This could have been a 5 star review because of an issue making an appointment through the Firestone App. My appointment was scheduled for the date and time I wanted with it showing in the App for my approved scheduled time. When I came in to the store to drop off my truck, I had no appointment scheduled. The sales associate took me in and took my truck in the back for the time I originally scheduled. The sales associate expressed how sorry I was not scheduled and ensure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place for any in and out services.

Very professional and polite from beginning to end. The only thing is I had to call for an update on my car after having left it there 6 hours prior. But that is small, relatively speaking. I used this same business about 10 years ago and had the same positive experience.

Made and apt for 2pm to change out 1 tire. Tire ordered off ebay and delivered. Got there at 1:20pm. The car finally made it onto the life at 4pm. Very slow service even with an appointment. Staff didn't seem to care one way or the other that it took them over 2 hours to change a single tire.

Took vehicle into Fayetteville Cross Creek location for tire repair, Your service representative (Mike) informed me that charges for replacement would be $154.00. Since tires were purchased in January 2024 and had not accumulated much mileage and they were under repair/replacement warranty I questioned why this amount was absorbent! After waiting a few minutes and fuming about the amount, I returned and asked for Store Manager (Chad Snyder) who gave me a more in-depth answer as to charges. Since I had spent $2800.00 in this location in the last 2 months Chad said he would try to rectify this situation and came up with a new charge of $54.00 which was acceptable. I also mentioned that tire pressure from previous visit showed 41 lbs which should have been 32 front and 35 rear according to BMW specifications....your technicians need to be better trained! As for future service we will go to another location.

My wife and I needed to get 5 new tires this week. Great service from Chris and Mike. Quick work, awesome prices, and clear communication. Both were knowledgeable about their services and what we needed. Definitely will be back.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and alignment the day before I was set to travel to Alabama for my Cousin's wedding. Chris Horton took the time to explain and show me that my wheel bearings need to be replaced. He advised it may not be safe to drive the car the nine hour trip to Alabama. I really appreciate Mr. Horton's patience and concern. I definitely would not want to be stranded out of state. Thankfully, I was able to find a rental car at short notice and attend the wedding.

They were very kind but be careful.. they said I needed 4k worth of work done to my vehicle but I got a second opinion and that wasn't true. They did find something that does need to be fixed but they lied about other things and for that reason I'll never return here.

I am very disappointed with Firestone. They did a very poor job on my vehicle. They rip my tires when rotating tires on rim, they replaced the WRONG light bulb on my rear signal light. The. Manager said they didn't do it but when I said I wasn't looking for anything free, he then wanted to thank me for identifying the issues with their techs. The quality of service is low. I been coming here for 25 years and can't believe I was done this way. You guys are wrong and conducting substandard mechanic work. I had more work to be done and the manager noted they damaging my tires and was gonna give me a $16 discount. Dude my tires are cut, $16 discount was a low ball and insulting gesture. You guys got serious issues. Whoever is the proprietor is needs to rebook staff at this location. I'm embarrassed I got work done here. I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE cause these guys are very inexperienced. Thank you for a bum job are not taking my safety into consideration. This firestone does not uphold their motto.

Had a really good experience here, Chris was incredibly helpful and easy to talk with, he made sure the brakes on my car were fixed and also had my Husband s tires looked at, big thanks to him and everyone there.

Beware of this business!!! Do not bring your car to them as they don't take responsibility when their employees do less than optimum work.They did not reattach my oil pan after an oil change which caused it to drag. I brought my car to another mechanic to get an honest view of what happened as this is the second time this has occurred. I also bought 4 new tires and less than 2 weeks after placement one deflated.

They used to have wifi available for the customers. It hasn t been in place for quite some time. The router is hanging on the wall, the lights are blinking indicating it s on yet, when you inquire about it, all you ever get told is they took it away . Why is that?? It would be nice again to be able to be productive while one waits on the service to be completed.

