Huge shout out to the whole team at Fayetteville Collision. 2023 Dodge Ram and 2019 Mazda CX-5 taken in for body work. Went through USAA and worked with Collision's Cole and Meghan. No hiccups, quoted times were accurate times, and both vehicles came back -shining-, inside and out. Super appreciated the professionalism and would definitely recommend to other folks needing a reliable shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first experience utilizing my car insurance for repairs. 1st, I think my car looked better after repairs than it did when I first purchased. Teen driver in my home got in to it with my fence and the fence won. They did a great job! But the review is due to Nicole. She was amazing! Set honest realistic expectations kept me informed and car was ready on the day she estimated it would be. Best part is she was very kind, personable and funny. Every interaction with Nicole was pleasant and professional. Because of her now using Crown Ford for servicing and state inspection. Hopeful the quality of service and customer Service is on same level as Collision CenterService: Body & Trim

It's been pretty bad experience for myself and my family. We had our truck taken here by Geico to be worked on, first the set me up with a rental. Awesome news, while they worked on our vehicle. However after having some ach drafts from the rental company without notice our permission, we decided to return the rental to avoid any further chargers. I went in to discuss the situation. They promised me the truck will be done by Monday Jan 16. No phone call or text to notify me for any changes. I called on the following Monday, nobody answer, decided to go in person. They stated had issues with employees and vehicle will be done next morning. Following morning no call from them or text again. So I decided once again to head ove. Yup, another set back, today is Thursday 26 still no vehicle or courtesy phone call from them for an update. My wife and myself been calling and nobody answers. Tomorrow I am supposed to leave to Virginia to train until April 3. Customer service is non existent, and every time I go in person they all look at me, like I am the worst enemy. Just trying to get and update or my vehicle back, just follow up the clients!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stay away from here. After 2 weeks they told me they don't want to put their numbers out there to order the parts that would be needed to fix my truck. They wanted someone else to order and pay for the parts incase the wrong part was ordered. I had to go to another shop to get my truck repaired. 2 weeks wasted and most of the time I had to call them to see what was going on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Although they took an extra week working in my car, I m glade I waited. Everything looked nice and was done correctly. The customer service was excellent! Even went above and beyond to help me get parts after the estimate was over. They also kept me updated on any sudden changes that had occurred. Amazing staff and experience. Nichole in collision was very professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns right away. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Garrett in service was also amazing and professional an addressed all of my warranty issues and repairs right away the entire experience at Ford was top notch.

I want to send a big "Thank You" to Nicole Martens and Eddie Daniels! They did the impossible for my wife's 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. After trying to find someone for 3 weeks to fix a small dent in her door, not only did they fix it but did it within a short period of time. They were extremely helpful and went way and beyond to help us. It is hard to find great people and service in 2022 especially in Fayetteville, NC and these two individuals were awesome! From this point on, I will always recommend them to my family, friends and customers. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT AND AWESOME JOB AND SERVICE!!!

