I just purchased my first Subaru. New cars are a big investment and being able to work with such a good dealership really helped ease some of the stress. Emily was great! She was friendly and very helpful. Everyone else that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were wonderful as well. I highly recommend Cross Creek Subaru!

The service staff are phenomenal!! I believe Rhonda is the Service Rep that assisted me when I arrived without an appointment. My windshield wiper blew off while I was driving in the rain. They quickly replaced my wipers and got me back on the road. Everyone in the service office were polite. Kudos to them!!

This is my second time using their body shop and I am completely satisfied. My Oakley and his team did an awesome job to assist me throughout this process. My car was returned to me before the expected timeframe. I was extremely happy with the results. I would recommend cross creek for all your auto body needs. They are fast and efficient. The team displayed great professionalism.

Great customer service! We're just visiting the area and needed to get our Outback serviced before a 2k+ mile trip back home. We hit the 12k mile service agreement and luckily staying nearby Cross Creek Subaru. Not only did they get me in, but got me in earlier due to a scheduling conflict I had. Thank you.

My 2022 Subaru Outback quit working while parked at home. I called the dealership , Cross Creek Subaru of Fayetteville, and made an appointment for the same day. I had the car towed to the dealership, thinking my car would be out of service for 3-5 days. I was called back within 2 hours of drop off and my car was repaired, oil changed, tires rotated, a recall repair done and my car washed. The trouble was a bad battery (original) and was replaced under warranty. I received quick and courteous service from the initial phone call(answered within 3 rings) thru diagnostics and letting me know my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I have rarely had this kind of excellent service in 50 years of driving.

Reasoning for the 5 stars is solely because of Erik. He took the time to really explain everything that needed to be done, in easy to understand terms. Trust is a big thing when dealing with cars, and I truly felt like I could trust him. Had been contemplating going to a different Subaru dealership, however after this experience I will go back again. Erik also was very kind and nonjudgmental as we had been putting off doing some of these bigger fixes. Also shout out to the technician who had to deal with the horn blaring for an hour

My husband and I bought a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness edition from CCS and we couldn t be happier with the experience and service. We had gone up to the Johnson Subaru dealership in Raleigh and despite being the larger dealership they had nothing on the pricing or servicing at Cross Creek. Our sales representative Spencer was outstanding, and we had a great interaction with the finance manager Corey as well. Sam and his team are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car in the Fayetteville area.

We love our advisor Maggie and she always takes such good care of us. We also love LeBron who we always request to do our work and he is outstanding and we never have to worry about anything when we know he has worked on our car. All the people who work at CrossCreek Subaru are also so helpful and because of all this we are Subaru owners for life.

I DID NOT FEEL RIPPED OFFVery happy with the service that I received! From Leonard and Gigi to Courtney who was so patient and helpful getting us into a courtesy vehicle and the talented mechanics that quickly diagnosed to proble and got it fixed as fast as possible. From the moment we started working with Cross Creek there was a noticeable difference in care, in the best way possible! We met with Sam our first day and Emily was the gem that helped us decide to pursue our first Subaru purchase She was helpful in finding the right size vehicle for our family, making sure we were satisfied and comfortable from start to finish. This was my first time visiting Cross Creek and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop.My service advisor Maggie was excellent. She greeted me with a smile and was super friendly. I explained what I was there for and she explained the process and what to expect. She checked in with me to let me know they were close to completion and shared with me Antonio s , the auto technician, findings and suggestions for additional service.I m very happy to have chosen Cross Creek and even though they are 45 minutes from my home, I will use them from now on.I

Words cannot even begin to describe how AWESOME my experience was with Cross Creek Subaru of Fayetteville. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted with welcoming words and excitement. I came to Subaru with my mindset on a purchasing an Outback and Emily Bracey and Corey Rivera made it happen. I was a late customer but they stayed late and remained so patient with my husband and I. I had been shopping for a new, reliable, and safe vehicle for my family and of course Subaru was my first thought. Overall AMAZING EXPERIENCE from start to finish. They gave me great value for my trade in and got me the closet to my payment amount I initially asked for. My family and I are so grateful for the reminder we received that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. Visited Sam Johnson, Subaru today for an oil change and repair a low tire from a nail. Was greeted with a smile, checked in quickly, service was started within minutes of arriving. The dealership was clean and folks busy. Work was completed within the hour. Paid for service, and on my way. Great place to have your vehicle service from simple to major repairs. Thanks Sam Johnson Subaru for an awesome experience.

Brought my Subaru WRX in for a check engine light. It was covered under warranty but of course other items were found to be needed . After reviewing I approved an oil change. I was notified that the work was complete and I could pick up my car. When I arrived; the oil change had not been completed. I had to ask about it and then wait another 30 minutes for it to be completed. One I was told all done; ready to go I got in the car to leave and started the car and the vehicle was now saying oil changed needed . I had to go back inside and have a technician come and reset the system. All the problems should have been handled BEFORE I was told my vehicle was ready.

Before, I never wanted to use a traditional dealership due to past experiences getting the run around, being time consuming and a complete headache. On 3/8/2024 I went to Cross Creek Subaru in Fayetteville, NC for a simple oil change. Unfortunately, the technician failed to tighten the oil drain plug (in fact, he forgot to even secure the black plastic cover that covers up the oil plug - it was left dangling). I didn't discover the oil leak until Thursday 3/14/2024 - I finally noticed the oil spill on my garage floor! At that point, I checked my oil level and it was only half full. I live an hour away from Fayetteville, so I was afraid to drive my Forster that far (about 60 miles). So, I took my car to a local mechanic and he simply tightened the oil drain plug (and put the plastic cover back on). The mechanic also filled my oil level back up. This cost me $12.51. I'm lucky the drain plug did not completely fall out due to vibration. Very disappointed with Cross Creek Subaru! I will never go back there.

I Came in without an appointment service tech that helped me was very honest/helpful made me feel comfortable with my decisions. Made sure that I was well taken care of and was patient while I made my expensive decisions. David, from the body shop was so very helpful. I called because someone had hit me in a parking lot and left without leaving information. David told me to bring it on in and he d take a look at it and see what he could do. He popped a rear side panel back in and then worked to get the scuffs off it as well. He went above and beyond and was so kind about it. I would definitely recommend, and ask to speak with David.
