Had a flat tire that needing replacing. Made an appointment, don't bother doing that btw. The guy that received me, nice, but that is the only reason I gave the 2nd star and the following is why.I sat there for 3.5 hours with an appointment. Luckily my daughter was off work and could sit with her stage 4 cancer mother while I was stuck at this place. It was funny how other showed up and managed to get in an out before myself and another woman who was sitting there with the same issue as I was. They kept coming in trying to find out who was who and why we were there. This on top of complaining that they can't keep workers. I would of thought a place like Firestone would do better than Flow Nissan, guess I was wrong... Looking for a new place again.

While the brakes and oil change were great they broke my skid pan and just stuck it up on the bottom of my car. It flew off while I was driving. I took my car back along with the broken skid plate. They reattached it. I left. The part flew off half of the way. So it was dragging on the road. I had to pull over and stop on the side of the highway. My husband had to come get it off the car because Firestone ghetto rigged it on to the bottom of my car with a bolt and some wire. Naturally they are closed right now, and don t have a voicemail box I can leave a message in. So, here it is. Contact me!

I want to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at Firestone on Ramsey Street. This is not the first time I have encountered issues at this location. Despite having made an appointment and arriving on time, there seemed to be a lack of clarity regarding whether I was waiting or dropping off my vehicle. Although I had indicated that I would be waiting in the lobby when scheduling my appointment online, the front desk staff did not confirm this with me upon arrival.As the lobby was quite busy, I decided to pass the time by visiting a store in the same complex. However, after two hours had passed, I realized my car had not been attended to, and I was informed that it would be an additional 2 1/2 hours before it would be ready. This resulted in a total wait time of 4 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, alignment, and rotation. This level of service is unacceptable and left me feeling incredibly frustrated.To make matters worse, the front desk staff member I interacted with was rude and condescending towards me, which I can only assume was due to my gender. This disrespectful behavior compounded my already displeased state. As a large corporation, it is imperative that you strive for better customer service and treat all customers with respect and professionalism.I am seriously dissatisfied with the experience I had at this location and have no intention of returning. I refuse to subject myself to being talked down to or mistreated in any way. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.

I like the idea and practice of making an appointment. I don't have to show up at 7:30 am and just hope there is not a huge group of people all trying to get their car fixed. They did let me know the approximate waiting time, if I did sit in the lobby. They couldn't find anything wrong with my brakes, but they did check front and back, and they did a test drive to see if they heard the sound that I came in concerned about. The intake tech did say, that if I heard that sound again, to come straight in to be checked. The tech who took my information was friendly and pleasant to talk to.

I showed up with what I believed to be a tire leak. My tires were practically brand new and they insisted my only option was to replace the tire. I spent my hard earned money on another tire and a week later the brand new tire I just purchased was leaking. I return to Firestone and now they are suggesting it may be a wheel issue.I experienced incompetence at this Firestone.

Great customer service, friendly informative staff. Excellent work. I personally observed the team inside work with customers to help them understand recommended repairs, then work with them to obtain the best cost. Even those with little knowledge of vehicle repair service were thankful of their service. Loved it.

Waited over 4 hrs for tires. Was told after 3 hrs tires were on the way. This was after I was first told the tires were called in before I even arrived. Had to inquire twice after at different time increments about the progress and was told two different things. I brought my vehicle in at approximately 09:29 and did not not get it back until almost 14:00. They did not keep me informed about the arrival of time of the tires and I feel I was being brushed off for slow work.

Called on Saturday morning to get 2 tires put on my wheels, was told they were extremely busy but would have them done before closing and would be best to drop them off if i didnt want to wait. So i dropped off 2 wheels to get new tires put on them. Told them to call me when complete, they didnt call they emailed me instead, so i didnt get the email until 5 hours after the wheels were ready. Then when i got the wheels home and on the car, 1 tire was already flat. Called and spoke with someone and i couldn't take the back because they were about to close. So i waited all day for tires that were done in a hour, then got home and 1 tire was flat. That changed my plans for the entire weekend. I had to cancel plans Saturday night and go back the Sunday morning when they opened.

