If you need a reliable bodyshop and you want your car to look the exact same way it was before you got into an accident, I recommend Dale's Paint and body shop. I heard about them from my mom after she hit a deer.

I left Dale my 1990 Mazda Miata. It had sat under a tree for 5 years before I got it. It was in rough condition.Dale and his wife both talked to me about my expectations, the work they would be doing, and the realistic timeline to complete the work. I had gotten an estimate from another place that wanted over $6000 for the same work, and they didn't have the reviews that Dale and his wife had.Dale did a fantastic job; they sent me photos throughout the entire process. My expectations were exceeded, and it was done for a fraction of the price.I would not hesitate to use Dale's Paint & Body Shop in the future, and every time someone comments on my car, the first thing I say is Dale's Paint & Body Shop.I can't thank them enough.

From start to Finish Dale and his wife were great. I went in to get a estimate and he told me what I needed to do and how to save money as this was my 1st car accident, and i was clueless. This shop will treat your car like its baby until its done they even detailed after the paint job and the prices saved me over $300 bucks from other places. If you need to go anywhere go here you will not be disappointed.

I gave these guys a 5-star rating that they definitely deserve. If you want the super short version--they do great work, but this shop also handles insurance cars, so they could be busy when you drop by. Don't hold that against them, it's worth the wait. Their shop is located on Bragg Blvd right next to AAMCO, I drove past there for years and didn't realize they were there until I was looking for a car painter, so if you didn't know about this shop you're not alone. They do good work so give them your business!So first thing you need to know--every review says LA is awesome, and she is. I met Dale too when I picked the car up, they're friendly and welcoming and they show that they genuinely appreciate your business.What I wanted was to get my 2000 Camaro Z28 re-painted (not in an accident, it was just time for a fresh coat of paint). When I dropped the car off we had to look it over fast because it was bitterly cold and very windy, and we did miss a big dent in the very front--no big deal, it didn't cost that much more to fix, but my recommendation is pick a day with good weather to drop your car off so you can take your time.It took a couple of weeks for them to do the actual work, both because they had some insurance cars come in and because it was horrifically rainy for a solid week, but LA was very patient with my repeated calls to check in during that time.Obviously I'm thrilled with the quality of the paint job (for which they do offer a warranty), but I was surprised to find that they also carefully washed the car and even detailed the front driver and passenger seats. When I picked up the car, it looked great, the outside was shinier than I've seen it pretty much since the day I bought it, and the inside was clean too. Dale was busy with several other cars but he still took a minute to come say hello; it was obvious to me he takes pride in his work, and if my experience is typical he absolutely should.I didn't realize until I was actually in the office to pay that they also do interior detail work, so I'll definitely be taking this car (and probably my other car as well) to let them clean the interior. Mr. Dale does an outstanding job on auto body work! He has repaired 2 of my vehicles and also my mothers and he makes them look brand new again. He is very detailed in his work, and always goes the extra mile, even shining and detailing your car. His wife makes the process a breeze-handling all insurance paperwork, and helping you in any way that she can. They are both always very pleasant to deal with and I'm so thankful for them. I would like to give a huge thumbs-up to both LA and Rashid at Dale's.I ordered fender flares for my new GMC truck. I called Dale's to get a price and was surprised at how reasonable they were to not only paint them to match, but to install them as well. I brought them the next morning, and they painted and installed them by the next day! What great service they gave from the quoting process to the finished product! They even meticulously washed and shined up my truck like it just came off the car lot. I am beyond impressed with the experience I had at Dale's. I highly recommend them.

DALE AND LA ARETHE ABSOLUTE BEST! Dale replaced my ENTIRE front end, My vehicle was involved in an accident with a deer, I was so impressed with the work and professional service I received I actually cried when I picked my car up. I couldn't believe it was the same car. It looked exactly like it did when we drove it off the lot, brand new! The price was irrelevant, compared to the work he did. But I will say he saved me over $1500.00! So if you're looking for THE BEST quality auto body repair...CALL DALE ASAP!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best customer service! During the process of finding someone to fix damage to a vehicle these were the only people who acted like they wanted my business and not doing me a favor. They have stayed in contact whole time. I am in the customer service industry and they are the best! Also best price!!!!

