Diana was excellent and kept us in the loop about everything happening with our Kia. The repairs were fast and look great. Our experience with Caliber was a 10/10. Please go here instead of Gerber Collision! Your car will get done faster and the quality of repairs will be far superior.

Brandy from Caliber Collision is amazing!! She has been taking care of my entire family s vehicles for years. She is always helpful and makes us feel like we are the only customer when we walk in the door. Every time we have had a vehicle repaired she always makes sure it s perfect! Communication and service was excellent at Caliber Collision. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. My technician (Diana Lattimore) was kind, helpful, and great at providing updates about my vehicle during the repairs. I would highly recommend using them for any vehicle repairs.

The quality of work was great. Paint matched perfectly where repairs were made. They even cleaned and detailed it upon return. Caliber and Enterprise coordination was perfect, arranged to have me picked up and able to drop off rental all at one spot.

Didn't do a good job, fender is not properly aligned, paint job is Maaco quality, replaced the headlight and put a $3 halogen bulb in place of the $55 marimoto bulb I had in there, now one headlight is blue the other is yellow, hood was not sitting flush with the fender, too much to list, some customers are car people, to those customers their cars isn't just transportation, live and learn, next time I'll take it to Maaco, at least the results match what they charge.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was without my car almost a month because they were so backed up as with all the body shops but what I appreciated the most was Hailey keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on. The work done was VERY good. This little fender bender had a lot more damage under the surface. The emission control sensor and 2 others were damaged. Caliber got me all set. Service started out a little rocky with Lack of communication, but they are making a good effort to correct their mistake! I appreciated the phone call and the apology from the Manager Brandy! I understand unexpected things happen but what I look for is the ability to say when you made a mistake, with out excuses and how you treat the customer afterward! Seems they are working hard on providing good customer service!Service: Painting

I got my Cadillac done here a weekend ago and everything looks good as new! Anna and Giovanna are super helpful in getting me all the information I need and even helping me contact my insurance when I needed a rental. This is the best Caliber in the area and they really make you feel welcomed! I will definitely come here again if anything happens.

Their prices are extremely high. They charge $71 an hour for labor while other top rated body shops are charging $50 per hour. And they max out the time needed for repairs x thag $71 per hour. I honestly don t understand how they are rated this high unless many of these reviews are fake accounts. Who in their right mind would pay $71 an hour for labor?How are insurance companies allowing this? I guarantee you their totatled car percentages for insurance claims is highest in the state. Insurance companies love a totaled vehicle because it saves them money in the long run. Something seems fishy here .$71 an hour for LABOR! Sheeeshhhh

From day one customer service was top notch. Brandy and Trevor were amazing, they made sure that my experience with Caliber Collision was a positive one. Brandy was always available to answer any questions I had. I was very happy with the work done on my car. Trevor went above the call of duty so I could get my car on the day it was finished. I was not able to get to Caliber Collision before closing, Trevor stayed late so I could pick my car up. I hope not to need their services again but if I do I would definitely go back to Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you need your car repaired caliber collision is the place to go. When I brought my car in for repairs the staff helped to understand everything that was going to be replaced and how long it might possibly take for the car to be fixed. The car when fixed came out better then I thought it was going to.

Caliber Collision is amazing! The atmosphere is very family-friendly - even has free coffee and popcorn, a children's play room, and activities for the kids to do. The receptionist who helped me schedule my appointment was friendly and nice. The person who checked my vehicle in, did the estimate and inspected it was very informative and shared details with me of what needed to be done. They promised it wouldn't take long and I got it back in 9 days which is amazing considering it was during the holidays. Had a fantastic experience with body repair on my Subaru. The staff is polite, efficient, and kept me informed of all the work being done.
