A couple of days ago I noticed one of my tires seemed to be losing air so I drove into Ed s Tire & Auto Service and was helped immediately. My tire ended up just needling a patch which they did and I was out in less than an hour! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I am so grateful for their services, it was a painless, stress free experience.

**real customer review from the hope mills rd location**I see all of the bad reviews BUT my family has dealt with them since I was a small girl (I m 36 now). I have a newer vehicle just for reference. I got there at 7a(they open at 8) was first in line and first out the door at 8:40a. The staff was BEYOND FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I told them the issue I was having and they did not try to take advantage of me. There were no surprise charges, they ran everything by me first and I really appreciated that. My car recently was having issues accelerating and I knew I needed an oil change. The stalling was due to a black /dirty air filter my dealership never mentioned during regular maintenance. Ed s Tire swapped it out(great price , I was literally shocked at the price) and changed my oil, filled my tires and topped my fluids off. I pulled out full speed, that air filter made all the difference while other places tried to get me with things I didn t understand and they refused to explain when questioned. They got a forever customer in me !!!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH !!!!!! They handle women very well and I love that bc a lot of places try to get over on us 10/10 rating !!!!!!

I called and asked how long the wait would be for an oil change. The lady at the front desk said 45 minutes. I went there and 45 minutes later I was out the door. Such prompt and fast service. Will definitely go back in the future.

I have been getting my vehicles repaired at Ed s Tires on Hope Mills Road for more than 22 years. The staff is always courteous and professional. The work has always been rendered in a timely manner with quality. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with Ms. Anna and Mr. Mitch with keeping the maintenance current on my vehicles. They have a new addition to the Ed s Tires Team, Mr. Anthony Zarnak. Mr. Zarnak was very professional, friendly, and communicated information to me regarding my vehicle with compassion and respect. He is a great addition to the Ed s Tires family and I know he will continue to be an asset there. Thank you for all your help today, Mr. Anthony. The worst mechanic in area had to take my car back 3 times for engine light being on and they still didn't fix issue no will have take to another mechanic after paying over 700$ for repairs that didn't work this place is awful and a bunch of thevies spend your money elsewhere bunch of crooks this is one located on hopemills rd

10-21-23. Even under new management ... i still would not take my vehicle to any other establishment. Professional and timely service at its best. Once again Always get great service here. The only place in town i being my vehicle. Returned again today ... always great service.

Anna at the front desk is beyond rude. She hung up on me after 35 minute wait, did not apologize. She also kept lying about where my part was at. She also was very disrespectful and very unprofessional! She needs a customer service etiquette class. 0/10 don t recommend.

Unprofessional service. Scratched up my rims and couldn t accommodate me for the unintentional mistake done. Yes it s unintentional but lacked professionalism when it came to handling the issue at hand.To add to this came in at 9am for tires swap on 4 tires. It took one guy 3 hours to swap out 4 tires. Very slow work rate.

I ve been coming to Ed s for years. Yesterday I went in & they now have a TV, it was on Faux news.I walked out. They just lost a long term customer because I refuse to support businesses that support a network that lies to America.

There is a reason that Ed's Tire on Hope Mills Rd stays so busy -- Lady at front desk was very helpful and took her time to understand my issues. Needed 3 new tires installed and other work done -- vehicle was then re-inspected and ready to go with no further delay.

Arrived here at 8am and asked for a tune up and oil change. There were 3 people ahead of me. It's now 11am and I was told it was done. When quoted the price, it was only $37.95. Then I was told only an oil change had been done. The Tune up was the PRIMARY reason I came here. The oil change could have even waited another 1000 miles, but we have lots of driving coming up so better to err on the side of caution and get it done.I was writing a review that explained I was told I was being put back at the bottom of the waiting list, but that was just revised. They are doing the Tune up now. Was originally going to give 2 stars, but will revise to 3. Will revise again once it's done and I can verify the Tune up has been done.

I received excellent service. They were friendly, honest and informative. As well as helped me expediently as was possible, solve my auto problem that kept causing my vehicle to fail the emissions test 3x. Even letting me come back with my car 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday to finally pass the emission test. Very pleased customer!

Today was my first time being here. I just got an inspection done this time but was in and out fairly quickly given the day and time. They are locally owned and open until 3 on Saturdays which is really convenient. Place was well kept and comfortable. Staff was professional and efficient. Guest WiFi was decent. I'll be back for oil changes and potentially more.

Highly don t recommend! They had an entire hour to close & I was told they are no longer taking customers, mind you they didn t even ask what I needed done. & All I needed was a simple inspection done. This place was my last resort cause it literally seems every time I try to give them a chance it s always an excuse why they can t provide service!
