Good price, lot's of selection and friendly workers. Beat Best Buy prices and on the spot installation. Best Buys installation time was a wait of 4 weeks. So far a great experience.

I visited Dirty South to get a price on some projects for my car and not only did they have hard to find parts and accessories when the techs in the back went to do my work, they also went above and beyond to fix my lower front grill and air diffuser. They also provided me with complimentary decals for my car to display their work.

I recently moved here from Charlotte(FYI: the Charlotte location ALWAYS took care of any and everything I needed done and had great customer service. The 2 shops are like night and day). I called SEVERAL times with no answer. When I finally did get someone on the phone I was placed on hold and ultimately hung up on(this happened at least 3 times). I went in store 3 times. To make a long story short, if you expect the people you re spending your hard earned money with to show you some respect and appreciation, the Fayetteville Dirty South location is not the place for you!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I m going to spend $1,100 to have my truck towed all the way to Charlotte just to make sure it gets done and gets done right

They guys are diligent. The work was professional and i have had no problems with my equipment. Parking was a bit cramped because they were very busy on the day i visited. Nevertheless, my service was completed on-time.

Best rim shop in the city! They got me in, helped me find the perfect rim and tires for my 15 Camaro. They even painted the calibers to match! Absolutely love them! Definitely will be back when I get my truck!

This review has nothing to do with Dirty South, Ms Yvonne, and Dave. This review is for one of the mechanics named Jose. This is a very dangerous person who will kill you and everyone you love that ride in your vehicle. Look at the attached photos. He tried to heat up a stubborn bolt with a flame torch. In doing that he broke the bolt, burned the frame, and melted the boot of the drive axle. He replaced the bolt with one that was too short for the job needed. This is my issue with this guy, he never informed the staff or me of his bandaid rigging. I didn't find out about this safety emergency until the next day when I noticed the fluids spinning out of the melted axle boot. When I returned to the shop to get it replaced and repaired his excuse was the vehicle was worked on before and not his fault. Nothing bad to say about the company or management they had to fix his error. Be safe and request he not work on your vehicle if you love your family.

Can't say enough good things about Yvonne and the Dirty South crew. Initially went to Bangin Systems to have completed stereo system and led headlight put on my truck. Biggest mistake. Nothing but problems and poor customer service from Bangin System. Come to Dirty South and they fixed all the problems and have been with Dirty South since. Dirty South is the place to go to for you custom needs and if you have problems. I promise you that Yvonne will do her best to make it right.

Came in to get 4 spacers and my abs sensor put on my truck. The customer service was great and for putting all that on my truck it only cost me 200 bucks. I went to plenty of other places for quotes and I had already purchased the parts myself. Just to Install them people were charging me 400 dollars plus Just to take off the tires. So I was very pleased with the price I Paid and the service I received

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Incompetent business and would recommend everyone avoid doing business there.I had an appointment to drop my truck off at 10 am to have an auto start/security system installed. I already had the system and brought it in with me last Thursday to make sure I had everything. The lady at the front desk looked and informed me that I did and we made the appointment.I dropped my truck off this morning and went back to check on it at 3. I was informed that he was putting it back together and that he needed a part in order to install the auto start. I asked if everything else worked and I was told yes. When he pulled my truck out front and got out he started punching my lower dash I found out he had done NOTHING but take my truck apart for over 4 hours and did nothing else. Wait he did turn my a/c on max air and run it the whole time. The system was still in the box still wrapped in the plastic never touched on my front seat right where I had left it. When I asked what the heck they had been doing for over 4 hours no one seemed to have answer.A competent installer would have been able to look at the system to see if everything was there that was needed BEFORE taking a vehicle apart but as I said a COMPETENT installer would which they are not. Needless to say I took my truck and left with a complete day wasted for NOTHING. Stay away from this place at all costs.

End result was great. Initially there was a bit of a delay on the rims ordered, but the owner and staff worked with me on upgrading my order at a reasonable price reflecting the delay. It is familial type small business that may not suit every customer, but the service completed on swapping my rims and painting my calipers was great!

I went by Dirty South because I wanted window tinting service done, however the person who does it, wasn t there and was unable to be reached by phone to check availability for apparently next week. Before setting up an appointment, I mention to the staff that I have a $49 Groupon for tinting service. It was bought to my attention, that the original price was $249 and the lower price is $199 which the Groupon would be not useful. I don t understand why I couldn t use my $49 Groupon. I will still be looking around after doing my research with this company.

