wait time and the representative wanting you to wait for the manager to come and speak is not working to their advantage. The fact of the matter is my time is as valuable as yours. You say a minute I expect to see you in sixty seconds or less. Yes I I did time it cause I have things to do with my time please do not waste it.
