This place should be out of business. They reused seals on a rear differential, used gray silicone (not oil resistant). The seals leaked all over my tire and rear of the engine. DO NOT GO THERE.

Had my bike 3 months for a transmission repair. And my bike still not right leaks fluids. Loose bolts clutch not adjusted properly. Never ever again.Poor service.And over charge me..

These guys are awesome! The only place in Fayetteville I trust to work on my bike. Their mechanic really knows his stuff, does a great job and gets things done quickly!I ve been other places in town and either been ripped off, gotten bad customer service, long lead times, or incomplete jobs. Not here! Reasonable rates, great welcoming customer service, and a quick turnaround.

If you're looking for a great shop to get your bike fixed, or buy a bike for a great price this is the perfect place to go. I've been with these guys for over a year now, and they are absolutely amazing. If you're ready to join a family within the riding community this is where you need to go. This is the best shop in the area and you won't find better.

Awesome shop! Employees care about customer satisfaction, rather than making money, unlike other shops in the area. They do quality work and sell quality bikes. No cutting corners, or scamming anyone. I would definitely buy another bike from them.

A great family friendly place... the staff is wonderful and are more then willing to go above and beyond to help you find the right bike of your dreams.. they have great priced bikes... I would love to get a bike one day and this is where I will go to get it cause they know exactly what they are talking about and are more than willing to help you get the right bike you want. Thanks rollout for all the great work you are doing and hope y all keep it up

I have known the owner Anthony since I was stationed at Fort Bragg back in 2014, he has helped me countless times. He actually is still helping me and I moved basically across the country. I know they have basically the best prices because other motorcycle places try to screw over soldiers. You won't be disappointed if you go here. I have bought bikes and have had 2 of my bikes sold with the help of Anthony. The other people most likely haven't even been here or don't know him, that's why they gave bad reviews. It's okay to be salty though. I know your business will be successful Anthony, keep up the good work. I also know you came a long way.

I do not know if I can find words to describe how I feel about RollOut Auto. THE BEST!!! Awesome!! Fantastic!! Anthony and ALL the employees that work there go over and beyond to help you out! HONESTY goes a long way with me and these guys are very honest and do good work. My grandson, Jarrett bought a used bike and it was not in the best shape so we took it to RollOut Auto and these guy s went over his bike and pointed out all that was not safe and made it safe. They are bike riders and want all riders to be safe. If you need any work done on your motorcycle or want to buy a used bike, I d recommend them over anyone!

Rollout is an amazing bike shop with phenomenal staff and service. When I was deployed overseas, Rollout took my bike in and serviced it before I got back so I was ready to get on the road. I've never seen such quality service and I cant trust anyone else to work on my bike in NC.

I have been working and dealing with the owner of roll out for 4 years now and I can only say good things about him. He works hard to get you the best deal possible for the dream motorcycle. If you are a beginner he will also teach you how to right in just a few hours . So come get your next bike from them or sell your bike through them.

I went there to get my 1997 CBR 1100xx worked on. They did a great job and made sure I had all the needed work done to make the bike safe to ride! I would recommend them to anyone in the need for a skilled mechanic who knows their stuff!

I can not begin to tell you how awesome this place really is. From the Boss to the mechanic, all great people. Any issues or concerns reguarding to bikes they address it on very fair terms. I would not recommend any other shop around the Fayetteville area, rollouts has the best prices/service.

I sold a bike through them on consignment and it was prettt worth it. You can count on them to not just toss it to the side but to put it in the mix of thing.While working with them I noticed everyone was real polite and optimistic. I also liked how when you re selling a bike through them you re allowed to pick it up and right it when you need. Most of the competitiors aren t as flexible.If you re coming back from deployment you should go check them out since they re right on yadkin road maybe 2 minutes of driving after the gate. At least give the closest option a try.

Great guys and very helpful got my chain done and they showed me how to do it step by step. Called at the last sec to get it done, they told me to come in they got me. Others would of said to come another day but Anthony said come on in. Great group of guys !!! Thank you guys with working with me. If you need work done come to this shop, you won't be disappointed

Great people, they came up with a plan on how to fix my bike and not total it but my insurance company came through. Even though I wasn't a customer yet, the guys at roll out were ready to help. 5 star service. Will go there again without a doubt.

These guys are awesome. The best motorcycle place in town. Everyone is super friendly and are very customer service based. There aren t a lot of places in town that feel like you ve known them forever

I was in the market for a motorcycle I was sent to RollOut Auto after I had several bad experiences with Flip my cycle who cause me to sell my motorcycle because they could not fix a simple parasitic drain which was cause of the motorcycle battery to die. Since I have been taking my new motorcycle to RoleOut Auto and Motorcycle I have not had any issues. They are kind, courteous, and always offering you some kind of refreshments. I love the family atmosphere there, you will never be treated like a customer instead you will be welcome as family. Keep up the good work in Fayetteville.

Brought my cbr1000 here on 3 separate occasions. First 2 times maintenance and part installation took about a day. The third time took a bit longer, but it was all worth it as they took their time to diagnose the bike and start by checking the cheapest options first, so they didn t have to charge me an arm and a leg.I decided to then trade my cbr1000 in for a 2013 Zx14r! Bike is gorgeous and it was a smooth trade. Picking up the title in a week or 2. Couldn t be happier with the service at roll out auto.

The staff was friendly but they have no clue how to repair bikes "CORRECTLY" You expect them to be certified and not just a back yard mechanic! They didn't even own up to their mistake and offer to fix it right! No! I was taking up space that made it sound like I was a hinderence to them. They also double charge for labor for a service that should have taken no more than an hour!! NOT KNOWLEDGABLE!!!!!!

Awesome guys. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and treat customers like family. I was sent to them for a tire change, excellent service. Will gladly be coming back here for future service and vouching for them to my friends. Ask for Anthony.

Bought a ZX1000 from Rollout, and was given a price thousands cheaper than what Flip my cycle was selling the exact same bike with more miles for. Anthony and the rest of the staff are A+ and straight up, everything they told me was truth.

I went to RollOut Auto and they were very informative, professional and willing to help me out. I am new to riding motorcycles and they didn t treat me any different from someone who has been riding for 15 years. Awesome experience.

I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this shop. I got ripped off from the owner of the shop, I paid cash so they can work on my motorcycle. They didn t even touch my motorcycle the whole time it was there. After asking the owner for a refund he refused to give me back my money because his employee ran off with it

Blake was extremely helpful. I explained what I was looking for. He answered my questions, gave me advice about what I should buy. I didn't get any of that at Flip My Cycle. RollOut did good by me!

This establishment is not honest, run by crooks, high prices, bad selection and no good service. I tried to buy a bike but it belonged to customer, stay away at all costs. not a good place to shop.