Mr. Dale does not care about the money. I can attest to that. He does his very best to ensure customer s satisfaction. Thank you so much, Mr. Dale! (January 2023)Update (May 20): I posted the review last January. I went back last April to get rid off some peeling of the clear coat(?) I supposed. It was fixed after a day or 2. However, after a month, peeling starts again. Tiny bubbles start to appear too. He is very nice though for still trying to fix my car several times and actually gave my money back after few attempts to get the right paint back in January Update 2: The issue was brought to his attention (dated May 26). Dale s Body Shop took care of it like what they always do.

Dale's paint and body repair, did a wonderful job on fixing my hit & run rear bumper. LA & her husband were great. Kudos to them & their team. We definitely will use them in the future for other services. Thanks a bunch

PSA:: My intent was not to give this business the one star that I was forced to give, but I had to in order to give my review.BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I'm not even going to give an account of the incident that occurred, just know the owner exhibited behavior that is not conducive of being a black business owner. Or one that has the mental capacity to work with the public. I will advise on the quality of work (or lack thereof) that was performed on my car, which was POOR! POOR!!! POOR!!!!!!!! I can see see poorly paint spots, part of the grill's material is not secured on properly, my alignment still pulls to the right and I don't even know if my wheel at impact side was checked properly because I still hear a noise that I discussed with the owner!!!I was not given a itemized receipt of all the work done by Dale's Paint & Body Shop. Couple of things I learned from this dreadful experience... 1) Get every word that the owner SAYS IN WRITING! 2) Get an ITEMIZED RECEIPT! 3) When the go low, YOU GO HIGH! If your business with this owner goes in an unfortunate direction, keep your character and continue to fight the good fight. However if you handle business in the same manner as this owner does, all I can say is energy matches energy... Have your way...

I don t usually have the patience to leave reviews but I called this man on a Monday asking if he could install a spoiler on my car and he said yeah call back Friday and I ll see if I can do it Saturday . I call Friday and he tells me to bring it Saturday morning. I drop my car off at 10am and he says it ll take a couple hours but it ll be done today . EIGHT hours later it is still not done, I m outside calling the shop (with no answer of course) and waiting, this dude pulls up (he wasn t even at the shop to begin with) and he says it s not done and he ll do it another day. I ll get it done somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my entire day.

What I looked away from became a eyesore. My (R) front bumper was detached because of nature s landscape was to far to the right and I couldn t fix it on my on. After leaving buddy parked I figured It s time fix it. I went to Dales shop...totally not what I expected. I got 1st class service along with recommendations to maintain my car Lux look at affordable prices that can t be overlooked. Good team of Professionals, with can do attitudes, and affordable. It s a win win win. Come one, come all. I was totally satisfied and the great service was unexpected.Thank you SincerelyVictoria

I had a great experience from start to finish. LA is the best. Dale and his wife LA make a great team. They guarantee their work for as long as you have your car. The attention to detail is great. They are willing to work with you and the prices are excellent for the great quality of work. I highly recommend this paint and body shop!

Dales Paint shop is a very honest establishment. We were told a week and that is exactly when our car was ready for pick up. The customer service and the quality of the paint job we recieved is of the highest quality. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for top Quality and Great Customer Service this is the place. LOOK at the AMAZING paint job attached this shop rocks ! In my 30 plus years in the military being stationed in several different states this one definitely rates the highest. We can't thank them enough so very pleased

Sub par products installed. Clearcoat is scratched already. He and his wife will lie to you to get the busy and string you along for the completion. I do not recommend for dishonesty, poor performance, and poor quality of work. My tailgate door has uneven gaps when closed due to poor workmanship. Overspray was left on the rear of my cab. Piss poor business. O.....did I say liars?Based on your reply you think it was about winning a battle. Slander is based on a lie, not facts being shared.

