Towing section of this place sucks, my car was involved in an accident and towed to this location by authorization of Fay Police on a Friday night. The very next morning I attempted to go get my personal belongings and groceries I had just purchased from Walmart before accident. The shop was open and the man who was running place was real rude and unprofessional as hell told me I couldn't get anything out of my car until Monday even though he was there and had key?? So I had to wait until Monday after it rained in my car ALL weekend due to busted window in accident. Then when I finally get to retrieve things from my car a lot of my things were bad and ruined by rain and the tow truck driver just threw a 75 pound fire hydrant from accident in my front seat and ruined the custom $400 seat! Like really? Wrecked or not you should have respect for people's belongings and this place has none for customer or vehicle would not recommend them towing anything but a junk car to the scrap yard so you can be worry free about them trashing what you might have left from a life changing accident like mine.

My experience was with the paint shop that promised me a lifetime guarantee on their work. This was a lie the very problems I brought my car in for returned barely a year later even though the car was garage kept for that plus an additional 3 years while I was deployed. When I first picked up the car there were some concerns with over spray on my rubber seals but I overlooked it the staff assured me that the bubbling paint was cured because they completely stripped the car down to bare metal. Not true my car began cracking and showing the original layer of paint big fat lie. I asked for the spots to be repaired I was told to come back later after that I was always met with staff and turned away. Stay away from this establishment unless you feel like throwing away money.

I paid $200 for my dully to be cleaned. I ended up having to re-wash my windows and windshield. Now granted the truck hadn't been washed in over a year but if I can wash the windows and get them clean why couldn't Deckers after charging $200.00

Dean at the front desk was a superstar! They got my car back to me a lot faster than u was expecting and it came in significantly cheaper than I had expected.

Great establishment friendly and knowledgeable! I have a BMW X5 and they knew everything I needed to know about repairs. I recommend this body shop if you're in the Fayetteville area!!!

Definelty the best shop and most honest in Fayetteville. They will do the work your car needs and nothing more. While I am in Fayetteville, Deckers will be the only place I take my car to.

A mechanic that doesn't even have a running vehicle of his own yet "servicing" customers vehicles....hmmm sounds suspicious. Dandy does sheisty work so if you are a Decker's regular I suggest you ask for another mechanic on duty to service/fix your vehicle. Especially if you want it fixed correctly. From a concerned citizen & NOT a Decker's customer.

Car was towed but that's not the issue I went and paid my little fee 175 for the impound whatever whatever not mad about it and I asked them if they can fix my car because it keeps misfiring and shutting off and blah blah they say ok cool we'll fix it 1month later after calling them like every other day and get the response we're a week behind for a month...a month I say hey my cars been there for a month probably still in the impound you guys gonna look at anytime soon they say ohhh sorry we forgot about it the next day call me and say they "fixed my car" and as soon as I pull out the lot same stuff going on sooo 600 some odd dollars down the drain and they didn't refund it say to me ohh well tow it back for free ok cool they take it the next day and say they'll take it to the dealer alright perfect thanks called the dealer about a week later hey checking in on my car how's it doing oh we haven't got it yet So I call this place back up oh yeah well get it out this week another month passes and countless phone calls to this establishment it finally was recieved at the dealership they took the car on July 5th it's now sept 13th so y'all can do the math on the insurance I've paid to not drive my car and sit around in an impound lot and be forgotten about for something else to go wrong with it...

These people are full of lies they act like they fixed my truck an didn't said they put a new ignition in it but still has same key smh then they said they put lock switch in it more lies then when we got the truck it was on e we take it back to them to fix an they wanted 10.00 in gas back an truck still acting crazy but they will get that truck back DONT BUY FROM THESE DUMMIES

Deckers needs a profound ways providing customer service, deckers need to seriously consider their business want be where its at without custmers, especially repeated customers. Mistreat customers that need basic maintenance. Present and future customers have been informed and advised!

I do not like the way they handle business no one should give them their money they charge $85 to move my car from the front to the back and $70 a day to sit there