Place sucks, spent over $2509.00 dollars there. The female that works there is just all about money. Ordered some wheels and tires from the male/owner/manager. When they finally came in went to get them installed. Took all day, the place had closed and I still wasn't done. Then to top it off she tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price. Then the radio that was installed kept cutting in and out then finally stopped working. Took it back and was fixed. But he didn't plug in the radio antenna , took it back again the same female that tried to charge me more said I had to pay $35.00 for them to look at it. Then maybe would cost more to fix. She wanted the money before the guy would take my car around but he had already asked for the keys and was heading out the door. I had recommended this place to a few people I just hoped they never went.

So far, we went in, ordered our rims. The wrong ones DUD get delivered after we waited a week for delivery BUT the lady was VERY apologetic about the situation. She told him over the phone what we wanted, it was the guy on the other end of the phone that messed that deal up....Once we realized the wrong rims were sent, we had merchandise in out hand just to ask her for a price on it, she in return said, yall can have it because of your inconvenience of today's trip. In my eyes, that was VERY GOOD customer service seeing that it wasn't her fault in the first place....today my rims are suppose to be delivered & installed. If everything goes right, I won't be getting back on here for the review, if it's a totally horrible experience, I'll let yall know! Thanks for reading.....

Everything is bad about this place. From doing the job to customer service. Took my bran new Pilot for tinting the 2 front windows. Not just the jobs was really bad,the car was crazy dirty. And in top of that my car has a deep scratch, went over and they said they didn't do it. Went over to talk to them ,and they told they were busy. Come back on a few days. The actually person that does the tinting was returning from vacation. I just left and went somewhere else, just to found out my windows are scratched as well.Stay way from this place. They have better places and better price.

Quoted me 200 dollars (not counting tax) just to have my TPMS sensors swapped to my new tires and then have em put on my truck.Called two other shops, got quoted 60 bucks at one, 80 at Discount Tire. Went with Discount Tires and they swapped my sensors, re-balanced them, put em on and then gave me free rotations and re-balancings for the rest of the life of the tires even though I didn't buy them there.Called Dirty South back to ask why they charged so much and the lady told me because they had to do deflate the tire, swap the sensor and the stems, re-mount them and balance them again...which... is exactly what Discount Tires did for less than half the price lol... she definitely got heated and then told me to "be cheap then."

Got some new tires and wheels for my 21st birthday. They did not take long and the finished look was amazing. Love my Jeep now. Amazing customer service from everyone who worked with me on redesigning my truck.

I've been waiting a long time to leave this review, I went to purchase a harness from this place, I called in told them the specific one I needed for the install. when I went to pick it up I didn't think to check it because these are so called subject matter experts. When I got home and started breaking down my install I found out that the part I had gotten was not the one I asked for, no big deal typicallyTHE PROBLEM WAS when I went all the way back to the store and informed the entitled mistress that appears to know nothing but her old mans last 4 she stated she rather give me a refund than to hear me talk DO NOT SHOP HERE

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They offer tax free purchases for military. They have the cheapest prices in Fayetteville. Bought my system one day, brought my vehicle back the next morning and it was installed perfectly. Will go back in the future for any work I may want to do to our vehicles.

Horrible horrible customer service. Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. Bad and terrible attitude. I Had a Rhino liner box on order. They ordered the wrong box. After i went back there and spoke with Evon, she became very aggressive and and defensive stating" I should get my story right" " She didn't ordered the wrong box. "They send her the wrong box. She went ahead and re ordered it with the estimated arrival in a week. Every time i called to check on the box week after weeks, they would put me on hold and hang up the phone on me. One time i called and they had me on hold. I drove from spring Lake to skibo (still on hold). When i got to the shop (still on hold) they were both sitting in there at the counter. When Shay picked up the phone to call out, i was standing right in front of her, with the phone, still on hold and when she said hello and looked up, i said hi and just flipped out becuae of their BS.The owner is a really nice guy, i came in the following week and he took care of the situation. I still didn't get the box she ordered. I had to settle for an old one in their garage cuz i really needed it. Terrible!Terrible!

The owner warrantied the tires purchased and did not honor the warranty when requested. Additionally, over $1,000 in damages was done to my vehicle. Terrible service each time I visited the organization, I wasted over a week to not get anything resolved. DO NOT purchase from Dirty South Wheels save your money and time and use a more credible upstanding company.

Terrible service. Terrible prices. Terrible work. Mounted and balanced wheels for me. Charged me more than quoted, took over 4 hours, garbage service, lost paperwork I brought in, bent a rim somehow and didn t tell me, I had to pay another shop to re-mount and balance my wheels because they vibrated like crazy and had almost triple the required weights on every wheel. I m talking three rows deep and double stacked wheel weights!!!!!!!insanity!!!!!!!Installed wrong lug nuts that didn t even fit right and scratched my rims and I have to replace the bent rim still. I wish I could rate it zero stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!!

