I have to say I am very pleased and excited by work done to my car. Tony was great he did a bumper to bumper inspection on a used car I just got and advised me to keep it ,telling me that after the repairs it would be a solid little car...and I love it I've put about 500 miles on it since then visiting family. Thanks Ed Tire and thank you Tony

Great customer service from entire staff. Anthony and Brent were very efficient and I didn't have to wait too long for an oil change and tire rotating. Price was reasonable...much better than the dealership I usually use. Thanks so much.

I have been taking my vehicles there for about 5 years now. My experience has always been great. They never tried to get over on me. Rock is awesome hate that he retired but happy for him. Tony and the others are awesome as well. Thanks for all you guys do. Kim

I posted a comment on this site last month reflecting on my more than 35 years of patronage to Ed's Tire; since that posting I visited the shop, Raeford Rd, and received the same quality of service and care I have come to expect from the staff. The advancement of technology has certainly caught up with their way of doing business at the front desk, no more hand written work orders, customers now receive a text stating work to be done & cost prior to repairs... kudos to the whole Ed's Tire Staff.Robert E. If you want a thorough company who will be honest and not inflate issues for more money, Ed s is the place to go. Rock is kind, honest and straightforward. The mechanics work quickly to get things done and get you back on the road. We are thankful for the work that everyone does and will continue bringing our cars here for service.

Not the same as the old Ed's Tire. Had a glitch where the electronic emergency brake came on and couldn't turn off. Locked up the back wheel and got towed in. Tony was nice and completed the repair...we thought. Days later the same warning light came on. Coincidentally Ed's sent me a request to do a review. But the link had already populated a review with glowing comments of how good the service was and it won't let you edit and put your own comments there. So if you see great reviews, it's from them writing them.

Great service, team knows the business and trustworthy.What I don't appreciate with new ownership is having to pay credit card fee.Most businesses do not pass on to customer.Lots of auto shops in Fay.

Ed s Tire on Raeford Rd. is the BEST! Customer service is above par. Technician skill is grade A, timely, and efficient. I don t trust anyone else with my baby. They keep The Little Red Honda on these streets at an affordable rate. Try em out; you won t be disappointed.

I m a first time car owner and I took my car in for an inspection so I d be able to drive it. The mechanics at Ed s on Raeford Rd. were extremely helpful and polite. It was nothing short of amazing customer service and I know customer service being as I work in customer service. My inspection was done in less than ten minutes and they were on it as soon as I arrived. I ve never been here before except for this one time but you best believe no matter where I am, I ll always be coming to Ed s. My stepdad needed an alignment and got an appointment made the same day as my inspection with an estimate and the price was extremely reasonable. So if you re like me and a first time car owner or just new in Fayetteville, Ed s Tire is THE BEST auto shop to go. Five stars ain t nowhere near enough for my experience there!

Went today to get my car inspected and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. All of the staff I talked to were super nice. Definitely recommend this place if you re needing an inspection done quickly!

I was originally quoted by a seemingly competent employee a price for service to be performed on my vehicle. When I picked up the car, my bill was surprisingly $700 Higher. Work seemed to be fine but felt a slight sense of mistrust. I understand businesses have to make a profit, but clarity of proposal was absent.

Love the service at Ed's Tire &Auto, been having my vehicles serviced three for over 30 years. Glad to see they've modernized their system and now interface with carfax for maintenance tracking. Gonna miss Rock and wish him all the best in his retirement.

I have used Ed's tire Raeford Rd for 30 years abd despite the prior manager, Rock's retirement, they still do excellent work. You won't be disappointed.

Ed s auto has been working on my vehicle for years and I own a 2013 Chevy Malibu and when I tell you their prices and timing for fixing your vehicle is always absolute. I highly recommend Ed s auto for anybody s auto needs .

I travel the country for a living, and have been to many tire stores across our country.These guys were super friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, honest, but also the best price in town!I will probably drive out of my way while passing through the area to give them my business once again.Great experience all around!

This is the only Ed s location I ll go to. I had my truck towed there this last Friday because of a flat. I had injured my finger trying to do it myself, so I learned a painful lesson. Rock and his crew made sure everything was good to go in timely manner when there were a lot of papers on that desk. I appreciate the dedication to your customers and the quality of service provided.

I m not going to go in much detail but Rock knows he was absolutely wrong. He literally lied to me On numerous occasions during this three-week process.This has been my go to place for years wit all three of my vehicles. However, it s a farewell at this moment.I towed my Mustang there on faith. And three weeks later I had to tow my car away from here highly disappointed.Never again nor will I ever recommend this location.Rock told me I needed a new computer come to find out it was only my fuel pump relay.Its okay to admit that u guys just didn t acknowledge the issue instead giving me the run around and keeping my car as u did. God bless you guys Let me Add to this 6mons later. This place sold me a Die Hard battery for $289 bucks. It s only November, and I ve had to jump that battery a few times.
