I stopped in this morning (3/26/22) and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. Shawn helped me with several items and also researched one to ensure I got the right part. I really appreciate the competitive prices and value from Advance Auto but I appreciate the great staff even more.

I have a old car I've been working on parts are hard to get. The fuel system is aftermarket. After going to 6 different stores with part number in hand. I finally found someone that didn't just push keys on a keyboard. She was able to find a part that no one could find by just looking and not typing.

My boyfriend and I have been searching all over town for a specific kind of brakes and we were told if anyone could help us that John over at advance auto could. And he was able to find the exact kind in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend :)

The staff were more than helpful and very patient when I had to stop by and find lug nuts to replace my tires. Friendly and professional experience. Will definitely be stopping again in the future

The gentleman that helped me, showed very good customer service, he gave me straight up information and I appreciated that. I like it when someone goes out of their way foe a customer a d that is what he did. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Was in a hurry to get an odd part. When I called the sales associate was very polite and helpful and the part was in. When I showed up to get the part the same woman who answered the phone was at the counter (I believe she said her name was Luanne) and had my part pulled up and at the counter super quick. I m always appreciative when the staff at auto places are friendly and knowledgeable but that s getting harder and harder to find these days. Much thanks to the store for having the part and the employee for being so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Most excellent customer service! I needed a paint match done an the employee came out an did the test on my paint an mixed it an for a very good price. My vehicle looks like I just got a paint job. Perfect match!!

Extremely unkind staff. I came in to get some paint mixed, and Marshall at the front told me they don't make single stage paint, and I told him I just made some two days prior here. So he went and asked someone else about it and they do, obviously, make it.Then, Marshall got extremely upset when he asked me the paint code. And obviously I don't know a paint code off the top of my head. I came in to look at the paint chips and pick a color, just like I did two days ago.No idea what his problem is, but he is an absolute jerk for no reason. I do not recommend that anyone comes here if they can help it.

This is the place my dear sweet hubby goes to get things we need for the cars that we don't have to get at the dealership - wipers, which they will put on for you, windshield washer fluid, certain filters, etc

Easily the rudest gal I have dealt with at any of the Car Quest/ Advanced Auto Zone stores. I ordered on line with store pickup. I tell her my order and its contents and how it included an oil filter with the oil purchase. Even pulled up the sale on their website to show her as well as my order. But because her printout did not say "filter" she could not figure out how that my order could be right. So, I paid and I bent over backwards to be nice and I simply showed it to her in writing. She then rudely stuck the little printed sheet she had and responded rudely and was not friendly or willing to help at all. So, walked out and won't be back.

Super helpful staff. Exchanged a part with zero hassles. They even let me borrow a socket wrench, re-ran the obd ii scanner, and let me wash my hands after exchanging it out for free. Even though it's across town for me, I'll be buying all my parts here.

I went to get custom paint made for my car. Although they could not create the tricolor paint for my specific car, they gave me great advice and a way forward. I like that they did not try to make a quick buck knowing that they could not meet my needs. they were very kind and professional and I would definitely come back here.

Excellent service inside the store. Its the phone that seems to be the problem. Was on hold for roughly 8 minutes. I called back and was immediately put back on hold once again. I waited an additional 5 minutes with zero results then hung up.

So before I went into the store I looked up the part online to see if they had it, which they did. So I drove down to the store with the old part that I needed replace. The lady up front looked at the part went to a section in the back and said the part wasn't there. She then proceeded to ask me what type of vehicle I had so she can look up the part to see if they had it in stock. She asked me the make and model and then said that they don't carry the part that I was looking for. Therefore, I told her that I looked online and saw that it was there. Then she said she would need the part number because they don't carry that part. Luckily another store employee look at the part walk to the back and came back with the part that I needed without even looking up anything.

MS ROCHELLE WHO IS AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION DONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT CARS TO TOUCH YOURS DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE SHE MESSED UP MY VEHICLE BY USING A SCARP PIECE OF METAL TO TIGHTEN MY BATTERY CONNECTOR. MY CAR IS NOW NON DRIVABLE I CANT REVERSE OR SPEED UP!!!

Nothing like Kansas. Here they are slow. 15 minutes and no one else was in the store