Crown did an awesome job on my aluminum body Ford F150 that was in an accident. While I had to wait a little for an initial estimate appointment, they were still the first available in the area that both worked with my insurance company and was certified by Ford to work on aluminum bodies. Once the care was dropped off, I was given a 14 day estimate for completion but it was ready after four days. The work they did is so good that you cannot tell the truck was ever in an accident. Thanks to how they work with my insurance company the process was completely seamless and required minimal effort from me. Everyone one was friendly and I was kept up-to-date on the status of my estimate and progress of the repair via phone calls, email, and texts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tim was the gentleman that help me through the process of getting my car repaired. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and what to expect. I used this center to fix some serious body damage to a 2021 Chevy Silverado The front desk staff and mechanics were amazing throughout my experience. They replaced my hood, front fender, lights, side fender, repainted my door, and much more. I was quite specific on what I wanted to replace the damaged parts with, and the mechanics worked with me 100% of the way. They sent me pictures and text with updates throughout the process so I never even needed to call in. They work with the major car insurance companies thusly taking the headache out of a claim process. I was greatly pleased with the quality of work and product this facility produced for me. I took my car here after a small collision and they were very professional and nice to work with. They helped me make arrangements for my rental and during the time my car was in the shop I got messages letting me know the status and when was going to be ready for pick up. Nicole and her team at Crown Collision are the best. She kept me informed every step of the way while my baby (F150) was getting repaired. They did a fantastic job and she looks brand new! We chose Crown Collision Center based on reputation and word of mouth from others experience a few years ago. Nicole Martens was my Body Shop Estimator, stating out professional and seemingly easy to work with.When my vehicle was finished, I had my daughter pick it up as I was unavailable. Later, I viewed the repair, finding my bumper was obviously crooked, tilting forward, completely out of alignment. I immediately contacted Mrs. Martens, she stated " we stand by our work and can have this issue resolved in 20 min". Like most people, I am busy, finding time to return for errors was already cumbersome. Mrs. Martens, overheard my dilemma for schedule changes, and offered understanding that people can be busy, she said "don't worry, come by Anytime, we will take care of it". I arrived at the shop just after 12 noon, Mrs. Martens greets me and states " the shop has gone to lunch, it's closed until about 1:30pm". Annoyed with this new information I said " You told me anytime, I came at the most available time I had, I can't wait around for an additional 1 � hours". My tone presumably frustrated, However, all customer service professionalism from Mrs. Nicole Martens was lost. She displayed a sarcastic, condescending tone with a ridiculous reply"well, people go to lunch". Her entire demeanor changed, insinuating that I must be a moron for not knowing people go to lunch. She did NOT apologize for misinformation of shop hours, Nor that I will now have to make an additional visit to fix a problem caused by her lack of Quality Control.Upon my second return for repairs, Johnny Burch, the office manager, offered to assist us. He was polite and professional, and I appreciate his efforts to satisfy a customer. Though Mr. Burch explanations of the events are as follows:1. Mrs. Nicole Martens is stressed from her workload, but he feels she manages her clients well. He said he heard the conversation in the lobby between Mrs. Martens and I, feeling she should have stated the shop hours.Okay... why didn't you intervein, apologize for her oversite, not only for misinformed shop hours, but for her lack of quality control, and most importantly her inadequacy of customer service skills.2. Why the repair is wrong; Because new bumpers are thin, a cheap metal press, they are often bent or twisted. Crown Collision has to bend them back into shape.So, did you install an OEM approved product?Was this bumper defective but you installed anyway?Do you even have a quality control protocol?In the end, I had to drive across town repeatedly without consideration for my time, expenses or frustrations, to fix a mistake caused by Crown Collision. Making me feel like I was a burden, with only an shallow apology from Mr. Burch saying " sorry about that" .Needless to say, we are completely disappointed with Crown Collision Center in Fayetteville, NC. My rating will be 1 star along with this lengthy story.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Two yrs ago, they fixed massive hail damage on my 2016 Charger and when they were done, you couldn't tell there had been any damage. Same this time on my 2020 Charger where I had backed into a tree. Their work is always immaculate. Would recommend them to anyone. Corin was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was done properly and made sure we were comfortable with everything.Service: Body & Trim

Jeff and his team took excellent care of my 18 F150. They made sure I was happy with all repairs. They even fixed my tire rubbing in the front for free. It wasnt even part of the accident. Definitely impressed with crown collision wouldnt hesitate to use them for repairs if needed in the future!

The airbags deployed in my car and everyone saying it was not repairable. Even caliber collision. Nicole at crown ford handled my car repair very well. She kept me updated if any information she had was new. TERRIBLE! I received an estimate from Nicole Martens on 8/24/21 and was told they could get me in 9/20/21 due to their backlog and that the work could be completed within a week. I showed up on 9/20/21 to drop off my vehicle and they had no record of my appointment and couldn't tell me how long that I'd have to leave my vehicle there for the repair. All this after waiting nearly a month for the appt and lining up rental car, etc. FRUSTRATED BEYOND WORDS!

Crown has repaired my fathers car and a few friends cars. All of them looked better than when they came off of the showroom floor. after having less than acceptable repairs at other shops, I will never recommend or go to anyone else, even though this shop is 45 minutes from my house.

They were fixing my car for an insurance claim. They gave it back saying everything was good to go. Come to find out they had requested a supplement from my insurance company, and they did not get it approved and paid for before they gave me my car back because the forgot to check up on it. Now they are trying to stick me for the bill my Insurace should have paid for and threatening collections for their mistakes. Do not use them!!!

Not impressed at all. Messed up the bonding on my car and in order to fix the problem it's going to cost me the cost of a rental for three days when it should have fixed properly the first time. Absolutely no costumer service!!!!!

Very professional staff. First time going through the process and they explained what was going to happen next, what I needed to do, and what they were going to do. I watched them deal with 4 or 5 other customers while there and the staff was just as helpful with them as they were with me. They are honest and you will get a quality job.

They fixed my car ASAP! This was the best experience I ve ever had. I no longer have to worry about my trunk not being able to close. They fixed it for $113. For the service and part I was missing.

They did a really good job on my 2019 f250 lariat, I went and picked it up it was late and they washed it, next day I got a good look at it they may be able to fix one but they CAN'T wash one ...not satisfied with that part after paying close to $$11,000.00Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim, Engine repair, A/C installation & repairServices: Electrical repair, Body & Trim, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair
