I actually came here secondary to a place up the street but I am so glad I did! They were able to tell me what was wrong with my car and fix it within 1.5 hours. Friendly staff, great prices & good coffee. Will definitely be returning for my car maintenance

James is a good guy if you want to chat with him but I have to go somewhere else from now for I don t believe their service anymore. I've been a regular customer for oil changes and maintenance services multiple times. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. After paying $211.57 for the replacement of two TPMS sensors on 3/22/2024, the TPMS sensor light came on again the next day. Despite reassurances from James that the issue was resolved, I had to return for the same problem. Now, I'm told they need to order new sensors from the dealership, and I'll have to pay for them again. I've lost trust in their ability to provide reliable service and don't want to waste any more time or money on this recurring issue. I'm seeking a more dependable and trustworthy service provider.

They put on tires I bought and brought to them for a very reaonable price. I had them do qn alignmet too while they were at it. I am taking my car there today to see if they can diagnose a shake at 65mph... I love finding a good mechanic! They gained my trust.

My son is in the Army and had issues with his car and James at C&J did an excellent job in helping my son and getting him back on the road safe. When your hundreds of miles from your family its good to know that they have help. Thank you for all your help the world needs more people like the ones at C&J

This shop truly cares about its customers. I ve brought my vehicle here for years. When an issue crops up, they show me why it s happening. The owner always answers my questions no matter how annoying or dumb they may seem. Quality service from start to finish. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had James work on my car and I am absolutely impressed with the customer service, and genuine care he puts into his work. The prices were fair, the service was quick and James was overall just very friendly. I will 100% be coming back for business.

Felt welcome the moment I walked through the doors. I went there not expecting to have my vehicle serviced that day because it was late in the afternoon, but James made sure I was taken care of. These guys know customer service, and I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.

I wish I knew about them sooner. As a working man the employees get down to business with no games played. The speed of service, and accuracy is the best in Fayetteville, and not overcharging is how it should be. Thank you guys again.

I had an issue with a dead battery and needed and alternator. I was quoted much more for another shop on the same rd. These ppl were awesome from the 1st phone call James was very understanding and knowledgeable. Kept me updated on everything. Was able to fix my Mercedes in a matter of hrs and it runs like new. These ppl are MY FAMILY! I absolutely adore him and his wife. Highly recommend!!!!

I went here today for an oil changed. Not only was their price cheaper than anyone else in town, but they were even less than my regular mechanic, by $40, and they worked me in. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. They are very nice and the waiting area was very clean. My granddaughter was able to watch cartoons on their tv while we waited. The guy behind the counter was very sweet and acknowledged my granddaughter when she spoke to him. He was just as nice to everyone who walked in. And this was at the end of his work day, and he was still so pleasant! They definitely won my continued business! I highly recommend giving them a try!

my cousin and I have been using them for 5 years , they re upfront about cost , don t try to give you more problems than what you actually have to fix like other mechanics do. They are wonderful, and they take wonderful care of their customers

Blessing from God!!! I have spent over$1000.00 elsewhere and was unable to get anyone to properly diagnose my vehicle. Mr James welcomed me and took the time to listen to my dilemma. I did not feel taken advantage of as a clueless female. They were thorough and found out the problem. He gave me an honest fair quote which I can appreciate. They will forever have my business. Highly highly recommend.

Prior to today, our loyalty was with C & J Auto, and had today gone differently we would have remained loyal, but we will NEVER be back. We went in on 07/15 at 0730 to drop off our STI for a regulator & motor for the drivers side window. We were informed it wouldn t be ready until late afternoon which was no big deal the afternoon arrived and we were contacted by a employee who wanted to let us know that the parts just came in and it won t be done until tomorrow (07/16). Again it was no issue, and then today arrived no call or anything so at 12:12pm we called them, we were informed that the parts that arrived were used so they sent them back and were having brand new ones delivered and they were going to get our STI fixed. We received a call about 15mins later stating they may or may not scratch the tint but they wanted to let us know just in case which we appreciated. We went ahead and headed there since by the time we got there it would almost be finished if not already finished. Here is the kicker PLEASE explain to me how you have mechanics who don t know what they are doing? For you to come out to me and say that the mechanic who does know how to fix this, is busy so he can t fix it .is absolutely ridiculous. You had my door completely apart my window out and everything yet you didn t know how to properly fix it. So then why risk causing a bigger problem with a vehicle that doesn t belong to you? You not only scratched my tint, but you couldn t take 2 seconds to wipe all of your finger prints off my window. Clearly you don t care about things when they aren t yours, let alone keeping loyal customers. To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement, today spoke volumes and if this is how you re running things now I promise you won t last long.

Stellar service and communication! Contacted on a Thursday expecting car back on Tuesday, they had it done the next day. We were kept abreast of the process throughout and were able to have our car delivered there without our presence. James and Nicole made everything smooth sailing and we appreciate their efforts. 5-stars all around.We recommend them!

Bottom Line: Professional, personable, quick & honest work from James and his team.Can't recommend these guys enough. Wish I had found them much earlier during my time here at Liberty/Bragg. Came in for a routine inspection & James had me put in less than 20 minutes. I received a quote for work I've been putting off for months, dropped my car off the next morning and it was ready for pickup that afternoon. A job that would've taken me a couple of days, they had done in a matter of hours & I paid exactly what they quoted me for.Hope I don't have to, but definitely will return when the time comes.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

wonderful service. the man and woman i talked to there were so sweet and helpful. i needed my temperature coolant sensor and thermostat replaced and they told me everything i needed to know to fix it and also helped me get the correct parts right away.. they wasted no time to call and update me as they were working on the car. they were very easy to work with and completed everything very quickly, i am definitely going back here for oil changes and other things i might need. i highly recommend them if you need a straight forward place

Went for an alignment and my car veers right now and it s over their 2 day warranty so I m outta luck. Fair prices and nice people so beware.EDIT: went back in a few hours after the original review and they were more than happy to fix it for free. Like I said very nice people, fair prices and now I see they re very understanding and willing to work with you as well.

I cannot express how GREAT this repair shop is. Steve, the owner, is honest and open. He and his team figured out there were some bigger issues in my car and immediately told me and gave me honest pricing. They don t talk down to me, which I have often run into as a woman when taking her car in. Chris and Bev are kind and beyond helpful at the front. I will be taking my car here as long as I live in the area. Incredible, incredible service.

Brought my truck in because the rear brakes were wearing unevenly an hour before close. They fit me in, diagnosed the issue, and told me there is no danger and it wouldn't make sense to change them right now. Integrity at it's best. Their fast and efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent Customer Service through and through. This place is a hidden diamond if your trying to get your car fixed. Also, they do not try to rip you off. Best Car Shop in Fayetteville!

Ordered tire from SIMPLETIRE online and had it sent to C and J to install. They did the install and I requested for Wheel Alignment since I wanted to get everything done onetime at the same shop, which I truly regreted because their machine scrathed all four rims of my car. When I told them about it and even took my vehicle to them, they lied and claimed it was'nt their machine that caused the scratches to my four rims when in fact when I dropped off my car for tires installation, those scratches were not on the rims.
