I will not take my CX5 back here for maintenance. Brought my car in for 84,000 mile service. I was told all they do is oil change and tire rotation. No inspections would be done. 2019 CX5 has a service bulletin on the motors of the side view mirrors, the motors in both my mirrors were replaced and now the mirrors have become loose. They took my car in the shop and took a video of my car and said customer says there is a service bulletin on loose mirrors which is NOT what I said. I said there was a bulletin on the motor inside the mirror. I paid $194.00 dollars to have nothing done on my car!

I love that it didn't took long.Carmen took good care of me and she explained everything seens I walk in.She give me a very good customer service.Im happy I owned a mazda.

Considering this was my first time buying a car, the entire experience set the bar so high for me. Jennie was so kind and understanding when it came to budget and generally making sure i got what I wanted. The whole team stayed late to help us get everything done the same day, and it was just generally a comfortable experience. I definitely recommend them when it come to anyones car buying needs. Super stress free

What an UNBELIEVABLE buying experience my family and I just received. We bought a CX-9 just a few days ago and all I can say is WOW! We live over 2 hours away and conducted the entire transaction through emails and texts. Matt, Sales Manager, Curtis, Salesman and Steven, F&I Manager, went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and QUICK! We were in and out in about an hour. Everything discussed over email was exactly how it played out at the dealership.... no smoke and mirrors or typical dealership games. My wife and I have bought many cars over the years and this by far was the easiest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flow Automotive and these gentlemen. Thanks again fellas for the experience.

If you're looking to purchase a vehicle with people who care about you, I would come here. The service I received was outstanding. Everyone took time to answer any question I had. (I had several) I've never considered getting a Mazda until I came here due to the customer service from EVERYONE not just who I was currently working with.

I just purchased a CX-5. Everyone at Flow Mazda were very helpful and courteous, especially my salesperson Jenni Koch. She was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great place to deal with! Billy "Superman" Reeves stayed quite late into the evening helping with a truck in their used inventory. I can't recommend him enough, he was definitely a huge help.
