I went there a few years back at the beginning of the pandemic, and they worked with me. I ordered some of the parts to cut the cost, and they ordered the main part I need. The work was good, and I had no issue with my car after they fixed it.

The staff is great, very friendly. They did a fantastic job on my car, it looks brand new! They also washed and waxed my car which was nice. The price was affordable but the work was still high quality. I highly recommend this place if you need any type of work done on your car!

Amazing job with an honest affordable price. You can tell they take pride in their work. I've seen a lot of their other work and dang it is perfect. Way better than the big name corporate places around. I will never ever go anywhere else. You have to be crazy to go anywhere else in Fayetteville when you need your stuff fixed cause they do it right. Even paying out of pocket is way less than anywhere else.

This shop gets 5 stars most definitely!!! I took my car in for headlight correction and aiming and I left super happy and satisfied with the work that was done. Everyone was super nice and friendly and the cost was very affordable. I definitely will do business with them again and definitrly recommend them.

I had projections head lights assembly installed at another place " Banging Systems " . They were not installed correctly nor aimed correct. I called ECC they told me to come in and wouldn't charge me anytime to look at them .The lady at the desk was very polite very good customer service. She asked one of guys from shop to look at them he aimed them best he could in the parking lot.Told he to bring my car back he would have to remove the bumper to install them correctly and would work something out. Then didn't charge me for what he had done .That is very rare when I have any other work done I will be going to them . Great customer service goes a long way.Thank you.Avoid Banging Systems!!!!! for any type of installation .I took it back to them said nothing else they can do as I pointed out they left one bolt off left head light assembly. You could just put Head lamp out from the car. I also had factory amp installed / replaced in my car . Banging System only put one bolt holding it down and didn't put one bolt I center console. You could just till It over. Took all day for poor quality work. Just Giving a heads up. Beware .

I have used them a few times over the years. They do great work. I recommend them to everyone that needs paint and body work done. They also do great custom work.

Very rude staff in person and on the phone. I got hung up on without a proper greeting after saying "okay thank you". Rude staff equals no business. Simple as that.
