Had to replace drive tires on my commercial vehicle. Was back on the road with 4 new Michelins in less than 30 minutesClean shop happy crew can not say enough good things about this shop. I called around before choosing them and it was the correct choice. very knowledgeable crew out back pro experience

This is a nice Christian run business. They're straightforward, extremely friendly, and quick. I get my car inspected there, I've had several of my tires changed there, oil changes and just about any need we have we go there. I've never had an issue with my car after. They do have a guarantee, and so if you got something taken care of and it messes up they would happily make sure they corrected anything that they cause. It's hard to find a trusted place when it comes to a mechanic, but calling me tires is the one place I genuinely trust to service my car.

I was told by the manager at the Fayetteville Colony Tire location that I would be charged around $300 to have (3) 20 inch low profile tires mounted and balanced on the rims. I called the location in Greenville, NC where I'm from and was told it would cost me $105. I think this is ridiculous!!

I needed to have my tires balanced before going out of town. I went to a competitor prior to going to Colony tire and was told I would have to leave my vehicle all day. I was there when they opened the doors and he basically refused to help me. So I called Colony and Matt Windham (General Manager) said it would be no problem to have it done before I had to be at work at 10am. Matt showed great customer service and was very understanding of my situation. His staff was extremely helpful and easy to get along with. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks Matt and the team at Colony tire!

Grunt Life Hauling Junk Removal Service here:This Company is very professional, proficient, affordable, and personable! The other day I came in unexpectedly due to my Dump Trailer tire having a slow leak and a bolt was missing off the valve stem. The very second I walked in I was greeted with smiles and immediate outstanding customer service! Within 2 mins of me explaining my issues with my Dump Trailer a Team Member walked with me to my trailer to assess the issues.Once the situation was assessed the gentleman proceeded to get a Team member Brandon to come over and direct me to park my truck and trailer into the Bay! The outstanding customer service didn t stop there! Brandon made sure to get the proper equipment to perform the job correctly! He took great measures of caution to ensure he used the equipment properly and to handle my trailer with care as if it was his own. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me the nails that were in 2 tires that I didn t even know existed. He was very thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was prepared for Battle for my Huge Demo project I had the following day!Long story short viewers! This is the place to go when you need tires or your tires repaired. As long as I m a resident in the area, they have my support and business for all my personal and business vehicle needs! PS:If you guys need old tires removed and hauled off hire GRUNT LIFE HAULING JUNK REMOVAL SERVICE

Well I was going to let it slide that it took so many times to get my tires right. 80 PSI tires set to 40, had to turn back around to get that fixed. Tread pattern tires that can only go one way. Yep not done right, now back again the next day to get the tires put on right. Asked for my old tires to be put in the bed of truck and even says that on my receipt. Changing tires isn t mentally hard to do but I guess reading is.

Nice clean place, at time of quote I ask to put new tires for front and rotate them to the back. Well, they left them on the front. When I asked the cashier did they do so(upon notification my truck was ready) and he said no new tires should go up front. That's not true especially for a pickup truck. Anyway they have it displayed on their counter you should put 2 New tires to the back. I was not up for debate, it's really not a show stopper, and I was pressed for time. They had a good price, but attention to detail is big in my book. I don't feel I will go back

Excellent service! Stopped in their Fayetteville shop (unannounced) with a nail in one of my very new drive tires (heavy truck). They got it off and patched up in no time, and had me rolling in maybe an hour. Really nice folks, and great price, too--under $50!! Definitely on the list of places to go.

I was told my brake pads did not need to be replaced after we asked them to check and 3 weeks later I m having to get my brake rotors replaced due to brake pads being completely worn through. Don t waste your money here.

Communication is so OFF ! I ordered tires & made a appointment at 9am for an alignment as well and when I got there the guy said the truck with the tires should arrive between 9am-11am . What was so hard to inform me of that the day before so I coulda better planned my timing and do what I needed to do. Which by the way I also had my 2 year old daughter with me. Then when it comes time to pay, they talking about come back Monday for the alignment because they had a company truck up on their machine that they didn t want to take down again what was so HARD to communicate this all over the phone so I coulda made the decision to go SOMEWHERE ElSE !! I will never come back here

Another long story that really is not needed to add value to your day. And yet here we are at Storytime. At home minding my biz and get a phone call. Caller is in a company vehicle that has suddenly become disabled and requires the delivery of a spare tire and a jack. We load tire, tire iron, and a jack and off we go in full rescue mode. Lug nuts on disabled vehicle resist all efforts to remove them. Another call is made and shortly Another rescuer arrives with the needed Guerilla Torque impact wrench. Once spare wheel is mounted there was a discussion about how to get the tire to Colony Tire. Neither company vehicle headed in that direction. So of course I volunteered to drop off the tire that needed to be replaced. The company has an account here but to everyone here I am a complete stranger as well as to most at the company whose tire I was dropping off. So imagine me trying to find out how to get proper authorization for dropping off tire, getting it replaced, and having company pay for it. Fortunately for all involved the mature fellow who took the time to listen was really helpful, patient, and the consummate professional. In time the phone call came in that crossed all the tease and dotted all the eyes . So as you may rightfully conclude, had I been the actual client/account holder I would have been royally treated. Also you might want to take the time to read some of the info on their desk.i actually learned something. You might too. Now, if you don't feel that you have wasted the last thirty six seconds, thank you. All others please wait for chapter too.

1st time using Colony Tire..Beyond satisfied!! Was in and out within an Hour! 4 new tires and an Oil Change! Matt was great to deal with and very courteous! Will definitely be going back for all my service needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I sat for 3 hrs while another tire shop lied. Called these cats, explained the situation and within 40 minutes the tech showed up. He was the best road service mechanic that I've dealt with in 20 yrs. He was quick, polite , and professional above all else

This is a follow up to my original review..... The field staff does provide great work.... However the store manager isn't a man of his word..... I have tried to reach Mr. Phillips many times by phone and in person only to be told he couldn't assist me. One could easily assume he is dodging me. My last attempt to reach Mr. Phillips was an in person visit. I was told he was busy, he had my number and would contact me........ Well, as I am typing this follow up 08-18-2020, I'm still waiting for the call. And my circumstance started back in the beginning of July 2020. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Honest and fair prices. I don't know about other locations but the people but I deal with have been awesome very respectful if they tell you they're going to do something they do it. They have a lot of selections and price ranges of tires available. Even the guys in the shop are honest and hard-working to get things done in a timely manner.

Great service, fast. My tractor had a tire shred on me while heading south on i-95 outside Fayetteville NC, the call went out from my dispatch and Mr. J. Locklear was there in a hurry, had my tire changed and back on the road inside a couple of hours , thanks and keep up the good work guys.

Absolutely the best price on tires/labor in town. Where as quoted over 800 for the same job other locations, paid less than half of that here at Colony. And no less professional or quality of work than the big name shops.

We have a large motorhome with 22.5" tires. We waited until we got away from the large cities in New England to have a very slow leak in one of rear duals repaired. Thank goodness.The folks at Colony tire (Matt was our contact) were SUPER helpful. Called one day and went in the next to have the tire either repaired or replaced. Tire was removed and checked to find a nail embedded in the shoulder of the tire. Matt worked with our tire warranty company, a replacement tire was mounted and we were on our way in about 90 minutes.For all you fellow RVers, these folks were GREAT!!

Purchased new tires and had them installed, truck jnspected and and checked alignment in just a little over an hour. Very easy to work with and did an outstanding job.

Even after getting new tires they stated the rims were bent.... took it to another place and found the tires were out of round. I have been to other colony tires and had better experience's.
