Ken is the best mechanic you could possibly find, period. Hes been service manager at several area dealerships including BMW, Porsche, Chrysler, and Ford so he knows his stuff. Save $$$ vs. the dealership. I wouldn't consider taking my vehicles to anyone else and you shouldn't either.

Showed up with misfires on my 2017 bmw m3..they ran insta-d computer on it and rre-coded my injectors and checked for all other possible misfires..up to compression on each cylinder..very friend men and willing to work for you and narrow down what is wrong with your car for a reasonable price..also speedy oil change..highly recommend..thanks

I've had a couple cars here by the time of this review. I've had all brakes and rotors replaced, and a water pump with the harmonic balancer replaced here, both at different times. He took an extra step this last time and even repaired my exhaust for me, at no cost, which I was astonished. All repairs were done very very quickly and RIGHT.Great service, even better mechanic.

Stopped by the other day and hoped to get my car looked at. Took 10+ minutes for the only person who'd work on my car to get to the shop and when he got there - proceeded to make fun of my car, made it seem like a pain to work on it in the first place, and overall didn't seem to give a care in the world that I may be a new customer. In addition, he spoke with me for all of a minute and then went and helped another customer for 10 more minutes - a guy the shop didn't even LIKE - before coming back and letting me know it would be days before he could bother with my car. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional, un-Covid friendly, and not worth anyone's time.

He's the best secret for European or high end cars in the fayetteville area, and possibly all of central NC. I would have gone broke owning a used Audi A8. They are so knowledgeable and fair on pricing that when my engine blew, I had it towed 1.5hrs to them. When the owner realized that the issue he initially assumed was worse and more expensivethan he thought, he went out of his way to adjust his prices to work with me. He had no requirement to do this, and has done it almost every time I've worked with him. Just look in the parking lot and you'll understand how good they are. Call the dealership first, get a quote, and call them after. No-brainer!

Nothing but a good experience overall and I don't say that easily. We recently had to trust in a mechanic and quick. With having no one to turn to with positive reference, we put our trust in FairCloth and am so happy we did. They were honest, efficient, and customer service was equally up there. I invested a lot in them and they treated me and my family great. If anyone needs any sort of work on their vehicle or a simple inspection, I highly recommend going to them. They've gained a customer out of us, and it didn't take much by providing the simple things you can't usually stumble across in an auto mechanic anymore. Thank you guys for all you did.

I think my car was damaged here while getting an oil change. Whether it was or not isn't the issue. I went to see the owner about the situation and he would not see me. He sent his office assistant to tell me it did not happen at his shop. The owner is Kenny Faircloth and that shows no professionalism. He gladly took my money on more than one time at his shop, but would not see me about this. I paid the $690 damage myself.

Hidden Gem! I never noticed the shop until someone referred me. Wish I had known sooner. Kenny the owner and Donna at the desk are phenomenal. Very professional and honest. We've taken our two BMWs and our GMC to them and they done a great job. Always quick turn around. We will continue to patronize this shop and recommend them to everyone we know. You won't be disappointed.

Be aware of this place. I had a perfectly good engine shipped to them to install in my car. they replaced my engine with a bad one that smoked and then told me that my car would smoke for 200 miles because there was water in the exhaust. They lied. There was no water in the exhaust and the car never stopped smoking a whole year later. They swapped my good engine for a bad one with valve seal issues. Don't trust these ppl, especially if your ppl of color

My car was fixed the first time I took it in. The staff was courteous and I appreciated their wealth of knowledge of my vehicle. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs quality repairs on their vehicle and doesn't want to break the bank to get it done.

Professional, trustworthy and Quality service! I am traveling from Atlanta, GA and my car cut off on the way here. So far away from my own trusty mechanic I was hesitant to take my car to a new shop.Faircloth Automotive took the worry away. They took excellent care of my car and got me on the road within the same day! Affordable and friendly I would definitely return. They need a shop in Atlanta, GA! Nick gave me the mild and worse case scenario, he didn't talk down to me and made sure I understood everything that was happening with my car. Thanks Nick for taking care of a very stressful situation. You guys are Awesome!!

They were the best people I ever met my first two transactions with them. I went to these ask for permission to drop off my caddy for a night drop. When I call get the female at desk and she stay fumbling with her responses when I inquire about Caddy. I remind you they have had my caddy for a one week still in the same spot never move..I paid a tow truck to take it over and now I am out of 119.00 dollars now I have to get it towed somewhere else. This is bad customer service stop telling me you going to fix my caddy and you not. Lesson in Customer service be honest and do not lie to get the business. This deception they showed me I am done with them

I finally found an honest repair shop. The owner helped with my RV and wasn't going to charge for his time. I at least bought him lunch and will be taking my vehicles to him from now on. That's what you call service.

Excellent Service, reasonable prices. I loved that Kenny was not only willing to show my Husband what needed to be repaired but he was eager to show him what needed to be done. Our family has found a new garage for all our automotive needs

The BEST people I have ever met. Their customer service is fantastic. The service is the best I have seen and the mechanics are top quality and very professional. Their prices are by far the lowest in Fayetteville.

100.00 for diagnostic and estimate of an additional 600 to 750 for repairs dealership's worst case scenario quoted 510.00 for everything and have vehicle back in 3 days not a week what a difference.