I called this Firestone location at 10:45 am and asked about some tires and when a good time would be for me to come in to have them installed. I was told to come up there right away, as if they were waiting on me with the tires ready to go directly on my car. When I showed up no more than 15 minutes later, the service manager that I talked to asked if I had an appointment and I informed him that I did not. They took my keys and information and said they would get to it shortly. Fast forward to 2:09 pm, I finally get word that the two new tires are installed. Prices were decent and the facility was nice, but these guys aren't in a hurry about anything. I value other peoples time, so it would be nice for a company to value the customers time.

This Firestone location picked up the pieces from two previous locations who did repairs along our vacation route. They performed the fixes cheerfully and completely, even though the mistakes had nothing to do with them and charged nothing.

The gentleman working the counter was extremely rude to the first customer. Oct 6th 12:55pm so then I approached him when it was my turn told him my problem. Telling me I need proof and documentation of tire rotation and alignment. Told him it was in a dodge dually you don t align the back axle. The Bridgestone dueler Revo 3 is a soft compound tire and don t last. I ran the revo 2 and got 80k miles off the tire. But back to the point. If customer service is handled this way you will continue to receive one star Ratings. But I will call corporate today on the service man Jeffrey. As I am also a share holder of Firestone. I ll be dammed if something I invest in will conduct business as Such. In such manner to run costumers off and not give 100% satisfaction. And for me to have to give such a bad rating on.

Brought my company vehicle in after noticing an oil leak. Previous repair shop did not perform the oil change correctly. Donald and Chad took care of me and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

I went to this location because I got tired of a competitor screwing me. I know someone who uses them for his fleet. I had been here before with my friend and Joe seemed cool. When I went alone to get an oil change I was told that my battery was bad. Also it had corrosion. There was a little corrosion but nothing significant. I told Joe that I would change it myself. I thought it was odd because I changed the battery a year ago and have had no issues. It cranks and operates fine. I went to an auto parts store to get a battery and ask them to test it first. They said that the battery was fine and so was the charging system. They then cleaned off the corrosion for free. I went to a second auto parts store and had them tested, and they also said it was fine. I then went to a dealership and they also said it was fine. Now Joe and his crew might blame it on the equipment they use. But that equipment they use could ve cost me $300 plus. I will not return.

I do not like to make bad reviews...but I will not ever go back to Firestone. This is the second bad experience I have had at this business. Make sure if you have any work done here that they test drive your car before you pick it up and leave.My car was at this shop for 8 hours for brakes. I picked my car up and the pedal still went to the floor like before I paid $1100 to replace brakes pads, calipers and rotors. I called the shop and was told to just drive the car and that would get the "air out" of the brakes. I was not happy with this answer so I took my car back the next day and found out apparently my master cylinder needed replaced also. Not sure why this was not discovered in the 8 hours my car was at the shop. I was told that my car wasn't driven before the brakes were put on because " it was too dangerous" but I left the shop with pretty much no brakes and I paid $1100. Also I asked for my old parts back and that did not happen either. So who knows what really needed fixed on my car. All I know is I do not think this place is very trustworthy and definitely does not care about customer safety.Beware!!!!

Everyone was helpful and pleasant! Chad the store manager kept me and all the others apprised of our vehicles. The young man who serviced the van made sure to make it easy to get to and smiled and waved to me as i got in. All the info on my oil change was in my packet. I was out before 9am.

I took my 97 ford ranger to Firestone Cross Creek mall to have my heater worked on. They did a backflush, that didn't work so they had me order parts which apparently I dud not need. They sent me away after spending all that money, and the heater still does not work. Chad, the manager tells me to take it to ford, I am still out of the money that I spent on parts, and labor. I thought Firestone was better than that. My truck by the way, is in excellent condition. I truly am disappointed with Firestone. I spent a lot of money there. No, I threw away a lit of money there. Do not take your vehicle to Firestone. They will leave you hanging.