Small shop set back off of Bragg Blvd. I had a great experience, they needed an extra 2 days, my 2006 truck looked great. (I needed some minor body work and a complete paint job). I decided to post this after waiting 2 months to see if any problems cropped up. None did. When I drove off, I had that feeling of being alert and making sure no one got close to me. I think they put down a quality job.

I just want to start off saying despitea majority of good views/rating on Dale's Paint & Body. Me & my husband however had the worst experience ever with this shop. Which is crazy because the reviews are what led us to go here in the first place, plus its black owned so yea. Anyways the service was smooth at first, we brought our car into this shop after getting into an accident with dear on April 17, 2019 "this is the day our car entered his shop".Once we contacted our insurance adjuster to do all the necessary adjustments we get our estimate on repairs within roughly 3days. They tell us it's a 10day job and will have our car looking good as new great right. Wrong!!! 10days goes by cars not ready understandable, things happen sometimes parts take longer then expected to find/order this I know. Now mind you our car is fully coverd with rental insurance in all for 30days only. So now we get an extension on our rental agreement giving them more time to do the job right and take care of what needs to be done. Wrong again!!Fast forward to May 18, 2019 car still is not ready. Rental agreement was up May 17, 2019 and they tell us to pay out of pocket for the day the rental wasn't covered. But "Rashid dale" the mechanic/owner & his dumb for nothing wife promises on multiple occasions they would pay for any rental cost if the car's repairs takes longer then expected but they didn't. Long story short and not to waist any more of ya time, this dude from day one after the ten days initially agreed on for repairs lied to me and my insurance company. Like literally everyday he told us he was getting a new part for like 30days str8, I mean 31 because we just got our car back today on a Saturday May 18, 2019. Him and his wife our unprofessional he tried to handle my husband over the phone getting loud talking smack saying he a crip gang members he'll do this and that so when we finally go pick car up he catches another girly fit and tries to get buck with my husband again, meanwhile his wife is just looking and laughing about the whole ordeal.Two different personalities, and on top of that he had some other guys out there as back up or something like so unprofessional. This guy literally picks and chooses how fast and how there going to handle your vehicle if he couldn't handle the job in the time frame he should have said something other then lies... so yeah all those good reviews are either military or quick finders but anything major wrong with your car I highly advise you go somewhere else.His wife says he gets into arguments with a lot of customers so I don't even see how his reviews are even this good. But maybe he'll learn a thing or two after today count ya blessings. And by the way if Rashid does read this we recorded most of our conversations over the phone once we started having issues so feel free to get you a copy of recording It'll be our pleasure for you to hear how ignorant you and your wife sound.

Great service at a great price! Car repairs included fixing damaged bumper, dented trunk, scratched and rippled side and a buckled car rear. Not only did the car look good as new on the outside, the inside was detailed to perfection as well. Just make sure to call on the day for scheduled pick up just to verify.

Dale's Auto Body is ammmaaazzzing! They had the absolute best customer service. Will return in a few weeks to get the remaining body of my vehicle painted. Have received multiple compliments on the paint job on my car. Will recommend to ANYONE! THE BEST BODY SHOP in Fayetteville! 07/31/15

Great price on repair work and better attention to detail than we had received previously from the dealer.Keep in mind that the staff is not huge, so you should work with them to coordinate the timing of your work. The negative reviews you see are from folks that want it now . The staff tries very hard to please, but at any business there are challenges.

Brought my husbands car here to get it fixed after an accident. Wonderful customer service! They kept us both updated throughout the entire process. They do beautiful work on damaged cars. Highly recommend!

Went to get my bumper and fender painted and was provided with great service here!!! I ve spoked to Mr Dale and his Wife they re great, honest, fast, no tricks, no marketing will definitely be a repeat customer.
