I was recently at Ed's Tire #7 (Owen Drive location) to get a tire replaced on my work vehicle. Kirsten was very helpful, she came out to inspect my tire to find out if it could be fixed or replaced. Due to safety reasons, she stated that it would be best to replace it. She explained to me that she had to order the tire and it would arrive at the shop within 45 minutes to an hour. I was pleased with her overall service and explanations about getting the tire replaced. Sure enough as soon as the new tire arrived to the shop, I was out the door almost within that hour that it took the tire to arrive. Kirsten and the rest of the guys at Ed's Tire #7 were friendly and the service was great.

I am a loyal customer of Eds and always feel valued when I take my business to them. Kirsten is always so helpful. If you are a female and ever felt intimidated by car repairs and afraid you are getting taken advantage of, see her. She will walk you through everything and answer any questions you have! I will always do my business there as long as she is there.

I had my car serviced here to get ready for inspection. Phenomenal work as well as great service. I don t know much about cars and Kierstin was able to walk me through everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends to come here.Thank you to the team to keeping my car safe for me and my kids!

I was referred here for a wheel alignment. NEVER AGAIN. My vehicle has been being worked on for over 3 hours now. The guy at the front desk is very rude, you would think being that we have been here for so long he would be able to give us a better idea of how much longer but instead he says I don t like rushing them nobody is rushing them we actually own a business and are now stuck here longer than expected so we need to know if we need to come back or not. I m never coming here again. Only came for a wheel alignment. Since 10:30 am it is now 1:30pm. Super pissed

Great place to take your vehicle they were very nice professional let me know what was wrong with my car the price to fix it and got it done in a timely manner as promised. I had too my jeep so many places no one could figure it out but they did . There customer service was top tier especially from kerston she was the bomb will definitely be returning.

Kerston and her team were very friendly and expressed the true meaning of customer service when I arrived on site to have my vehicle serviced. I was really in a bind and was desperate to get back home to South a Carolina for my Grandsons 1st birthday party. Kerston understood the urgency and was very eager to assist. I can t thank them enough for their kind words and service. There was no wait when I arrived so they asked a few questions and listened to my concerns about my vehicle and took action right away. I had to get back to work so I was able to leave my car with them for a few hours to work on it and when my work day was done so was my car!! I was able to come down to South Carolina and it s almost party time!! Please stop by for your vehicle needs and great service!! Thank you again!!

Kiersten especially along with staff were/great. A service that did not go completely smooth, she did not give me any kind of friction or resistance and had her staff/mechanics exercise all options to resolve the issue. Thanks again!

They got my vehicle in with little notice and did everything possible to help me get it back in working order. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. I honestly didn t expect to be treated and taken care of as well as I was.

No place else I would recommend then Ed s on Owen! Customer service was 10/10 , communication was throughly, even sent pictures of what was wrong with the car through an app, the price of part and labor, definitely recommend! Kristen the manager is awesome

Kierstin, the manager, is warm, friendly, and treats customers with respect and dignity. Her professionalism is exceptional, and her infectious smiles create a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable in their craft.

I would recommend finding a better place to get your oil changed. My car has been acting funny from the time I left them and it's been a little over a week. I decided to check my oil and it's literally bone dry. I called them and let them know and they made excuses on my car having other issues when in reality they never replaced my oil. Be careful this is the second time this has happened. My mother had this same issue and they had her come back to fil the oil.

Great service for years now. Kiersten serves with integrity and honest estimates. Most jobs ready within hours.Pricing is fair and reasonable, much less than Dealership prices.

Absolutely fantastic visit. Had a large bolt in my brand new tire. Pulled up...great customer service..out 15 minutes later with my tire fixed. I will only go to Ed's tire from here on out .

We had the absolute best experience with Ed s Tire & Auto. Kirsten was lovely and Thad did an outstanding job. We broke down with a flat tire on a long road trip and they were life savers. They helped us find a tow truck quickly, ordered the tire and had us back on the road super fast. I can t say enough great things about this whole experience. Highly recommend!

I have used Ed s for years now and would never think of going anywhere else. I have used the locations on Yadkin where Brad manages and Owen Drive with Kiersten and have always had quick, efficient, and pleasant experiences. From being broken down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, to coming in for regular oil changes, they have never steered me wrong and come to the rescue more than once!

Great experience each time. They are trustworthy and don't try to nickel and dime you. They are very reasonable with their prices and will beat dealer prices every time. Have had brakes, ac service, oil change, and new tires installed. No issues with any of my visits. They've earned my business and I'm sure they'll earn yours. The receptionist Kirsten (who is also the Manager) is very knowledgeable, nice, amd cares about the customer. Give them a try.

Driving home from SC to PA we were hit by a tractor trailer tire. We stopped here to have the vehicle checked out as it did begin to shake after.They took us right in and checked us out and got us back on the road. The woman at the desk was awesome as was the gentleman who checked out the car. Thank you again!

A few days ago, I had a punctured tire and took my car to this location. I arrived right before they closed. I had taken the car to Ed's tires earlier that same day and gotten my tire repaired. Unfortunately, I left work to find it was still leaking air. In a frenzy, I went to the closest location (this one). Kierstin welcomed me with a smile and compassion! She quickly assessed the issue and called in another mechanic from a different location. Dean showed up after his shift had already ended and changed my tire out with my spare. Kierstin ordered me a new tire, which was delivered the next morning. All of this happened after they closed. They were kind enough to help me when most places probably wouldn't. Kierstin was very reassuring after having a stressful day over this tire situation. The next day, she contacted me to let me know the new tire was ready at my convenience to have it replaced. As I drove up, she happened to be at the bay and waved me in as if I were family. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the service and care I received.I was previously very loyal to a different location of Ed's tire. On more than one occasion, I felt very uncomfortable and an inconvenience rather than a customer.I will come back to this location and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for car maintenance or repair.

Excellent, caring service. Kirstin is especially great at her job and making customers feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't be stuck when the car had to go back (through no fault of theirs), and got it back on the road quickly, with courtesy, and at a great price. Plus, if they don't have a specialist for your problem, they will tell you AND recommend the best place for you. Will absolutely use them again.