While they had my vehicles longer than expected this time, I am always very satisfied with the service I receive. The staff is always very friendly, and I believe they are well experienced.

I relayed to the gentleman at the check-in desk that there was no paper towels and the toilet paper was almost out in the restroom. Had to go back later and there was still none in there. It would certainly be nice if you could find some additional technicians to hire as with an with anappointment I was still there 2 hours.

I'll bring my 2012 captiva sport ls to change spark general tune up, new battery..they have my car in there February 26 March 1st give back to me saying problem in misfire 2 and possible damage in the engine ..when I'll bring it to another mechanic from other shop said your suv only have oil spill in spark and gaskets..change it gasket and all spark. Now is fix by the other shop ..Firestone they charge me at Firestone $392.00 for Battery and analisis.only they do. I'm really upset with the mechanics they not even try do dry the oil and check all with new sparks at Firestone Ramsey,Fayetteville NC . only one person Nice there Mr Camden.. he was really helpful explain everything. Good buy Firestone!!!!

Dropped car off for tire change and alignment. Told car wouldn t be done until first thing next morning. Car wasn t complete until 2pm the following day. Was also told they could not do alignment and still took 24hrs to complete tire change.

Dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon, informed them that I would like to have a tire balancing done and most importantly that I would need to pick it up that following Saturday. Was told by Camden that that would be no problem at all, so I dropped it off in good faith, and came back around 4:00 on Saturday. When I requested for the completed paperwork, he looked at me confused and had informed me that nothing was done to the vehicle other than an overall inspection, and that parts were on order and set to arrive on Monday, completely wasting my time. Since I informed them that I will be driving out of state, I now have a vehicle that has not been serviced as I had specifically requested and had two of my days wasted.If you've had a good experience, awesome. But otherwise at this point I can only consider that they're either liars or incompetent.So they decided to reach out to me, and apparently their corporate office can't read either. I was never given paperwork since no work was done. So there is no invoice number.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the issues of my vehicle. While waiting for my car to be serviced there was great entertainment on the TV and they had a plenty of charging ports while others were on their phones. Definitely going there to get my car serviced.

The wait time was insane. I walked in at 9:00am I left at 1:15pm when I was told that it was going to be a few more hours on top of the four hours I ve already been waiting. 4 HOURS, where my car just sat in one spot and wasn t even moved . SMH. Drop off your car if you can.

I went in on a holiday weekend and they were jammed. Still, I had an appointment so I was hoping to get out in a timely manner and when I called to check on my truck they said it would be off the lift in minutes.When I showed up my truck still wasn t ready, which made me pretty frustrated. This is where the difference in their team showed. They realized their mistake, worked quickly to fix it, and offered me a discount. They were courteous and helpful throughout, despite this being a low cost repair.I m actually confident that if I told them I needed it done quickly it would have been one of the first vehicles completed, but they were balancing a lot.THIS is the type of service that s needed. I ll definitely go back to this shop.Thanks to the team and keep grinding through the challenges!

My diagnosis appointment was 11:00am. I waited for one hour and 15 min. When I tried to ask the gentleman at the front desk about the status, they gave me my key and rejected the service. They thought I didn t give them enough time. This is a very disappointed experience. They seem not care about my problem and time at all. My suggestion, as others wrote here - don t use this store service.

The service is okay, but I highly recommend you either drop off your car or plan to stay most of the day. I went in to do a tire balance - which I ended up getting it redone somewhere else. But, if you are in an emergency situation and have time to wait, go for it!!! Good luck

We came at 8:15 am. They said if we came back at 9 am they could get us in at 9. We tried asking for a time update at 10:35... would not update us. Tried calling while we walked around the plaza waiting... put on hold. Never worked on our car. And on top of it, they were so rude. They asked if we'd ever been there. We said it was our first time because we usually see a FAMILY mechanic. He retired a half year ago. But he's family and always did us so well. And these people not only criticized us for never coming to them but called our family mechanic a scammer. They laughed at us going to a family mechanic instead of them. How are you going to insult a family member just because they're not your business? And to insult us for never having been to your grand place? The only scam I see is people stealing our time by not giving us a time check, being rude to us, and not getting us in at 9 like they said they would. Will not be returning.P.s. they were not speaking nicely about the customers while we were waiting. Really shouldn't talk negatively about your customers while other customers are listening..

