My father was admitted to the hospital from the VA Medical Center to Cape Fear Hospital. My father had my mother's car. My mother needed for me to go with her to get her car so she could go to the hospital to be with him. I switched cars with my mom so she could get there and I was going to bring her car back home since we live in the same neighborhood. I get in the car and it is on E. I think I can make it home but then I run out of gas and the car begins to slow down to shut off. I pull over in front of Caliber Collision on Raeford Rd. I go in and speak to the secretary and ask her for a empty gas tank so I can walk me and my 2 yrs old son down the street to get gas to put in the car and give back the empty gas tank. You know they got gas for me and did not charge me! This company here on Raeford Rd is truly a blessing. 6503 Raeford Rd is very respectful and honest. Thank God for them. I am not sure of what car issues you may have, but. When you do have one or if you do have one come to 6503 Raeford Rd Caliber Collision. They will take care of you. It's 2024 and no body does that these days. I know where to go when I need to have my car fixed. 6503 is where you need to be.Great staff. Great people. Great service.

I just want to praise the team at Caliber Collision on Raeford Rd. This team did an exceptional job on my vehicle from start to finish! Front desk personnel is extremely polite and professional...something in short supply these days. I was updated/informed every step of the way by Patrik, usually by daily or bi-weekly texts. He let me know where they were at in the process, and answered any and all questions I may have had. He even went above and beyond on two things in particular- that were only going to guarantee that the finished product was to absolutely exceed my expectations. I even received reach-outs from Colin as to the progress, and to let me know I had even one more person I could count on. The body shop team deserves a round of applause, as the work they did to make my car whole again was just extraordinary. Those guys did a wonderful job from parts to paint. I'm very appreciative to ALL of them and would be more than happy to refer anyone in need of these services to the awesome team at Caliber Collision. Any day.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic customer service. Kept me updated. Sent my car back cleaner than when I gave it to them and went above and beyond to restore my car to its previous glory. Thanks guys! This accident was my fault but I was so happy to pay my deductible to such a thoughtful company that did such a great job. Patrik was fantastic to work with!

Thank caliber collision on Raeford road near Walmart n Strickland bridge road for the excellent job you did on out Toyota Camry. Second time I was rear-ended, both times I brought my car to Caliber Collision for repairs. Every location is just incredible to work with. The staff is always friendly and makes a stressful situation not so stressful. 10/10 recommend

My vehicle damage was repaired flawlessly. Customer service was informative and instructive throughout the process. The time and effort I spent was no more than reading timely updates and confirming with the insurance company; in other words, I couldn't have asked for a easier and more satisfying job done.

I came to drop my car off at this Caliber location recently and I was greeted by Maria at the front desk, she got me checked in and my contact information. My repairs were done quickly and CORRECTLY! I appreciate the entire team here for helping me out with my Jeep Grand Cherokee! Hoping to not need a collision center again any time soon, but if I have to, I know where I am taking my vehicle!

I was very pleased with the Outstanding service that Caliber offered me. From the couple weeks my car was there to be repaired, I received excellent service from the front desk receptionist to the repairmen who worked on my car. They called me 2x a week to let me know what was being done to my car that week. What more could I ask for?? 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs repair on their vehicle. From the reviews I read upon choosing a repair shop, I was sold. I went there with high hopes and left completely satisfied with the result. I would like to thank caliber collision for the great job they did on my corvette. I have to say that Roxanne the manager does a great job in making sure your car or truck is repaired to better than new and her team of techs are the best. Roxanne Sweeting is wonderful. She assisted us from start to finish after, our car was hit by another driver. And, we took the car in for repairs. I love the fact that once, the repair was completed, she looked over the car and had the tech re-do the work did not come out to her satisfaction.The work done on the car was wonderful. You can't tell the difference of before and after.The first picture is when, the car was crashed into, the second is after the repair and the third is when the car was received.Thank you Roxanne for taking such good care of us.

Caliber Collision on Raeford Rd does exceptional work. The before and after pictures say it all. Tire blows insert guard rail equals damage to the entire right side. I sent my truck to Caliber after reading their reviews on Google. Patrik was my service advisor. He kept me informed throughout the repair and he was courteous and professional. The repair technician was Eric. The rumor was he was the best and based on the repair, I d say he is. He also has a wicked sweet beard that would make ZZ Top jealous. I read reviews so I wanted to share my experience at Caliber Collision. Take your vehicle there if you want the best.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Could have been a whole lot better.First quoted a similar estimate of ~$1,700 + two rims vs. their ~$1,900 + two rims and approximately a 5 - 7 day turn around.Well, I thought being within 200 dollars was pretty close, so I went with them (big mistake).Ended up being charged more than $6,300. Well, 3 weeks later, they are working late on a Friday evening to finally get it done (who wants their $48k truck finally wrapped up on a late Friday afternoon???).I just asked that it should be perfect, after they had more than tripled their estimated repair time, and more than doubled their original repair estimate (I hadn't yet seen the final repair bill) .Well, upon walking up on it, I could right away see that the rear decal was crooked... and it pretty much went deep South from there. Way too many things to list. It looked liked it was a Friday evening rush job, because it was.Then, to top it off, they had now MORE THAN TRIPLED their original estimate! I guess to match the tripled time frame??? It took two more returns and about another 3 weeks before I just decided to give up on some small things just to get my truck back. I believe they rely on that. People just want their vehicles back and said accident behind them and hence, they are willing to tolerate anything.Frankly, I loathed the entire experience.Although, I must admit, they were very, VERY nice people doing their best to cover for work that was, in my humble opinion, subpar.Attention to detail is definitely not their motto or strong point.Rather, get it out the door!I wished that I had gone with Genter's estimate and saved thousands of dollars and weeks of time. Oh well, live and learn.Go elsewhere, people.Personally, I consider this place the Walmart of body shops.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I unfortunately was in a minor fender bender. And I selected Caliber Collision 6503 Raeford Rd Fayetteville as I could not drive my car back to Durham, NC. Based on the google reviews, and I can attest to the fact that Caliber Collision is awesome. Patrik Kirsch was my service advisor and he was a rock star. He went above and beyond with keeping me informed about my vehicle. Not only did I get my car by the estimated day but I got it a few days sooner. And they washed and vacuum out my car. . I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision if you are in need of an auto repair shop. And ask for Patrik Kirsch. We used Caliber Collision for repair to our vehicle following an accident. They were thorough in their estimate and quickly got us scheduled and in the shop. Transportation from the shop to Enterprise for a rental was promptly provided when Enterprise was delayed in picking me up. Patrik kept me updated on the repairs being made every step of the way. He was honest and upfront about delays and my car was ready within the original estimated time. The work done on our car exceeded my expectations. It looks brand new!
