YOU need look no further than the FAMILY AUTO MART off Yadkin Road in Fayetteville, "Mr. TIM OWENS". You will thank us later. Trust me!First of all, he MORE than accommodated my husband and I --- Mr. OWENS BLESSED US!!!! Not only once, but TWICE. He understood the struggle and the stress of ensuring we had the: RIGHT size truck, equipment necessary, having it rented timely due to our own constraints, having to work around their store hours, ETC...... Mr. Owens had ALL if this in mind and was not only efficient, but cut right down to the BLUF (bottom line up front) and this is something my husband and I appreciate whole heartedly!Mr. Owens also knew that provided there is an astronomically high demand of U-Hauls in the Fayetteville & surrounding areas, that trucks are very LIMITED. Especially the large ones. He explained everything in great detail, gave us the assurance we were desperately needing, and met our needs instantly. He called us early, saved us a few days of worry FOR BOTH of our trips, AND safeguarded our reservation with his personal guarantee. This is the kind of service that you just don't see anymore unfortunately, but IT IS with Mr. Owens.In a world where there is so much going on, everyone having their own dilemmas rushing back-and-forth, and life just life-ing. Absolutely horrible service. The two women in the office didn t even change out of their pajamas to come to work, and their service was just as lazy. Neither of them had a clue what was going on when I picked up my rental truck.And if you re going to return the truck while they are closed (which is almost always), make sure you read all the signs on the building to find out their return procedure. Because all the workers will tell you is that you just have to drop the keys in the box and you re fine. Yeah, until you get charged for three extra days when they finally decide to come back to work and check the key box. And don t even bother calling to correct the extra charges, they ll tell you to kick rocks. Not even an attempt to right their wrong.

The truck rental was no issues, but DO NOT hire their moving services. I asked for Moving Services from this company to load a U-Haul truck. I hired them last minute, so I wasn t able to do research on how their services were. The company send two man to my house to do the job. One of them complaint all the time. They didn t bring any straps to move furniture easier. They did a poor job organizing the stuff inside truck. They left no space to load more stuff inside the truck. They put our Grand Baby Piano laying on the side! It was a waste of money since we had to get the stuff out of the truck to rearrange everything ourselves, so we could have more space.

They are so nice! We picked our uhaul up here after raeford didn't have one available and they asked if we could come a little earlier and they'd give us an extra day! Super understanding and accommodating!

Called three times during normal business hours and nobody answered the phone. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere
