We have been going to Eds on yadkin for years. Bobby is a great guy and we have had a great experience each time we go their. My husband does alot of things to the car he can but if cant then we go to see Bobby. Great team they have their.

Think twice before coming to this Ed s Tire location! I know a lot of people come here but please be careful they like to charge you for them to not fix anything to your car. I came here to get new tires for my truck here and they put them ($960 charge) but when I get there to pick up my truck I was told that they had not done tire alignment because there was something wrong with the steering wheel. They tell me to come the next day, and I went bringing them the parts they needed. When I called later in the day, they told me it was ready but when I showed up to pick the truck up I had noticed that they did not do anything to my truck and left the truck where I had parked it at. They also damaged the key switch. I went to talk to the manager about this and he told me that I had to bring it back once again for another day because he did not know what the mechanic was doing. They charged me $160 for them to not do anything to my truck. Be careful with the man in charge BOBBY MATTHEWS he acts very nice with you but he likes to steal and lie to his customers. If you end up going here please check your car before leaving and make sure to not get charged a lot of money for them to not have fixed your car.

Bobby always does a good job. Honest prices and honest work. Normally there is a wait but it s definitely worth it!! Car runs smooth each time! Been coming for 2 years and won t let anyone else touch my cars.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Ed s. Mr. Bobby was so nice and provided such great customer service. Each tech in the bay was so helpful and provided such great knowledge about my vehicle. I definitely would recommend this location.

Bobby was great. Ive been coming for years and the mechanics at that location are really good. I really appreciate Bobby's transparency and his customer service has always been on point. Highly recommended.

Bobby was a joy to work with! The team put a leveling kit and new tires on my truck and did a fantastic job! It was exactly what I wanted. As a female you sometimes question what kind of service you will get at places like this but I was give the utmost respect, all my questions were answered, given a fair price, top notch customer service and an excellent job done on my vehicle. Thank you guys so much!

My first experience was a good experience. I spoke with Bobby, he was professional and friendly. I came in on a Friday to inquiry about the A/C service I needed. He gave me a quote and explained the process. I had an opportunity to leave my vehicle that day, as the service protocol is first come first served, but I was unable to do so.I returned early Saturday morning. My vehicle needed an additional part to complete the service. Bobby called me when the car was repaired, he honored the quote for the service, and gave me a reasonable price for the total amount.I am a satisfied customer with this service on this visit. I recommend this service provider.

Just went to Ed s for the third time.It s the only place we plan on taking our cars.Kind, fair, reliable, good people.Bobby represents the shop and Ed s, very well.The mechanic that worked on our car was also nice and took the time to talk to us about the car.Outstanding.

I stopped by without an appointment to see if I could get my tire plugged and repaired. Bobbie Matthews and his team were able to work me in and make the repair. I highly recommend this Ed's Tire location and I will be returning here again for all my future car repair needs and maintenance. Brian Armstrong

Bobby is awesome and very fair and up front about what the shop is doing and why. I trust the folks here; they do what works/is necessary and not what's convenient or costs more. If I take my car here for an issue, I'm not dealing with that issue again. That's probably the best thing you could ask for out of an auto shop.

If I could give 10 stars, I would ~ our family has been coming to this shop for 16 years because of the honest and reliable service the manager, Bobby, consistently gives. He offers fair pricing and will often offer options about which repairs need to be done sooner rather than later but also which ones can wait. We have sent many friends to this business because we ve learned we can trust his word and his work. We were very blessed to have been referred to him shortly after moving here!

Best mechanic in Fayetteville as evidenced by how busy it always is. The prices are fair and they don t try to suggest things you don t need. They ve even talked me out of extra things I asked about that ended up being things I didn t even need. Bobby works the front desk and is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. We have 3 vehicles, 2 x 2005s and a 2015, 2 Toyotas and a Chevy. We take them all here for whatever they need. Bobby was able to put new tires on our 4Runner for $300 less than the dealership could. We took it once because the check engine light was on, they changed the oil and didn t charge us because we didn t ask them to do it and it was miscommunication.It s busy and parking can be difficult but that just goes to show how good of a place it is.

Both my wife and I have always had a great experience when dealing with this Tire & Auto shop. Mr. Bobby has always had an outstanding attitude, and is always extremely helpful. I will continue to come here whenever I am in need of vehicle services

I can only speak for the Hope Mills Rd location when it comes to this. But if you're going as a customer the service is good and the staff is professional the mechanics care about customer satisfaction. But as for being employed, I personally have never seen a staff managed so poorly. The manager whose name I will not mention, was displeased with the way I was assigned to her location. So her response was to use me because she needed me but she never made an effort to discuss employee policies and expectations or go over payroll/ benefits. I have to say as a former manager and once employer of my own business, I was extremely disappointed. I recommend them for service as far as I know all locations have good customer service. But I do not recommend them for employment.

Literally had one of the BEST experience with this place . Everybody there is knowledgeable and friendly but Bobby Jr is the one who set the bar above and beyond. Very upfront and gets the job done ! Amazing communication skills and knows exactly what he is doing. It shows that he is a mechanic who loves his job and actually wants to help people! The service was quick I was in and I was out , he told me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and educated me on what was going on . The experience I had here was definitely one of a kind and if you are looking for a reliable mechanic that gets the job done , THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ! Ask for Bobby Jr , you wont be disappointed

I came in and spoke to Bobby. Really didn t know exactly what was wrong with my car but have brought my car here before because they do good work. First thought it could be the catalytic converter, so he gave me some options I could do. My car ended up passing inspection and I didn t have to spend a ton of money. Bobby and the mechanics are honest and They beat the hell out of Pep boys everyday of the week!

A little long so bottom line up front - I have always had GREAT SERVICE and FAIR PRICES whenever I have had to bring my car in for repairs!I have needed to take my car into a shop a number of times for various repairs (alternator, water pump, electrical issues, etc) since moving back to Fort Bragg in early 2017.Each time I need something done, I head straight to Ed s Tire and Auto Service (5061 Yadkin Rd). Why? Because I know I will get Great Service and Fair Prices!Today was no different. I needed to get some work done on my brakes and Bobby (manager) asked me a few questions about my car s current vehicle handling before getting the car into the shop to check and confirm that what I was asking for was actually what I needed.I didn t get there early enough to beat the crowd and there was a good amount of people ahead of me. I settled in expecting a long wait but Bobby and his crew were able to get me in an out surprisingly quicker than I expected.Before I knew it, my car was ready and I was standing at the register paying my bill which definitely didn t hurt my wallet!Again, I have had nothing but good experiences with this shop so I will definitely be back whenever I need my car worked on. If you are like me and always check reviews before going to a shop, then look no further, you should drive on down and give this shop a chance .and NO! this isn t a paid advertisement! I just like to make sure that shops with great customer service and fair prices are recognized so thank you to Bobby and the rest of the Crew!***Side Note*** You never have to worry about Bobby trying to upsell you into services you don t need or try to talk you into getting the higher priced parts. He always gives options at different price levels and lets the customer decide what fits into their budget. With that said, He ll also give you advice on what should be taken care of now and what can wait until later so the customer doesn t feel pressured into spending money they might not have at the time. He s done it with me each time I have come here and I ve heard him do the same thing with other customers while I sat in the waiting room.

I just needed an inspection today and was told by Ed s Tire Service that it would be an hour and a half wait far better than four hours that Firestone had quoted near the mall. It turned out even better because Ed s knows how to efficiently make use of their time and to get their customer s needs met! I only had to wait 40 minutes. Fantastic job, guys!!

Every time I go to this place, the customer service is phenomenal. Bobby Mathews Jr and the crew get it done right the first time, every time. This is an extremely friendly place for the family and is very military friendly as well! I would 100% recommend that troops and their families use this place, because they aren t here to nickel and dime you, they look after you. They conduct business for customers, not dollars. I know damn well that I will continue to go here for as long as I m around because they ve made me a customer for life! Thanks for all the help guys!