If you want to get over charged for HID,s then go here. 5 months ago i purchased a set of hid low beam head lights for my car since day one the passenger side light would flicker sometimes it would not. I travel allot and depend on my head lights to work, that being said never had time to go back into the shop and have them honor the 6 month warranty they claim to have. Today i ordered some LED headlights and installed them upon inspecting the old HID lights i noticed the way they installed them i will explain and attach pictures: they plugged the lights into the factory plug by inserting the negative and positive wires then covered the connection with some cheap aluminum adhesive. Whats the issue with that you say? Water gets in and that can cause a short ( luckily that did not happen ) however the light on the passenger side once disconnected felt very moist when i placed the disconnected head light water dripped out. I will never step foot in this place again based on the shady work they did. And to too it off i was charged 130.00 for an HID kit that costs around 30 bucks on EBAY so what tells me is that they charged 100.00 just for labor and could not even do it right SMH

None of the workers are certified. Have a 2015 Lexus IS 250 Fsport, came in to review the work on my dads 2014 escalate, which was supposed to been blacked out all chrome and emblems removed. First of my dads truck was done wrong, instead of tinting tail lights they painted them which effects visibility. Top rail was painted with a spray can and run off is visible. They said they would fix it kept the vehicle for another week, but car wasn't even touched. In addition, asked to put spacers on my vehicle, which the owner of the shop has no idea what they are talking about, because they wanted to put 2 spacers on each wheel which is a major safety concern. Told them to only put one, when they mounted my new rims that I already possessed, the tire was not correctly put on the rim, which my tire went from 39 PSI to 20 over night. Had to go back get that fixed the next day traveling showed, my car sounded like an old bicycle and having it removed by a certified shop (Firestone) they found out that all my lug nuts could not stay tight with 100 foot pound pressure, because the spacers did not fit the bolts. This caused 2 of my bolts to break off in the lug nut because the nuts were also cross dreaded on there. I have two daughters 5 month old and 2 year old. My tires were about to fly off my vehicle. Called the owner and she said she would reimburse me, I would only have to bring in the bolts and nuts so she can check and see what happened. After I came in and waited a hour to be served, and she looked at the evidence, she tried with any means to push the problem towards the spacers, although the spacers have no indication of causing the cross threading. Because they have this tiny sign which is not obviously visible stating "dirty south does not take responsibility, for problems that were caused by spacers". They risked lives through their complacency and non existing knowledge of their "profession". It's a custom wheel shop and they couldn't even get that right. So far out of all the things me and my dad requested only two thing were correct, his window tint and my rain guards. By the way everything was payed and his truck is still not ready. We have experience in custom vehicles from multiple sponsored shows in Europe by toyo, mtx audio, lexani, asanti and all other big companies in the custom vehicle buisness. So please take my advice and find a different shop because I guarantee you will be disappointed or screwed over. Time hacks are never met, lacking knowledge in job and poor customer service. When I told them I would have to report this to the federal trading commission, they got all defensive and upset and completely ignored me stating "since you are threatening with a law suit I can no longer talk to you." Which a lawsuit is when I take them to court, federal trading commissions is only a review for the individual Buisness. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for and it especially will bring up safety concerns of your vehicle. Rent and roll did a way better job, plus good customer service!

STAY WAY!! Purchased a Groupon for $100 worth of tint to apply toward having windows tinted on my son's car. When I tried to use the Groupon I was told I could only use it toward their Ultimate (most expensive) Package, although there are no minimum purchase restrictions listed in the fine print. The woman at the counter acknowledged she was aware of the problem and "has been telling the owner he needs to call Groupon and have it added to the fine print". I called back and asked to speak to the owner, Isham, and was told he was at the Charlotte location. I called that location and was left on eternal hold - never getting to talk to the unethical business owner. If you're looking for window tinting in Fayetteville, save yourself the frustration and steer clear of Dirty South, shop local, and go to Rhudy's.

This place is dishonest and has no idea what they are doing. Ordered the wrong wheels so they just had them painted and lied to me about doing it. Would then refuse to give me a refund. After they installed my wheels and tires, they left two large scratches on a wheel and were not properly balanced. I have no idea how these clowns stay in business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

First time dealing with dirty south customs, Dave is very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend speaking with Dave when you come in and he will get you where you want to be. There tint job is world class finished job. Dave also touches base with you and lets you know how everything is going as you wait for your vehicle. If window tint, lifts, wheels and tires is what your wanting, stop by Dirty South Customs and talk to Dave, you will be glad you did.
