Sooo thankful for these guys! My car stopped working while I was in line to get my dogs their shots. I had my toddler with me as well. He came quick and the communication was amazing. He waited with us until our ride came. I hope I don t ever need another tow but if I do I ll most definitely be using these guys.

Got there after five with a bolt in my tire. Had to travel to Greensboro the next morning. The crew here hooked me up in 10 minutes for a cheap price. Saved my butt!!!Thanks guys!!!

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wrecked car towed to their place over the weekend. When we got to the shop to recover our personal belongings they were understanding and very kind.

Simple tire plug but worth mentioning due to outstanding service. They're fast and polite even though their bays were full. I stopped at 2 other shops first and since it wasnt a money maker I felt they could care less. I worked at a dealership in the late eighties and ernie and sons did all of our towing. They were great to do business with then and apparently they still are. I had thought of them as just a towing company and not a repair shop. I wish I would've realized earlier. I could've saved myself from probably a good 15 repair shop disasters the past 25 years. I've been looking for a new shop as the Honda just hit 120k and I think I've found it. Having 4plus stars at an auto shop is pretty darn good.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Each time my Spouse used this Garage, they are quite friendly. Yet repairs to our vehicle each time he come back home in his motorized wheelchair....we end up having to return our vehicle to Ernies for an unexpected other problem.

My husband and I have been customers of Earnie s for at least twenty years. With three vehicles at a time, over those many years, not a single time did we have any complaints - only gratitude and praise for their honest, kind, efficient, and reliable service. I was impressed and pleased. It's a family-own�d business who seems to treat customers like family. Fixed the problem for FAR less than others quoted. Wait time was minimal and less than promised. Courteous staff. I would go there again. Definitely recommend.

Very nice people. I brought my car their in 2018 after going to several shops. Every shop I went to kept saying that I need muffler and exhaust. And the cost was going to be over $500. So I stopped by Ernies and they told me to drop my car off the next morning. I dropped it off and I got a call back in a couple hours. The only thing I needed was a 5 point somewhere in the motor. They seem nice but it took an entire day just to tell me what was going on with my car. They also did not let me know until close of business when it requires me to be charged a second tow to somewhere capable of fixing cars. So now I have to wait until tomorrow to have it towed somewhere else.

Honest and hardworking. They do excellent work in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. They will keep their word and won't give you the run around or try to pull on over on you. And the whole staff is very friendly and personable.

I took my car here because the heat and Air conditioner would not switch blowing on the windshield to the inside vents. I received a call from a woman that runs the front office telling me to come get it. She said the actuator door was out of alignment but they got it adjusted and it was working. She then stated that if I had any other problems I would have to take it to the dealership which I thought was strange. I left the repair shop to run some errands and when I tried to switch the air flow it would not work. I returned to their automotive shop and one of the mechanics told me he was sorry there was nothing he could do and I would have to take it to the dealership. To say I m displeased with the device here is an understatement. Please beware.

My car was towed here. When I finally got in touch with them the lady that answered the phone was rude with a very condescending tone and continually jacked up the amount required to release the car. Because of that I couldn't afford to and just wanted to get my things out of the car and have my lease holder pick the car up. This lady wanted to charge me $175 to get my things out of my car. That lady is shady and an extortioner and they need to get ride of her. My lease holder also said that she was rude to them when they called about the car and when they arrived to pick it up.

This shop is awesome. They squeezed me in at the last minute and they were quick. Everyone was friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk. Highly recommend!

My check engine light was on , I called and they told me to bring it in. I was helped immediately and was given a diagnosis and what the cost of the repair would be within 45 minutes. They reputed my car and I was out the door in about 2 hours. Very professional... will definitely be using them again ...Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

We waited for over two hours to have our car looked at. The receptionist was rude. The owner promised to call us back..... 3 weeks ago, and he never did. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone

Ernie s is my go to auto shop. They are the epitome of the classic American family owned and operated business - Ernie s adult children and their wives, and their families, are a part of the business. They re incredibly good people, honest mechanics, who don t overcharge for their services. I ve taken my car to a local VW specialist, who allegedly did more damage than repairs to my bug - Ernie s immediately became my biggest hero. Warren has spent countless hours making sure that my car s repairs are done right, the first time, and that I will have a reliable and safe running vehicle. They ve towed my dad home from the Wilmington area, and me home from the Raleigh area, and gone out of their way to drop us off at home before taking our cars back to their shop. My parents have taken their cars to Ernie s for as long as I can remember, and now that I have my own car, Ernie s is the only place I will go to have work done on it. Ernie s mechanics and front office staff are always there to greet you with a smile and get the job done right, the first time. I love them so much that I drive 320 miles back to my home town so they can continue to service my car.

THANK YOU!!! I work for a small local business in Fayetteville. My installers ran into some mechanical problems while getting on post to do some work. They were told the vehicle must be removed in 30 minutes NO exceptions. Ernie & Sons was on post immediately to tow our truck. Not only did they tow it, They fixed the problem and we were able to have our work truck back the same day. Best of all it was all done for a reasonable amount of money! I know this day was probably an exception to the rule for things working in our favor but none would have been possible without this company. So from one business to another, THANK YOU!

Best Automotive Repair in Fayetteville, period. Honest, hard working, and completes work in a timely manner. Very courteous, as well. Going here will save you money, and time. I'm very pleased. Highly recommended.

$600+ repair bill...however...the result..Repaired the car replacing the fuel pump only not to reconnect the gas line..I go to a gas station to pump gas... the fuel sprays all through the gas line spurting out on myself ..all over the car and ground. Take it back they repair it in 30 minutes and respond it's a pin hole leak in the line..I explain how the gas sprayed through the car and shot through the gas line on the ground and myself...wondering how could a pinhole spray so. Thankfully pictures were taken for proof that it was never reconnected..car is ruined..we were lied to... as who can risk driving in a combustible vehicle especially if the vehicle us used for business..very disappointed longtime customer. They say it's a new mechanic they didn't check behind. Could have been dead..explosion...$250 was refunded however that was obsolete as the entire car is ruined..I would never feel comfortable driving another student in that car realizing gas blew thru it like a fire hose..ernie's said the car is ok. We lost business as my student had scheduled 3 days and after this happened the first day she was terrified. It's a matter of being honest about your work and not offering lies and excuses after our many years of being a faithful customer. Totally disappointed in how this was handled. Mechanics should double check their work especially when dealing with gasoline lines. Could have been deadly if something sparked for the entire store parking lot. Bad business.

If I could put less than 1 star I would, this about the worst towing company I have ever heard of, and just a group of liars, they close at 5:30 but pretty much wont do anything for you after 5, or atleast that s what s they tell you, my car was towed after an accident that wasn t my fault, and they wouldn t let me get my belongings out of my car because the gate was locked I called back and ask a great big simple question where do you put the cars you tow after 5:30? Great big answer was the lot I m for sure that s a lie, I m for sure they reopen the gate and I m for sure they could ve opened it for me after I asked that question they hung up on me, of course I called back and ask the same question knowing the answer was a lie and get a new answer I have the key I can open the gate whenever proving my point that they were lying all along for no apparent reason, bad business & liars
