Julius was fast and courteous. Called at 4am arrived at 430am. Rates are more than reasonable. And this was for a Semi Truck. ( Freightliner)I recommend! In the world we live in I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so much !

Called at 5am with blown tire, Julius made it clear I have to wait until tire shop opens he was very nice. At 9am I spoke to a woman who said she was expecting my call we worked out details I sent tire size and location and I was told it would be a couple hrs after he finishes the job he is on. She never responded again I called several times no answer and no response to my texts! Terrible customer service if you didn t want my money just say that don t ignore me**edited from one star to three. While Michelle did reach out and apologize for the inconvenience and mishaps, I did feel hung out to dry as I was on a time crunch (not their problem). They were both very nice minus the no contact for the day, she was apologetic and you don t see that much. Will attempt their service again in the future and see what happens

There is a mechanic by the name of Julius that was a godsend. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Florida when my brother passed. My check engine came on. I immediately got the interstate. It was dark and I was byself. I called the first 24 hour service. They only take cash or use the cash app. He not only fixed my car he took me an ATM. He was extremely polite very helpful and assured me everything was fixed. He calmed me down from all the stress I was having. He is very trustworthy , I would recommend him for any job. Thank you

Glad they were available.. The prices were good. They fixed 3 major things that I really need fixed. Real positive attitudes. I was surprised my car was able to get fixed today. The other shops would have said make an appointment. Got me back rolling!

Needed my starter replaced last Saturday. After being stood up by a previous company I found this company via google. Had a quote, time and where to meet up 40 minutes after reaching out to them via chat. The mechanic (Julius, hope i spelled it right) was very nice, communicative and informative. I will definitely be reaching out for more auto work! Thank you guys for your assistance and the amazing customer service

Everything went great with my experience with Roadside assistance! He was on time,very knowledgeable, and made quick work of what I know was not an easy job. I highly recommend using this gentleman if you need immediate help. I was back on the road in under an hour.

Hands down, this is the best roadside assistance business in town. I called on a Sunday and Julius was patient while I explained my concern. I called around Sunday noon for the service (a car in my garage/ no crank). They said they may come later the same day for a diagnosis fee of $85 cash. Now, 10:20pm with no update. The phone has not been answered whole evening with full mailbox. Even leaving message is impossible. I cannot wait till tomorrow and will try other mechanics. They may show up tomorrow and still insist charging the bill for coming. This experience is terrible. I need the car by Monday morning. I should have tried other place earlier instead of waiting. Use this company if you don't expect any communications/feedback from them. If they show up last minute (tonight) and take care of the problem(I doubt it), I will erase this review.

Very impressed with there roadside assistance. Julius was the mechanic that come to fix my truck and he was great very impressed. I had my semi break and it was serious, my coolant lines broke and on a Sunday. I called around and nobody had parts had to wait till Monday. Julius said he could fix the problem and get me back on the road within an hour. I'm very impressed by his skill and abilities to fix a problem. I would highly recommend Julius to fix your equipment or semi. Great work very proud of his ability. Hay Julius by the way I made it over the Mountains over there by South Carolina and this repair is solid im just going to keep it the way it is. Thanks for saving the day.

Honestly if I could give them negative -10 stars I would. The mechanic received $485 from me and did not fix my vehicle now I'm taking him to court. He doesnt respond after he took all my money.

Julius was amazing! I never write reviews but for this company I definitely have too! We broke our water pump on way from Florida and new jersey. He was fast.. friendly.. and extremely honest! I couldn't thank him enough for everything he done for us! Highly recommend if ever need a mobile mechanic.

I would highly recommend Fayetteville Roadside assistance. We were purchasing a vehicle in NC and needed someone to perform a preinspection. Contacted Julian and he was not able to fit us in and waited for us at the dealership while we drive from SC. He was very knowledge, thorough, and honest in his assessment. His price was more than reasonable seeing that he had to drive a considerable distance to reach the dealer. I would highly recommend using this service. 5 stars are not enough to show our appreciation for the service.

I don t usually write reviews but today I have to I was stranded in a KFC parking lot on Owen drive, Julius got to me in less than 20 minutes fully prepped and happy to help! Very reasonably priced, 100% knowledgeable and very kind! He changed my starter on my 2006 Ford Expedition and got me back on the road!!! Forever Grateful!!! Amazing job!!! 10 out of 10 recommended!!! If you need a mobile mechanic CALL HIM, you won t be disappointed!!!!

Julius was very helpful and prices are very reasonable. I Thought I needed a brand new alternator, but instead I just needed a new alternator belt and belt tensioner. Took him no time to find the problem and was very honest and also helped me save a lot of money. Good customer service !! And mobile auto service was very convenient.

We had an issue with our alternator belt on our reefer that we clearly explained to them about beforehand. We had the replacement belt and all it needed was to be replaced.They showed up and it was immediately clear they do not have prior experience with reefers. After an hour of them trying to get the screws open, and almost breaking things in the process, we had to ask them to stop the job to avoid damage.All we ask is if you don't have the knowledge or prior experience doing something, just say so as problems can be made worse.

We were on the way home at 1 am and got a blown tire on the interstate, he was the 9th mobile mechanic I called that was 24 hours and the only one to actually be able to come out. He had me send pictures of the issue before he came out to make sure he could take of care it and didn t take payment until it was all done! He gave a good rate, was there within the hour and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Literally a life saver this late at night I had no idea what I was going to do. Fast, reliable, and professional. I called on Black Friday and I received service the same day. It was a busy morning but he still found time to come out and provide friendly and excellent service. Julius even showed me how I could get me car to change gears manually if I was in a pinch so I wouldn t lose my job.All in all if you ever find yourself in a bad spot and need a great mechanic quick I wouldn't recommend anyone else!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

My truck overheated after I put antifreeze/coolant in it. Turns out I needed a new thermostat. Mr Julius came and diagnosed my problem and fixed it within an hours notice. The service was excellent and I would definitely be using his service again. Thanks.

Trouble shooting of the electric system, and found out that a fuse caused the vehicle not to start. I was satisfied with his work. And the confidence he displayed in addressing my concerns.
