When dealing with a person's time and money, good communication builds good customer service and relationships. As a first-time customer, I wasn't impressed. With an appointment, I was told upon arrival that my wait would be 3 hours for an oil change. The issue I wanted to also address would require me to leave my van for 4 days, just to have it looked at, not even considering the repair that may be needed. Having explained my need to the nice woman on the phone when the appointment was made, it should have been stated as the service tech did upon check-in...we are behind (but still over booking), your oil change will take 3 hours and if you want to address a clunking sound you will need to let your van sit in our lot till we can get around to looking for a diagnosis just to tell you how many more days it may take to fix it. Mind you, the next day is a holiday and 4 days later is the weekend so with only one vehicle for transportation expect to be without it for a week, but they could send me home in a Lyft. And by the way, the Chrysler shop across the street is 2 weeks behind (and still taking appointments just to probably tick people off, and I would have never mentioned that). The final answer to my dilemma was that I could bring the van back later in the week without an appointment to allow it to sit until they could fit it in. The moral to the debacle and good customer service is to meet expectations or under promise and over deliver, not the other way around. I have no plans to return as there is no incentive to do so at this time. Oh, and there was a waiting room of other delusional individuals who, like me, thought an appointment meant something promising. Two stars because the people were nice. Not for the service.

They advertise quick oil changes, but if you don't have an appointment it'll be a couple of hours before you are taken care of.

Had my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation on a lease. They not only got 2 rims scratched and dented. But my husband replied to the text they sent and they never responded. He called 2 or 3 times regarding this and was told they'd put it in priority for a guy named Josh. We still haven't heard anything and it's been a week now. Will be paying them a personal visit. I had hoped for good communication prior to visit but we'll, apparently that's not possible.

Absolutely amazing team. Took my van in after CarMax completely screwed up my engine. They had it for 2 days and fought with my warranty company and got them to give me a rental for the time being. Will definitely continue to take my vehicles to dodge.

Good morning, my service at Fayetteville dodge was wonderful as always, Mr. Kyle was helpful as usual, he has been my service provider for many years. I have not had any problems he has always been very helpful, if there is a problem with my vehicle he notified me so I can get it taken care of.

Over 400 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. That took almost 3 hours to complete despite having an appointment. To top it off I started getting phone calls and text messages later that day asking if I was interested in "upgrading " to a newer vehicle.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Go across the street to Rick Hendrick, they complete all the same services and will not scam you like this place. They attempted charging me $2200 for a power steering pump that they diagnosed would fix my power steering issue. I told them no that s insane and took it to Rick Hendrick across the street, they put in the same part that Dodge diagnosed, turns out Dodge miss diagnosed my issue and I didn t need a power steering pump at all, mine was fine. I needed a whole steering rack which I m sure Dodge knew the pump wasn t the issue, they just put it on there to charge me for the steering rack later also, to scam me out of the pump and make more money off of me. By the way, the pump at Rick Hendrick that Dodge told me to put in was only $900 versus Dodge attempting to charge me $2200 for the same service. Do not go here, please, it puts a bad name on all mechanic shops as shady as this company is. I could go on and on about how long this process took, and how stressful it was avoiding their extreme overprices. Avoid this place.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Don Gerald is the man! He gives GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BUT!!This is no longer Crown Dodge,as they have been bought out by a private buyer, so no more internet specials on services. Very unfortunate 'cause I am getting emails/ texts and mailing from the DODGE dealership in Aberdeen, NC ,40 minutes from me BUT much less of a traffic hassle hmmmm....

We had a great experience with our sales lady Terra Morris today!Very highly recommend! As for the company overall I must say they are great as well even after some issues that came up after our purchase. They are handling it great so we are thankful! Happy with the service here!!

