Awesome communication! Kept me up to date each day of repair. Car was repaired way less time then expected! Also they returned my rental for me when I picked up my car! Thanks so awesome Highly recommend!!!

Recently used Caliber for vehicle repairs after a minor accident, no one wants to have to deal with those type of situations but Caliber, and particularly Stacey, made the process so easy and painless from start to finish. They were timely, communicative, pleasant, and just super helpful. I would definitely recommended Caliber to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dylan was awesome, made sure I was updated daily on my car and where they were with the repairs also another man with a similar was also so helpful ! They did an excellent job on my car repairs. This was not the first time that I am utilize this company and I will utilize them again if needed

Someone backed into me and I needed them to reconstruct and put in the entire headlight, the bumper and the hood. Stacey was in contact with me the entire time by sending me text updates and they finished everything with a beautiful new paint job and even found the missing bumper piece that I didn t have when I bought the car. It looks amazing and the whole team went above and beyond to give my car back at its most amazing glory love you all!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The atmosphere was very welcoming and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone helped ease my nerves since this was my first accident. Conner was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me since I wasn t sure what I needed to do, but he was able to take care of my vehicle in a timely manner and did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repairs!

I had a very positive experience with this particular Caliber Collision office. Last month, I suffered a small dent on the side of my car - but I was unable to pick up my car immediately after the repairs were done since I was out of state for the holidays - for Christmas and New Year's - so they let me keep my car there without charging me additional fees for "storage." Also, on the day I was actually able to pick up my car, the employee there informed me that they needed more time to fix an issue related to my car's airbag sensor. The fact that they were humble enough to admit a mistake that happened on their end, but their willingness to fix it at no additional cost, is the reason why I am giving them 5 stars. Integrity is hard to come by with businesses around military bases, since - you know - a few businesses like to scam soldiers in general, so this was a breath of fresh air for me as a customer.Hopefully I never have to use Caliber Collision again (because that would mean wrecking my car again and crying in painful, frantic tears of embarrassment) but I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone whose car is also damaged and they want to use Caliber Collision services. Thank you!

I do not know how to start but Stacy Lovelace gets 20 stars in our book! She kept us informed step by step on our car and even helped with the rental car situation! She is the ideal example of customer service and if ever we need any work on the cars again Caliber Collision will forever be the place to be! Stacy made a difficult time in our life very pleasant. I had a (Car accident) on March 3,2023. My vehicle is still presently there (6663 Raeford Road Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304. I have never spoken to such of disorganized individuals. They ve had my vehicle for 52 days and it is still not fixed. They apparently don t know how to their job! They are condescending and rude! The only location that I would recommend is located on 1779 Brigham Road Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304. The General Manager (Michaela Reed) is courteous and extremely professional and cares about her clients.Service: Painting

The Lovelace ladies are the definition of glue pieces/people of a company. They made sure to keep me updated with any changes, and stayed completely transparent with me during the process of getting my car back. Working with them compared to other repair shops in the past was like night and day. I dread taking my car to commercial places but I recommend going to this location solely because of their professionalism and ability to make customers feel like they aren t being given the run around. I must acknowledge how Miss Stacey handled affairs with my insurance company seamlessly. Everything about my experience at this Caliber Collision was top notch. I m sure the whole team plays a part, but those two ladies made sure I was taken care of.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my vehicle in to this location last Monday afternoon to have it repaired. I drove the vehicle there and dropped it off for a fender and door replacement. Was told it would be about 2 weeks for the repairs, which already sounded ridiculous being it's only a 2-3 hour job tops. 4 bolts and a plug to remove the door and about 8-10 bolts to remove the fender. Wednesday morning I received a call from the claims adjuster saying it's a total loss and total repair would be more than $2666 for labor and grand total of more than $4100. I could've done the job myself for less than $200 using a donor car from sandhill pick-n-pull. $100 for the door $50 for the fender. The adjuster sounded upset with us saying we should've emptied the car out before we went there like we knew it was going to be claimed as totaled. My $1500 were left on the vehicle do to no replacements to put on it. Upon looking at the vehicle all that had been done with to it was it was moved from the front to the back and the points of impact were highlighted with a green highlighter. It was basically an "X" and 6-8 dotted lines from fender to the back of the door. This is my first and last experience with any collision company.

The customer service that was given was top tier. I am really happy that we chose this one for the estimate and the work for our car to be done at. Ms. Stacy was awesome. Definitely a 5 star rating. They regularly update you on the process of your vehicle throughout the week. If you re busy like myself, they ll leave you a voicemail or send a quick text.They did awesome work that I m beyond pleased with. They even made sure the inside of my car represented the outside of their body work and to top that off, I forgot my garage door key in my rental and they quickly went to enterprise to recover the key after numerous attempts to enterprise went silent. I definitely recommend and will let USAA know this is beyond the best service I ve ever had with a repair.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience one could have after an accident. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a rear bumper replacement done. The work looked as good as new again. Kept car for over a month and was very poor at giving updates. Also told us multiple days our car would be ready but when we'd call to pick up the car there was something else they needed to do or they didn't have the part yet. Will never go back to this place.

They kept me very well informed through out the whole process. Repair times went up initially due to parts orders but came back down once the part was in. The repairs were finished 7-10 days earlier than the latest it was estimated. They repaired my vehicle and did a little extra. Car was returned clean inside however the engine bay from dust being parked for a month with no front end was filthy. A 2 dollar spray at the car was fixed that back to new. Over all a 9.8 experience put of 10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down, the best body shop I had to use so far. They cared about me as much as my Jeep. They kept me informed every other day about the progress of the job at hand. My Jeep looks better now than before the accident. I don't want to wreck or tear up my Jeep, but if I do, they will be the ones to fix it. They had to repair the catalytic converter and some other minor things. The personnel here are very professional, I appreciated them keeping me up to date with everything that was need for my vehicle in real time. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them for your vehicle needs.
