I recently contacted Devore Cook's Auto Part for a head gasket, but unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing. The employee, Michelle, frequently interrupted and appeared disinterested during our conversation, making it challenging to have my questions addressed. This experience was frustrating and has led me to reconsider any future purchases from Devore Cook's Auto Part. I hope this feedback will contribute to improving the customer service experience for future customers.

Great place to buy used auto parts. I am the parts manager if a fire dealership and we use them often. They are very knowledgeable about parts and will get you the part you are looking for. They have really good prices and I would recommend them to everyone.

A good place to find used parts. If they don't have it, they will look for it for you. They can even find hard to find parts new and at a cheaper price than OEM.

I don't like a place that won't give u your money back when u don't want or need a part. If u spend money here it will always stay there until u need a part. U CAN'T GET A REFUND HERE!!!!!
