This will be the only place I buy tires from now own. They were super nice and gave me a great deal. The service was super fast too. I would highly recommend this place.

Literally will NEVER go anywhere else for my tires and wheels. The staff is so incredibly kind. Chris has that place moving like a well oiled machine but with compassionate and competent human beings. They work quickly and efficiently and I ve never had an issue. If something happens to your tires from here, you can bring them back within a certain window and get the issue fixed. They ensure you know what s going on with your vehicle within the scope of their work and make you feel so comfortable. I ve never felt oversold or pressured into anything here. They are not pushy with add ons or upgrades. They ask and if you decline, they move along. Anywhere else I ve been, I ve felt pressured to get or do things that I probably didn t actually need. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this specific location for all your needs. (Photos included are before and after of my new wheels - since once was bent and cracked and cost about the same for ONE as a full set of new, nicer wheels.)

What else can I say about Discount Tire that everyone hasn't already said? They are the best of the best. They are professional, concise, and truly care about the customers vehicle and the quality of their work. I will go nowhere else to get my tires and any other tire related services.

These guys are awesome. Everything from the check in to the service was exceptional. Not only that, I got a screaming deal on some new tires. Will always come here for free tire air pressure checks/rotations; you can also make appointments online ahead of time.

One of the best things about this place is being able to schedule an appointment, get in, and get out. It's the convenience for me. Prices are the same at other places, and the warranty options are ALWAYS good. The service crew is always respectful and approachable. I've just never had a problem at Discount Tire. I am only speaking for myself, which is why I can rate this review with a positive 5 stars respectfully.

Went to Discount Tire when I realized I had a nail in my front right tire because they are close by. They worked me in even though they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment. They were right on with the projected time they would be able to get to it. They pulled a bolt from my tire, repaired it and balanced it. To my surprise at no charge.Staff was efficient, cordial and considerate. I will definitely return for future tire needs. Highly recommend.

This location has the most professional staff. The store had just opened and the staff immediately walked out to get my vehicle information. The staff was professional and quick. They also provided an update prior to completion.

Have to leave a review just because of Chris. He is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and I swear I ve never seen the man slow down even for a second. He s one of the hardest workers I ve ever seen and absolutely deserves a raise. I ve always liked Discount Tire, but Chris goes above and beyond.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. Today was not my first visit and based on this experience, it will certainly not be the last time I choose this place. I also noted how the staff politely and promptly interacted with other customers in-person and on the phone. Seems like a nice environment and a real atmosphere of respect and confidence.

Took it there after 2 other shops messed the balance of my tires up. Manager himself balanced my tires in no time. Very nice and knowledgeable people. The only place I ll go from now on. Greatly appreciated guys!

Best place to go for new tires! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have the best prices around on name brand weather and even cheap tire options. Always busy but you can schedule appointments and drop offs.

Suffered a flat tire Saturday morning due to catching a screw.Called Discount Tire in Fayetteville asking for an appointment for Monday.Was offered an appointment at 2:30 that same day.Staff was pleasant, helpful, thorough and efficient! Bought 2 new tires. Work was complete 20 minutes!Very very pleased!

Legit! These guys are really great. They can get a little busy because let's face it, there are a lot of people out there driving on a LOT of tires, so you might have to be patient, but it's worth the wait. Plan ahead and make an appointment or they take walk-ins, but again, lots of tires in this world. Be safe everybody

Phenomenal customer service- easy experience. I made an appointment when I placed my order, selected the set of 4 tires I wanted online, showed up for my appointment on time, and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommend for your tire needs. Also the best deals I could find for decent set of tires in the area. No encountered the usual salesman that you find in most shop. Thank you!

Once again, amazing customer service. Matt made me feel as though he was my personal service tech. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and got me checked in in a jiffy. Kept me informed the whole time I was there, which was not long at all. The tire tech that took care of my vehicle was great as well. This is why I drive past at least 10 other tire centers to go there. Prices are amazing as well. If you are looking for tire service, save yourself the trouble and just go there!

I've been with this discount tire since my first car when I was 16. It's been 4 years now and their service has always been phenomenal. Specifically a huge shout-out to Chris who helped me out with my first set of tires. Service is great, affordable, and everyone is nice. Always schedule ahead because they get you in and out super quickly compared to a walk in. They also messed up one of my studs/lug nuts and referred me to this great auto shop that is now the place I regularly service my car (p.s. they also paid for it to get fixed and took full responsibility for it). It took me 4 years to give a review but I wouldn't recommend any other place!

Came in for a repair. Unfortunately I had a nail and was unable to repair. Grant was super helpful and nice. They were able to replace my tire and even insure all my tires for future issues. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Definitely will recommend and be back. Thank you!
