Fast and friendly service. Not a long wait time for my service. Great prices. Very reliable. Very clean restroom. Safe environment for a woman. I recommend this shop to all my friends. If you need tires, oil change, or other car issues check these guy's out. I won't take my car anywhere else. Excellent shop.

This place is wonderful. After being told by other businesses that my tire wasn't fixable, Ed's came along and showed me it was saving me over 70 dollars. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes, and I was back on the road. I would suggest this business to anyone in the city. If u need auto work, done correctly for a decent price and want to be treated like a person, not just another customer,this is the place for you.

Awesome maintenance shop, highly recommend! I was stationed here from 2017 to 2022 and as with every new area, you have to figure out the spots that you can depend on to get what you need done. This was the auto shop for me while at Bragg. They were able to help figure out an engine problem with my 04 Impala that was giving me a very hard time around 2018. From then on it drove great and passed every inspection. They were even able to refer me to an exhaust shop to replace my catalytic converter for cheap. I ended up getting an 11 Mustang with low miles and they were able to take care of that as well. Brad and team were great people! Many thanks, from TX.

They told me that they only sold new tires but gave me a defective tire& refused to replace the tire or refund me my money!!! Horrible service!!!

I came here after my car broke down on a holiday weekend. Brad was extremely personable on the phone when I had to get my car towed. He looked at it first thing the next day and gave me a call with an honest opinion. After that, he went above and beyond to help me with the situation.I highly recommend this place. Excellent communication, customer service, and they really want to help you without overcharging. I ll be going here in the future!

This shop was supposed to perform an oil change on my volks. 2 days later my motor started knocking because this shop never put oil in my freaking car!!!! They had ONE job: put oil in the car.

Fast, courteous and fair prices. Went in when they opened for a complete set of 4 tires to have installed and they were done in less than an hour. They have a great no-nonsense working manager and are super efficient. A+

Brad at Ed's Tire and his crew are awesome! The one located at 4775 Yadkin road. He is dependable, courteous, straightforward and very helpful. Brad is a great guy. I won't go anywhere else for my service.

Their efforts are wonderful. They couldn t find the problem, I still paid labor but they refunded parts, which were pricey. I m going to go try to find the issue at another shop, which they recommended. Thank you, regardless.

Traveling in business and had a rental car that picked up a screw in tire and developed a slow leak. Brad fit me into their busy schedule, had the tire repaired and I was on my way very quickly. Very nice and efficient service.

This place is IMPECCABLE. They have helped me so much. If I could give more stars I would. Months ago they helped with a stuck spare tire, they ve helped with engine lights.And now, they get my car in for an inspection, call me with the information and pricing, puts new rotors and pads on in less than 2 hours for great pricing. Some stuff I decided to wait on so they said they would write down all the information for me for when I m ready to love ahead.Then they call me to tell me it s ready but I won t be there in time before they close so he offers to park my car inside to shop so it is safe over night!!They are always so friendly and fast and fair priced and just the best around. I ll always come to these guys!

It's not always the best experience looking for a brand new auto shop you can trust with your wallet or whose word you can have confidence in, but that was not the case here. The owner/manager gave me advice as if I were his own daughter. It wasn't about making a buck, but rather making a life long customer. I was so impressed that I absolutely had to leave a review. The owner runs this place with integrity and treats his customers with the utmost respect. I highly recommend coming to this particular location. I can ensure you will not leave feeling swindled, but instead knowing your car and your bank account are in good shape.

Took both vehicles in for a routine inspection and emissions test this morning. First one took 15 mins second one took 45 mins. I was number 2 in line for the first and number 4 in line for the second. Friendly staff and comfortable wait room. Plan to use next year as well.

Great service. Fast. I got a sense of trustworthiness from the staff....and we all know a woman's intuition is everything! So I'll definitely be going there from now on for my auto needs.(Update) 4/10/21. So immediately after I wrote the previous review my car started smoking and having a strong smell of oil. I took it back and apparently the oil frame or whatever wasn't placed back on the car correctly and it was leaking... bad! The manager was honest enough to even tell me that and said I was given a new oil change PLUS a coupon for the next one free! I was totally fine with that. Now here I am a good month later and my oil light came on. So I decided to check my oil and the stick was BONE DRY!!! Yeah. NOW...I don't trust them!

VERY polite employees. They took extra time aligning my daughter's all wheel drive. My husband had a feeling the car had been wrecked prior to her buying it. They did the necessary adjustments and made sure the steering wheel was left if the proper position. The original price never fluctuated even though it took twice as long. I would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation.

I just wanted to say they did a great job! When other places like Pep Boys had an hour-long wait they got me in right away and got me out quick. And their prices were better than Pep Boys, for an inspection. I would highly recommend!

Fast, friendly and fair. A valve stem was sheared off one tire reIpping out the valve. I brought it in and Ed's team got to it the same day. The price was very reasonable. Great team! Highly recommend.

Fair prices, and quick service. They ve taken me last minute to accommodate me many of times. I forgot to leave my rim in the vehicle last time I needed my tire plugged and brought my car back a week later to have them drill it back on for me. They did so without a problem and didn t charge me even though It was my fault for forgetting to leave it out.

Best Ever!!!They are always very busy~best time to come in is be there when the doors are open or drop off the night before to get work done, if you want it faster than normal.They have done a lot of work for me ~ Roy and his crew are the best!They treat you like family. If you are a regular customer, they know you when you walk into the door.They do not try to take a customer for anything. The treat women with the utmost respect, which I don't find many times at places like automobile shops.I highly recommend them for any work you need.God Bless

Superb experience after being taken advantage of by many shops I felt at ease here. Staff was very helpful and not pushy about repairs needed. They were able to tell me up front what the cost for each service would be. Highly recommend this shop!!

I will not recommend Ed's tires to anyone. I went there for an oil change and they said who ever done my oil change last cross threaded the plug. They beat an oversized plug into my oil pan. I live less than 10 minutes away and when I got home all the oil drained out of my vehicle. Long story short, I ended up taking my vehicle else where. They messed up my oil pan so we had to get a new one. A $37 oil change ended up costing me over $300.

I've been to the larger location a few times and they've been great. Had to go to the location on Yadkin that's closer to Skibo and I will not return. Needed something simple done and they attempted to tell me 2 things were wrong with my car that I know not to be true. Got the impression they were telling me these things because I am female. I know losing one customer does not really hurt a business but I will not return to this location ever again