The amount of care giving from Cassandra, Brandon and Kobi was way beyond my expectations of any place. Cassandra was very very helpful. She understood the important need to get the vehicle fixed. This vehicle was supposed be on the road for travel that day, but it broke down the day before. Cassandra made a promise to have it done by the end of the day and she did!!The mechanics Brandon and Kobi worked on the truck. They made sure that the correct parts fitted and worked. Both them were able to explain to me what happened and why the brakes blew up. They even showed me the old parts as well.The work environment with these three was so great. You can tell they all can communicate with it other respectfully and like a family. That made me feel like I was one of their cousins. I honestly didn't want to leave.

Madison was such a sweetheart, got me scheduled quick and the team there fixed up my old reliable car no problem! They didn t overcharge me and were very quick and understanding. :)Update: When they did my inspection they did not actually look anything over. About two months later when I noticed something was wrong with my brakes I got hit with an insane bill to replace the sway bar (that had apparently been broken for a while) and the rotors because I had driven around without brake pads for a while. I should ve known better and checked my brakes etc, myself. Apparently the only reason why they noticed it during the second visit was because the guy originally working on my car got arrested. Wouldn t recommend going here again. Black s Tire and Auto has proven much more reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Two stars is the best I could do. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am for a diagnostic for a check engine light issue that they had previously done work on to try and fix. Fast forward to 12 pm, I hear nothing so I call them. Come to find out my vehicle hasn t even been touched yet and there were still two ahead of mine so the gentleman I talk to says he ll call me at 2 pm with an update 2:30 roles around and I call them because still nothings been done. I go there at 6 pm and all they can do is tell me the same information my own OCD told me and ask me for more time. As I took a day off of work for this and am no closer to even knowing what my next steps are for my vehicle, I cut my losses, collected my vehicle, and called it a day. I get that they re swamped with work but between me having a scheduled time to have an issue they already worked on, looked at again, yet nothing significant was done in a 10 hour period and the lack of communication as far as how long they were going to be working on a diagnostic, I ll be getting any future service taken care of elsewhere.Edit: took my Jeep to Pepboys on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they fixed the problem in half the time it took the people at this Firestone to tell me what their notes should ve said from my first visit. Save your time and your money and just go to Pep Boys, Blacks Tire, or your uncle Steve who knows how to look up repairs on YouTube.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I dropped off a vehicle to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. The staff never pulled the vehicle into the shop. I received a call saying they were concerned about the engine sound, I reassured them it's fine to just pull it in and change the tires. They said they could push it into the shop to change the tires, but recommended an "engine shop".Received another call 45 minutes later saying they weren't going to change the tires on it, recommended an "engine shop" again. I wasted my day driving 3 hours to Fayetteville to get tires installed so I could make the drive back SC.I do not recommend this shop, while the staff was initially friendly, I didn't get anything productive done dealing with them besides waste time and gas driving up to the business. The mechanics they have must not know what they are doing when they are unable to recognize the serpentine system makes a little noise, which is totally normal on a car that needs some TLC and has been neglected for over a year.Next time, put the tires on like I asked, could have made an easy $680 within the hour doing what I had it there for. Thank you for nothing.

Slowest place in history. First time I came here for a tire plug, lady assured me over the phone it would only be a half hour. Being that I had this done before I gave an hour. Came in to my appointment and after 3 hours of my car STILL outside, I told them nvm. I decided to give them a chance again for an oil change that I needed. Came in at exactly 8 and also asked for a tire rotation . I didn t leave until 11! It does not take 3 hours ! I also explained to the lady via phone before I booked I did not want to sit that long as well as to the man who took my keys the day of. The lady told me they had recommendations.. ok well when we re you going to tell me? After 5 hours of being there? I ll never come to this location again. It s absolutely ridiculous how slow they are even with a full staff.