I went in to have a rotational noise checked that I thought was coming from my front passenger wheel on my 2015 Dodge Charger. I didn t think it would be anything major. Before checking in with Donn there was a sales consultant (Terra Morris) waiting while customers checked in and we began to talk. She eventually asked if I wanted an appraisal and I said no that I was just there to have a noise checked on my car. She was very professional and friendly while standing there talking. After saying no, I then checked my car in with Donn and told him that I would be back. Once the inspection was done Donn called and let me know what the results of the noise was which was the drive shaft which is expensive. I was up in the air for some time if I would get a new car and going there today with no idea in purchasing a new car, I was forntunate enough with the assistance of a great sales consultant like Terra to go above and beyond in helping me obtain a new vehicle. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and Robin and their customer service was also valued and great and they all went above and beyond to help me. I ve expressed to Terra that I had no clue what I would do for my upcoming Big 40th birthday and purchasing a new car with Terra was HUGE. Thanks to all beginning with Donn for all the years that he s worked with me and now big big thanks to Terra for all of your valued work in making my big 40th upcoming bday even more excited to look forward to. YOU ARE AWESOME AND APPRECIATED and thanks for also helping me transport my belongings from my old vehicle to my new vehicle in the hot humid weather. Now that s even better having the coolest, professional, and respectful sales consultant help in the hot weather and get her hands dirty a little helping me take off the valve caps to my tires. Terra you are amazing. Keep up the energy and if anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle please go see Terra, she is waiting. I m sure you wouldn t be disappointed. Nice facility and good customer interaction. My reason for only three stars is the very slow turnaround. Why schedule an appointment if a simple oil change is still going to take 1 hour and 43 minutes.

Bought a brand new 2020 ram and had issues since day one. Over the course of two years, I went to the dealer over 30 times with my new truck with back to back issues. They never took my concerns seriously and only fixed about half the issues reported. Near the end of my experience, the service department told me I could no longer bring my vehicle back for service (under warranty). Got to the point they would deliberately not answer my phone calls. I then contact ram care and how to have them set up all my appointments for me across the street at the JEEP dealer for my RAM. Ram care also was not much help, ended up selling the truck and happy to move on!Services: Auto glass repair, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

First of all. Customer service was really good. Matt was professional and answered all my questions. I know he was swamped along with the other employees but everyone acted very professional.The price for the service of an oil change was very reasonable.What stuck out to me with bad taste however was the time it took. When having set my appointment before I was told an oil change wouldn t take more than 30 minutes which adds up to me. But it took over 2 hours! I wasn t some drive up last minute oil change, I made a first thing in the morning 7:30 appointment and I didn t get my truck back until nearly 10.Service: Oil change

Took my money and never order the part. They replied on here saying sorry for the inconvenience and I called 5 time to speak with the manager and he never got back to me. This was my done Durango 2014 seat sensor. And this was 4 months ago. And keep lieing saying the order is on back order but Nissan told me that part isn't on back order theres plenty avaliable. So suggest going to Nissan they have integrity and here for the soldiers!

Made a car purchase today!! Yep we did that thanks to Kirk and Robyn in finance at Crown Dodge Fayetteville. Kirk works well with his clients. He is patient, knowledgeable, and has great energy which is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Family mini vacay this weekend!!! Made an appointment for service on my car two weeks in advance. Had to wait 3 days for 4hrs worth of work to be completed. Couldn't get the service department to answer the phone for 1.5 of those days. Listened to the employees joke about how other customer's services weren't their problem. Will take my business elsewhere.

On Thanksgiving day my 2020 2500 had shifting issues and the check engine light came on. I took it in to the shop on Monday 29 November and explained my situation. Mid-PCS and having to drive to Arizona before 9 December. Ben Stone and Jason Duncan took amazing care of me and my truck. They got my truck back to me on 1 December and the truck drove the 2000 miles to Arizona with no issues. Thank you guys so much. The integrity of the mechanics at this location is very questionable. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was finished I noticed that my tires weren t rotated and my lock and key for my rims weren t returned to my vehicle. Start paying attention to the service being done on your vehicle ladies and gentlemen!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change
